The complete conversation, in order. 3,637 words.

[00:00:00] Amplafy Media: Hey all. In this video, I wanna show you how I create an entire media team with just AI agents. Now, if you're new here, my name is Hector So The Ban, and for most of the last decade I've been trying to figure out how to help businesses utilize and leverage media and content to grow their businesses. And AI and repurposing and content clipping and content, uh, repurposing has been a huge part of what is really driving visibility.

[00:00:22] Amplafy Media: What is driving awareness? Uh, what is driving communities and what is allowing trust to be built at scale for these business? This is, and for these creators. And so what I'm gonna show you today is how we have organized our agents and sort of the infrastructure that we have for our agents so that we are able to really put out more content than we've ever had before with, uh, a smaller team than with in a leaner team than we've ever had before.

[00:00:49] Amplafy Media: And so. We're gonna get into it and I'm gonna show you some cool things that we've done with ai. Now this is going to be sort of a, a how to, you know, sort of general. I want to help you see the, the forest here. So we're gonna talk about sort of the map and then on other videos we'll sort of get into the granulars and sort of the, the details of how to set up.

[00:01:07] Amplafy Media: And, and there're gonna be other videos on the, on the channel for that Now. What's really, really important to sort of understand here is you can see that we've got what we call our cross profile matrix. I'm gonna back up here to our system overview, 'cause you'll see that there's a few components that are.

[00:01:23] Amplafy Media: Agents are built off of. And so you'll see here that the first one is called our owl. This is our orchestrator. This is like the main agent that is really the, the overseer and, uh, maybe, you know, closest thing to like a COO, uh, you know, CEO sort of role, right? This is the, the profile. This is the AI agent.

[00:01:41] Amplafy Media: Everything is built in in Hermes, but this is the AI agent that, uh. You know, really is the, the mission control sort of part because within each of these, we've got specific skill sets. So one of my, my favorite profiles and my most often sought out profile is what, what I call create. And these are just, you know, funny, silly names that we added to the agents, but this is all about creative production.

[00:02:04] Amplafy Media: You'll see here that it's about short form clips, creates a video pipeline. Um, it has some adobe automations, it has some Descript automations. This is really, uh, the creative person on our team. That person interacts a lot with hype, or at least that person sets up hype, who is our social and distribution person.

[00:02:21] Amplafy Media: This is the person that writes our articles, that writes our social media posts, that plans and organizes these things so that way our assistant, our project manager and administrative assistant can go through and actually make these things happen. Now, what's nice is that these are, let's see if I can pull it up here.

[00:02:37] Amplafy Media: These are. Profiles built in what's called Hermes. And this is my Hermes, uh, dashboard. And you'll see here that I've got different profiles that I access here in, in my dashboard. And what's nice about the way that. The Hermes system is set up is that it allows these profiles to have their own memory.

[00:02:58] Amplafy Media: They can have their own credentials, they can have their own instructions, they can have their own, essentially everything, and then there is a way for them to be able to talk to each other and interact and, and coordinate with each other as well. Now, one other thing that's important to mention is that these tools, what's great about them is that they don't have to replace everything that you've done.

[00:03:16] Amplafy Media: They don't have to replace everything that they use, uh, or that you use in your, in your business stack. Two of the things that interact really closely with our AI agents are notion and go Highlevel Now, notion is where we run all of our projects, out of all of our project management. All of our task management, everything for our production, everything.

[00:03:35] Amplafy Media: It's really, uh, maintains a great source of truth for some linear production workflows, right? We have episodes that go out every week, and within those episodes, you know, we have recordings that go out, and there's links and there's videos, and there's promotions. There's all these assets, you know, probably close to, you know, a dozen or two, maybe two dozen assets.

[00:03:55] Amplafy Media: For every single episode, uh, that are all connected to this, you know, to this one episode. And so it helps keep track of all those things and our AI can go in and interact with it and find it, and search it and adjust it and edit it and it can do all these cool things. Um, because everything is in one, you know, organized structure, one organized system.

[00:04:15] Amplafy Media: The other place that we interact with or that our AI agents act with, interact with a lot is go high level and go high level is our scheduling platform. It also hosts our websites. Um, and it does a lot of the things, you know, in terms of our marketing and our CRM, but. What's, what's great is that this, this ecosystem can, can work together, right?

[00:04:34] Amplafy Media: And it does work together to be able to create and produce massive amounts of content than we were ever able to do before. And what's nice is that there are humans that help to make sure that each of these things are going as they should, uh, at least right now. We're of the mind of, can we include humans in the loop, right?

[00:04:56] Amplafy Media: Can we keep humans in the loop for doing what they do best? And oftentimes that is the taste, that's the discernment, that's the, the knowledge of what is going to be resonant or relevant, or if someone can help, do the research and provide some options. Or someone can do the equivalent of prepping the food so that the chef can just show up and do what they need to do at the end.

[00:05:21] Amplafy Media: Right. I, I, I liken it to something like a, you know, a top chef, they are not preparing and they're not chopping all the vegetables. They're not doing all of the. Manual, quote, unquote lifting. What they're really there to do is to make sure that things taste good, that things are up to the standards, and if they're not, that they know how to fix it and that they can fix it, and that they know what needs to be done in order for it to get up to those standards.

[00:05:46] Amplafy Media: And so again, that's really what humans, uh, can provide in this sort of thing. So the other tab that was put together by our AI agent here is our content pipeline. And so you'll see here that here's sort of how it works, right? So we have things that are recorded, right? Whether it's an episode, a speech, it could even be a, um, you know, a meeting, a sales meeting, some sort of something that is recorded.

[00:06:11] Amplafy Media: And what's nice is that, again, it can be video, it can be audio. There's lots of different ways to be able to. Capture these things, but that's really the first step is recording it. Because once you have that, once you have that video, once you have that audio. The next, the everything opens up, right? All these possibilities open up and one of the big parts that we sort of have had to figure out is just how do we get things into the places where we need to get them, right?

[00:06:34] Amplafy Media: I don't know. We, we store all of our files right now in Google Drive, and what's nice is that our AI agent can go in and grab the files from Google Drive and then manipulate it and do them with them, you know, whatever it do they need to do, but they're, because they're in Google Drive again, they're in a place that's organized, it's filed.

[00:06:51] Amplafy Media: It's, it's categorized. It's tagged it, that link is put into our notion database. So everything, there's synergy that's happening between all of our different systems and people in the same way that, uh, someone who is a, you know, a regular, you know, employee or team member, they know where to go. Uh, the AI agents need even more.

[00:07:13] Amplafy Media: Of that information because, uh, there's even less assumptions that can be made, um, for them if they, uh, if they wanna be successful. The next part is the edit and clipping. And so this is actually, you'll see here that this part is in initially done by our, you know, administrative assistant. And then we get to our, you'll see here, this is the create engine, which we can get into and, and go into detail a little bit more.

[00:07:35] Amplafy Media: But here it has a transcription engine, so it can transcribe all of the audio and video. It can pull out the best highlights, it can add clips, it can export. All of those things can be done right here in, you know, in this terminal. We use it here in a terminal. We also have a way that someone, um. You know, on our team can interact with it in Slack or in Discord.

[00:07:54] Amplafy Media: There's lots of different ways to be able to interact with the agents,, but the point is, is that the person on the team does not have to do the heavy lifting. Right? And again, I think it's important to note that some of these things might take longer. At the beginning, it might take longer to figure out the new workflow.

[00:08:11] Amplafy Media: It might take longer to figure out how to work with the AI agent.

[00:08:14] Amplafy Media: It might even take longer to figure out how to train and tweak and adjust the instructions or the output or how, how to massage the AI agent to actually get the things that you know to actually put out what it is that you want. All of that's gonna take time. Um, but the thing that, that you can take solace in is that each time you do it with the AI agent, because of the tools that we recommend, things like a Hermes or even something like a cloud code or you know, to a lesser extent, you know, maybe even like an open claw or these types of harnesses that are becoming available that are self-learning.

[00:08:49] Amplafy Media: And so what you can do is you can say, Hey. Take all of these insights that we've gained, all of the things that I've told you, all of the direction, all of the feedback, all of the criticisms, all of those things that I've told you. I want you to learn those, save those, encode those into your memory and so that next time when we do the same operation, the same procedure, the same playbook, whatever we're doing again.

[00:09:10] Amplafy Media: That it's easier and that it's better and it's quicker, and that you already know all these things, and we don't have to have that back and forth. And so the next time that you do that, you're able to save that much more time. You're able to get that much better output. It's able to be that much more effective because you've already gone through and you've already.

[00:09:27] Amplafy Media: Figured out all those things. And so that, I think is a, a big, um, a big benefit that a lot of people don't, don't see with ai, especially because a lot of them are using things like, uh, you know, Claude, or they're using chat GPT or they're using these chat apps where nothing actually happens from it.

[00:09:44] Amplafy Media: There's, there's nothing saved. You know, maybe it learns a little bit about you, but in chat GPT. But otherwise nothing is really progressing and nothing is really evolving in a way that is actually gonna make. Any better unless you're using something like a Hermes or unless you're using something like, you know, an open claw or these self-learning agents that are actually able to, to do just that.

[00:10:08] Amplafy Media: So. The create engine is here, and then you'll see here that here's where some of these things, they, they get prepped for YouTube. Uh, really what we're trying to do is we're prepping them for distribution. And so what we'll, we'll need to do is we'll need to write the captions, we'll need to write the titles, we'll need to write all of that sort of stuff.

[00:10:26] Amplafy Media: But that happens here after our videos are created. And, and once again. All this can be done right here in something like a, a Discord, right? And you'll see here I've got our, we've got our, our assistant and I, it's talking to me about all the things that are happening here. We've got our, this is our connects.

[00:10:42] Amplafy Media: This is, you know, more about, um, our networking. But then in here we have our creative and it looks like, uh, we have some of these threads over here that are all of the videos and all of the, you know, projects that we have. And so this is all done right in here in this, um, really easy to use interface here in Discord.

[00:11:06] Amplafy Media: Some people use Slack, but nonetheless, we're able to do it all. All in all here, right? All in this sort of organization, um, where we can now have real leverage, right? And I think that that's really the difference is that we really get leverage.

[00:11:22] Amplafy Media: You'll see here that we've got a schedule, you know, these are, are the things that it does. Um, what's nice about the Hermes agent specifically is that you can have crone jobs or you can have a heartbeat come in. And every so often, however, you often, you decide whether it's every six hours, every 15 minutes, every 30 minutes, however often it is that you decide.

[00:11:47] Amplafy Media: Your agent can come online, do perform the jobs, , look out for whatever it's supposed to look out for. If nothing is there to do, great, nothing's there to do. Or if something is there to do, it can go in and take action on it as well. And so you'll see here that our main. Agent, uh, every six hours it turns on, and map monitors, make sure everything is running right.

[00:12:09] Amplafy Media: Make sure that everything, um, is up and running, that all of our profiles have what they need. That, you know, the sort of the, the, the health right of our profiles is good. Also, if there are any things that need to get pushed through or any things that need to get, um, reassigned or needs to, you know, needs to get, um, double tapped with a particular profile, that's what this, this agent wakes up and does.

[00:12:33] Amplafy Media: Then we have our hype agent, which is, um, you know, you can set scheduled posting. We let, we we're experimenting right now with some, you know, bulk uploading to go high level, but nonetheless, you can have it wake up and write. Your articles, you can have it go and do your research. Uh, all those things are possible, uh, because it has this sort of schedule and, um, assuming that it has the right connectivity and has the right gateways.

[00:12:56] Amplafy Media: All those things are really easy to get set up with just a couple of prompts. And then we have our, . Our executive assistant who their its job is to go in and take a look at two things. The first thing is, is taking a look at, at my inbox and my email and making sure that if there's anything important in there that needs to be responded to, that I'm aware of it.

[00:13:15] Amplafy Media: And then it also goes in and takes a look at all of the actions and all of the things that are not, um, you know, still outstanding. It takes a look at those and it, and it bubbles some of those up to the surface so we know what needs to get done for the day, uh, as well. It put together a platform map, which is just, you know what you'll see here that like what?

[00:13:36] Amplafy Media: What platforms does each profile, um, sort of own? Just to kind of give you an idea. Here's really how it works though, right. You know, things come in to our, our system operations. Our assistant grabs them, gives them to create, to put together the, you know, deliverables, the creative assets create, sends them to hype to write.

[00:14:01] Amplafy Media: And, and put together all of the details and get ready to distribute. And then, you know, our amp assistant, our, our executive assistant, our administrative agent picks it up again and prepares it to post and actually get out there. And so that's sort of how it works.

[00:14:16] Amplafy Media: Um, you'll see here some of the things that our create agent can actually do. Is whisper transcripts so it can transcribe stuff. Um, it can cut videos, it can extract, um, the best clips. It can analyze the transcripts, it can create its own videos. Um, so all of those things are possible with the hype. I mentioned that it can write stuff.

[00:14:41] Amplafy Media: It can do a lot of just different, different types of, of marketing in terms of content writing, SEO, um, email marketing, all those sort of things are possible. And then we obviously have our, our administrative assistant that is really the glue and sort of the nerdy tech person in between that makes sure that everything is, is sort of running.

[00:15:00] Amplafy Media: And so these are, are how the agents work. And you'll see here that this is, um. You know, put together by, by essentially three specialists, and then I mentioned that one profile in the middle that sort of makes sure that everything is running. And again, what's interesting is that as we're building these agents and as we're building 'em out, it's all very similar to the structure of an organization before.

[00:15:25] Amplafy Media: Uh, what's nice is that, you know, entry level people who, you know, used to be sort of the frontline sort of producers for companies, can now be empowered with. Frontline producers that enables them to scale their output and increase their output 5, 10, 20, 30, 50 fold sometimes when they can really start to leverage these things in a way that, um.

[00:15:53] Amplafy Media: You know, moves the needle. And at least right now, everybody is, everybody's finding their own use cases because , everybody's use case is so unique. Everybody's processes are so unique right now that the best thing that you can do is sort of try and. And figure out what you're already doing, and then plug AI into that, those places to, you know, to turn the knob on there.

[00:16:18] Amplafy Media: Learning and, and totally shifting your, your business processes or totally shifting the way that you're doing things. Um. May not be the, the best short term or even midterm path. Of course, if you have the time to sort of really steer and change the direction of the ship, you're gonna want to do that.

[00:16:36] Amplafy Media: Of, of course. Can you get more efficient? Can you, can you scale back? Can you, you know, lower the amount of people on your team? Yes, of course. And if you have to do that, I would encourage you to, you know, do obviously, you know what's. What's necessary to sustain the company. And also that is not the only route that when you're doing this the right way, you're really able to increase the amount of output, increase the amount of value that your, your, your team is, is producing, and thus, ultimately, the amount of value that your organization, that your company's producing as well.

[00:17:06] Amplafy Media: So if you guys have any questions about this, uh, feel free to throw those in the comments. And if you want our free skill on how to. Create, uh, shorts. And then you want our 12 step repurposing, uh, skill. Um, check the description or comment skill below, and we'll send that to you as well. And as always, we appreciate being here.

[00:17:26] Amplafy Media: We'll see you on the next one.
