The complete conversation, in order. 209 words.

[00:00:00] Kelly: Top down sales and there's bottom up sales, Top down is your traditional build your brand, build your product, go big awareness, buy your Super Bowl commercial, spend to the market, cultivate all this interest and this intrigue and this buzz. Now you've created an environment of people that you can now go, you've heard of me, I've sold myself to you, here's an ad, come buy me.

[00:00:22] Kelly: there's bottom up. And we've talked about this idea of currencies.

[00:00:25] Kelly: currency to me is money, effort, and time. And it's generally time and money are the two that are very closely related. You can go bottom up, but it's going to extend your timeline. You have to be very methodical and mindful. Spend a little bit money. Figure out what works. Make an adjustment.

[00:00:41] Kelly: Expand. Spend a little more. Figure out what worked. Adjust. But that's going to take you a lot longer. You're not going to hit major sales goals going bottom up if you're being mindful, but it's a lot safer.

[00:00:52] Kelly: It's a lot more affordable, but you're going to sacrifice a lot of time and energy and you need a partner that can help you do that.
