In this episode of the Reside Platform Podcast, hosts Suneet sit down with Kasim Aslam, Co-Founder of Pareto Talent and Co-Founder of Mastermind, to unpack the next frontier of real estate visibility: Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Building on insights from massive launches like Alex Hormozi’s $105M book rollout, Kasim explains how realtors can shift from traditional SEO to becoming the actual answer that ChatGPT and other AI engines deliver to clients searching online. The conversation dives into practical strategies such as implementing schema markup, leveraging Reddit’s surprising authority as a leading source of ChatGPT citations, and building personal authority over brand authority—all of which are critical for ranking in AI-driven search. Suneet shares how ChatGPT leads are already calling him directly as the “best realtor in Sacramento,” underscoring the immediate impact of these tactics. More than just a playbook of tips, this episode emphasizes a bigger mindset shift: realtors must embrace content authority, multimodal publishing, and brand equity to thrive in the fast-changing AI landscape and future-proof their businesses.

[00:00:00] (TEASER)

[00:00:00] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: You know what's funny about that? There's not a single realtor in the 20 years I've lived here. It's done the work to really establish themselves as the authority on Scottsdale Ranch. Do you know how freaking easy that would be?

[00:00:12] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: All the houses were built at around the same time, which means all the roofs are made of the same thing, which means all the problems everybody's encountering is about the same. You get to become an authority to a degree that would be impossible for anybody to

[00:00:23] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: you serve.

[00:00:24] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Authority via content.

[00:00:26] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Authority via content. Yep,

[00:00:28] (INTERVIEW)

[00:00:48] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: What's up buddy? How are you?

[00:00:49] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Good.

[00:00:49] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I think this is my fourth episode.

[00:00:52] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Yes, I think so too.

[00:00:53] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I think you could call me a cohost at this point.

[00:00:56] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Alright, so welcome my very illustrious co-host, Mr. Ala on the Reside Platform podcast. Kasa. What's up?

[00:01:04] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I love you, dude. I don't know if you know this, you're one of my favorite people. Every time I see you, I smile. for those of you listening, if you don't know Sunni personally that this, he's exactly who you think he is. you're for real, man. I really appreciate that about you. So for whatever it's worth,

[00:01:17] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Oh, well thanks. Likewise, pal. Good. Alright.

[00:01:21] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: ,

[00:01:21] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: So right now is August 21st for everyone listening 'cause we're gonna talk about some timely things. I want to get deep on a EO 'cause I got some shit to tell you and tell everybody. I'm been getting good frigging leads from Chad GPT for real estate call my cell phone Good leads. But being that it's this week in August, the Hermo launch was this last weekend.

[00:01:44] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Bro. Yeah.

[00:01:46] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: You know, he outsold Harry Potter.

[00:01:48] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: He also, every book.

[00:01:49] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Yeah. but he said his goal was to every nonfiction book

[00:01:53] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Oh, was that the goal?

[00:01:54] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: he outsold the Bible, it goes hormoze, and then God and then Yahweh and you know, like he just

[00:02:00] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: And then Harry Potter. Yeah.

[00:02:01] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: And then Harry Potter. Yeah. his highest end offer is a $24,000 mastermind. I don't think he called it a mastermind, but that's really what it is. You get to be in a school community. He shows up once a month and talks to you. There's 888 members. As I'm looking at my screen, it was 24 grand.

[00:02:14] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I paid for that.

[00:02:15] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: 898 times 24

[00:02:18] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: 8 88.

[00:02:19] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: 8 88.

[00:02:20] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: 8 88

[00:02:21] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: 21 million. He did $105 million in a day.

[00:02:24] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: isn't that's pretty crazy.

[00:02:26] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: bro, my man. Can you imagine?

[00:02:29] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: , Like the guy's done nothing but give epic amounts of value. The whole donation thing, like, you know, there's a semantic nuance there that maybe you agree or disagree with, but it's not like he was holding a gun to anybody's head.

[00:02:39] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: You can get the book for free too. You can go online and take the whole course, the same course that I would charge somebody a lot of money for

[00:02:47] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Thousands for dude. Yeah,

[00:02:49] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: right? Standing in front of a live screen like that. That would be expensive.

[00:02:53] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: You can go and do 'em right now and they're good.

[00:02:55] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: They're good. That's, the other piece of it, the haters are like, he hasn't created anything new. He's just repackaging other people's stuff and I'm like. that's true. And he repackages better than anybody we know. He makes it more accessible, you know, who else didn't create anything new?

[00:03:07] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Steve Jobs didn't invent shit. Dude didn't invent the personal computer. the smartphone, the tablet, the smart, like the, , MP three player, nothing. He just made it better. Or Mosey just makes it better.

[00:03:17] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I learned a lot of that stuff from Frank Kern, mass conversion. Right? Frank probably learned it from Dan Kennedy back in the day, right? Like

[00:03:25] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: yeah, and Dan Kennedy learned it from Kane and Abel, like nobody came up

[00:03:28] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: with any of this shit. I think the haters are obnoxious. I think they're just seeing a man. There's only so successful we'll allow somebody to be before we have to beat him down. You know, it's the crabs in the bucket and now all the crabs are coming out and they're trying to pull this dude down and I'm just like.

[00:03:42] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: he accomplished is nothing short of extraordinary.

[00:03:45] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Nothing should. Dude, that whole thing, what did we hear on Griffin the other day? He ran 2,500 ads, bro.

[00:03:51] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Yeah. so that's other thing that's

[00:03:53] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: really funny.

[00:03:53] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I used to run Pedro's ads. Did you know that? I did all of his, all the challenge traffic. You know, Pedro, I. So Pedro was the challenge guy. He'd do big, big, big, big launches.

[00:04:02] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: We'd spend four or $5 million per launch. I don't know if he wants me saying this, but here I am, outing him. I love you Pedro. I hope this is okay. Never send an NDA buddy. , We'd spend four or $5 million in a launch. Never would we run 2,400 ads, number one. Number two, you got all these people running around saying like, yeah, he did, all that revenue. 'cause he spent millions of dollars in ads. Here's what they don't understand from a guy. I've spent a hundred million dollars a year in ads.

[00:04:24] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I've spent four or $5 million in ads and I've made three or 4 million. You know what I mean? You can't just buy $105 million in revenue.

[00:04:32] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: The fact that he spent 4 million and made 105, I

[00:04:34] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Yeah, that's, that's okay.

[00:04:36] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: it's insane, dude. It's insane that, return at that scale is impossible without brand equity.

[00:04:44] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: he spent years building trust and building brand equity. He didn't make $105 million in a day. He made $105 million through the equity that he built over the course of years, and he just cashed it

[00:04:54] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: that day.

[00:04:55] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: We just watched him cash it.

[00:04:56] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Yeah, Even after last time when the whole thing was free all the way, right?

[00:05:01] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Remember, his first launch, everything was free.

[00:05:03] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Was free.

[00:05:04] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Everything was free. That was really, you know, his first launch. Everything was free. This launch. The thing that was interesting too was such a reversal. the bonus on the six K was really the offer,

[00:05:14] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: right? Him pretending that the books were what you were paying for and you get the bonus, it's like, no, you're paying for the bonus.

[00:05:19] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: And then you get the books. And same thing with the Mastermind. You know, he is pretending that you pay for the, the books and then you get the mastermind. I paid 24 grand to be in the mastermind, and then I got, I know I got a thousand books to give away. What am I gonna do with a thousand books, you know? Can I tell you what I do with them? I posted on social, I stole this from, , Austin, bro, it worked so well. People came out of the freaking woodwork. We've given away 300. We got 300 leads for Pareto, I had Yvonne, so I responded. Anybody who wanted a free book, I said, hell yeah, just email Yvonne Preto talent and you'll get your free code.

[00:05:51] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Yvonne sent them the code, but his signature line had an offer for two weeks. Free ea.

[00:05:56] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Dude, that is a good offer in

[00:05:58] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: the email saying.

[00:05:59] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Isn't that a good offer? We're crushing it on that end, dude. But bro, fricking hermo man. A hundred million dollar money models.,

[00:06:06] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Good to have some fun with that. But here's why we're doing today's podcast is because I wanna talk about a EO because you wrote a book on it, right?

[00:06:17] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I did.

[00:06:18] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: And you have a community on it.

[00:06:20] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I got the largest a EO community in the world right now.

[00:06:22] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Oh, and I'm a member

[00:06:25] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: because I saw an email,

[00:06:26] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: She ain't shown up once.

[00:06:27] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: but I haven't showed up once.

[00:06:29] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: But I'm doing a podcast with you

[00:06:30] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: instead to get caught up.

[00:06:31] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: All right. Redeemed, redeemed.

[00:06:33] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Yes. So, Dude, like in the real estate space, well let me rephrase that. In the world people have a lot of questions about a EO and you did this big study share, just share some information, tell people what a EO is, like, the real definition,

[00:06:46] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: and share a little bit of that study that you shared with us.

[00:06:49] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: A driven mastermind, which by the way is a great mastermind. Thank you for being an owner of that and a founder of that. talk about a EO.

[00:06:57] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: So a EO is answer engine optimization. People are probably familiar with search engine optimization, which is SEO. So that's the process by which you would modify your digital precedent, so you're more likely to show up in search results.

[00:07:10] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: A EO is a similar paradigm, but you wanna show up in LLM citations

[00:07:15] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Wait, what's the LLM?

[00:07:17] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: LLM is a large language model, and here's where semantics become really important. Dude, not all AI engines are technically LLMs and I don't know which ones are and which ones aren't, but we need to find a word that includes all of them. So I've been using AI engines, , but if

[00:07:32] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: you go to, chat, GPT, perplexity, grok, Gemini, quad. you ask it questions, it gives you answers. But the question that we should ask ourselves is, well, how did it come up with that answer and how potentially in the right situation and context, could I be that answer that's a EO is you working towards being the answer that chat?

[00:07:50] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: GPT offers answer engine optimization, and I have five employees who've done nothing for the last 10 months, but study how LLM source their citation.

[00:07:59] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Meaning I have five employees who every single day. this is the minimum requirement every single day. Each person on my research team, , takes 20 queries in a specific category.

[00:08:09] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: We have 10 categories. They're the usual suspects, so it'd be like local brick and mortar, local services, e-commerce, SaaS, info, et cetera, et cetera. The 10 categories that, you know, make up commerce, let's say they take 20 queries. So one query might be best, realtor in Sacramento, California. So we take 20 of those queries and we, plug each one of those queries into three separate LLMs. And so we'll use, for example, chat, GPT, gm, Nini, and Perplexity, and then we'll get the answers from those queries. And then we'll take those answers and we'll look at what sources.

[00:08:39] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Because all the LLMs right now, and I anticipate this always being true, I hope all LLMs provide their sources. This is the information that I use in order to provide you with this answer. So we take the sources. And we try to reverse engineer why the LLM thinks that that source has prowess. I can't tell you how many data points it's, well over 50, but it's things like domain authority, key phrase, permeation, site speed, schema markup,

[00:09:02] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: So we look at all of the sites that it says, these are the sites that I use to create my answer. And then we go look at those sites and we look at the common denominators behind those sites. And we found a couple of things. Number one. And this is not a fun thing to talk about, but I have to tell you because it's number one, the single most important key performance indicator behind ranking, and you don't rank in LLMs, but we'll use

[00:09:22] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: that term for now,

[00:09:23] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: is schema markup.

[00:09:25] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Yes.

[00:09:26] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: And bro, I didn't know what the hell schema was. I'd heard it 15 years ago when I was building a website. Schema is like the table of contents for your website, but only for computers, basically. And a quick note for the techies out there. For the egghead that understand Java LED schema doesn't fire LLMs, don't fire Java.

[00:09:43] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: So the schema has to be hard coded in your website.

[00:09:45] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: We don't know what schema is. That's okay. Neither did I. There are tools out there that will clean up your schema for you. By the way, I just found out, did a call with Mon Bond right before you and I spoke. Search Atlas is one of 'em. So Search Atlas, I should give you an affiliate code.

[00:09:57] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: If I had one, I'd give it, but otherwise I just gave them a nice big plug. Schema is really, really important because LLMs like knowing. How to view a website, how the website relates to internal properties, how the website relates to external properties and schemas. how you tell it that. So let's put that on a shelf for a moment.

[00:10:12] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Sure schema markup is step one.

[00:10:14] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Step one,

[00:10:15] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: schema mark

[00:10:15] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: weapon.

[00:10:16] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: a tool that does that and make sure it's not Java.

[00:10:19] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Yeah. Make sure your website designer, developer, whoever does schema,

[00:10:22] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I don't know any of the schema is any of my frigging sites.

[00:10:25] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: oh, me neither. I gotta go figure this shit out. It's hard. I'm with you. I'll

[00:10:29] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: tell you, when I crack the code, I'm probably gonna have to start a schema agency, to be honest with you, because I own aeo.co, I'm probably gonna have to start doing this for people. So I do need to figure it out.

[00:10:38] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I'm being a little hyperbolic. Like we've, interviewed some providers. Most of the high-end schema providers or enterprise only, there's nobody that does the SMB thing on a done 40 basis and s scheme is relatively accessible once you really figure out what it is. For example, the most important schema tag they use is the same an as tag.

[00:10:56] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: So if I have Sunni Agaral website, you would on that website want a same as tag that goes to your LinkedIn, your Facebook, your Instagram, your Twitter telling the LLMs, the Sunni that you see on this website is the same Sunni that you see on these socials.

[00:11:10] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Fascinating. So one of the leads I got. best realtor in Sacramento. Like I could tell she knew everything about me. College, everything.

[00:11:20] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: That's because it pulls in all,

[00:11:21] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: So much of reference, a bunch of stuff.

[00:11:23] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: yeah, it pulls in all that data. 'cause all that data's available. And dude, you've done such a good job at naturally optimizing for LLMs because you create multimodal content. And for people that don't know what that is, Sunni. I've said multiple times, bro, before I ever started the a EO thing, I've said, you play the social game better than just about anybody I know because you create high-end content across multiple social channels, but you customize the content per channel.

[00:11:45] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I don't know how you do that. I don't know what team you have back there. I don't know whether or not you sold your soul for algorithmic points or whatever, but your content is great. You create really, really, really high quality content and you post it on different networks. And what appears to me, and I maybe I'm misstating this, it looks to me like what you put on LinkedIn is not, what you put on Facebook is not what you put on Instagram.

[00:12:04] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: It's not what you put on TikTok

[00:12:05] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: False, same shit.

[00:12:06] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Is it?

[00:12:07] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I used to care about that, but honestly, rest in peace. Steve Sims said, fuck it.

[00:12:13] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Fuck it. Yeah. I wonder, bro, then if what I'm exposed to is just what each individual algorithm picks up. So you put everything on all the networks

[00:12:23] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Dude, Twitter too.

[00:12:25] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Wow. Oh, that's good to know. but all that content gets posted. Those LLMs are thirsty for that content.

[00:12:31] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: So what's step two then?

[00:12:32] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Reddit,

[00:12:33] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Reddit,

[00:12:34] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: bro, the most important website on the internet is Reddit.

[00:12:37] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Can you believe that? Profound. Did this study, they analyzed 10 million, queries inside of Gemini, specifically, which is the most important LLM. We can talk about why what they found was 21% of the time, 21% of all citations were Reddit.

[00:12:53] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: 18.8% of citations were YouTube, which means YouTube is a second place, but remember, YouTube is 19 times the size of Reddit. So the fact that Reddit accounts for 21% of all citations

[00:13:06] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: makes it the most important website on the internet.

[00:13:08] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Bro. So you gotta go play. Now here's the thing about the Reddit game, and this is why LLMs like it, you cannot make the funk on Reddit ' cause of their karma scores.

[00:13:16] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: So you can't just pull up Reddit today and start shit posting and expect it to do anything because the Reddit community, smartest people in the whole wide world and their mean little in insults, dude, they will rip you to shreds.

[00:13:28] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: do you have anybody posting on Reddit right now?

[00:13:30] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Oh bro, that's, it's funny we're saying this right now 'cause as I'm talking to you, I have your stream yard open in a tab, and then in my arc browser right above you, I've got Reddit I swear to God, I swear to God this is true. I'm gonna go take a course on Reddit 'cause I don't know how to use the

[00:13:43] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: damn thing.

[00:13:44] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: So, my writer on my team, Roy, I believe she's been posting real estate stuff on Reddit

[00:13:50] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: she's been talking about doing it, so maybe she's not. 'cause I told her Something's happening there.

[00:13:54] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I don't know how to spell your last name.

[00:13:55] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Agar

[00:13:56] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Wall.

[00:13:57] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Yes you do. Completely.

[00:13:59] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: There's all, there's too many consonants, dude. There's no, I'm not finding you on it. I'm gonna go find you oh, here we go. I actually, Reddit corrects my spelling. Wow. Reddit knows who you are, dude's.

[00:14:11] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Okay. You're searching me on Reddit.

[00:14:13] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Yeah, I'm just curious.

[00:14:14] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: What's it say?

[00:14:16] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: it says you'll never find, oh, that's not you. That's Sunil Agaral.

[00:14:20] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Oh, who? I also know he is a medical cannabis doctor.

[00:14:23] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: That's funny. Ah, there's not enough here. I think you should start posting and maybe there's nothing up there. I don't know. I didn't mean to put you in a Reddit hot seat, but dude, Reddit for you and for all. Here's the thing that's really interesting. I think about it from a real estate perspective and paradigm.

[00:14:36] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Kay, I got a buddy, Kyle Strom. He's a realtor in Fargo, North Dakota. There's no way Kyle has the time or energy to invest in Reddit to the degree that would allow him to rank in Fargo, North Dakota. Instead. I think what needs to happen is somebody like Reside builds a badass Reddit account.

[00:14:55] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Ranks for real estate 'cause they have amazing real estate content and then they start giving shoutouts. Oh, best realtor in Fargo, North Dakota is Kyle Reeds from

[00:15:04] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Best realtor

[00:15:04] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: in

[00:15:05] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Scott. That's the play because now all of that equity goes into one property that builds its karma points beyond whatever any individual would be able to do.

[00:15:14] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: And then kind of thumbs up individuals in their individual markets.

[00:15:17] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: And now here's the other thing is it's like link building 2.0. You know the way that people used to

[00:15:22] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: pay for high-end links, they're gonna be paying for your Reddit mention.

[00:15:26] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: So what if I told my operator, which I still pay 200 bucks a month for, I always forget

[00:15:32] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I do too. I do too.

[00:15:34] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Yeah.

[00:15:35] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I just have a feeling when the, when the machines take over, I think I'll be the last killed because Chatt pt,

[00:15:40] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: favor? Operator?

[00:15:41] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: you're, you're check cleared and I really appreciate

[00:15:43] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Yeah. . tell an operator to go post and Reddit for me all day?

[00:15:47] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: bro, I think, I think you'll get nailed to the wall. You can try, give it a shot.

[00:15:54] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I mean, yeah. I mean, so Reddit is a social platform and then like,

[00:15:59] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: But

[00:15:59] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Reddit's a

[00:16:00] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: social platform driven by meritocracy. So if

[00:16:03] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: you

[00:16:03] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: post

[00:16:03] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: driven by, by meritocracy.

[00:16:05] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: not the way Reddit is Reddit, you see the comments, you see the post based off of up votes and and I think, and I might have this wrong, I. But individuals earn karma, and so people with higher karma can upvote things to a greater degree, or maybe their vote matters more than people with lower karma.

[00:16:23] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: So there's like two degrees. Somebody who knows

[00:16:25] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Reddit, correct me if I'm wrong about that.

[00:16:28] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: let's do a challenge. 'cause you have a, you have multiple books.

[00:16:32] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: What if we start taking excerpts of our long form content just dropping value in Reddit?

[00:16:40] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: So I think we can do that. The thing to do in Reddit though, isn't to post. it's to answer other people's questions.

[00:16:47] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Oh God. So much work.

[00:16:49] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I know, I know, bro. It's so funny. I just, I just pulled up Reddit right now. This is such a perfect example of Reddit. I pull up Reddit and at the very top of my feed, here's the title, paying for Sex Should Be Legal. And I'm like, all right. And that's Reddit,

[00:17:06] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Welcome to Reddit.

[00:17:07] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: there's 212 comments on this thing. It's unreal, the depth that this conversation drives into.

[00:17:14] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: what's on top of Reddit. That's why

[00:17:16] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: we don't wanna go there.

[00:17:17] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Amsterdam gets 133,000 Euro per licensed prostitute,

[00:17:21] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Wow.

[00:17:22] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: you know? And now I know that because of Reddit. So Reddit is a weird place, dude.

[00:17:26] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: It's

[00:17:27] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Yes. So maybe you can have a VA going there.

[00:17:30] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Yeah. You can really get lost down this rabbit hole. It's kind of

[00:17:33] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: So, okay, step number one is schema markup, which is pay someone to do. Step number two is Reddit, but welcome to the deep, dark world of Reddit.

[00:17:42] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Welcome to the Jungle. Yeah, it's, it's one step from the dark web. Step number three is authority. You

[00:17:49] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: need authority. You have to establish yourself as an authority. Here's what's really interesting about LLMs LLMs, like people over brands. So, an LLM is exponentially more likely to cite Sunni than it is to cite the reside platform. As a matter of fact, here's where my data gets really skewed. So I have these millions of data points that I like to talk about. , I found this out on accident anecdotally. John Marin was my business partner at Solutions Eight. He's the top Google Ads Mind in

[00:18:17] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: the world. I know John's the top Google Ads guy.

[00:18:19] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: So I asked Chat GPT. Just curious. I'm like, who's the top Google Ads guy? And then it gives me names and John, of course is number one and he is number one in every list regardless of who searches. He's just the top guy. Here's what's really interesting about it though, is I started to think about that.

[00:18:32] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: The citations that it gave me were articles that John has been featured on. If I didn't know John personally, I would assume so. Let's say search engine journal features John, and you ask a question about Google ads Search Engine Journal comes up my data analysis. Is prejudiced to the link. So I would say, oh, search engine journal clearly ranked very well for this.

[00:19:00] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: There must be something about Search Engine Journal when in fact search engine journal quoted John Moran. And because the Lll, LLM knows that John Moran is the expert in Google. And you asked a question about, let's say, attribution in search engine journal quotes John Moran on attribution, it gives you search engine journal, but you don't realize.

[00:19:21] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: That you're not looking at the right data point, which is the nested authority within the content network. Authorities, people, deep dude, people can get a PhD, people can publish a book, people can be thought leaders, a brand can't. So LLMs like personal

[00:19:36] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: authority

[00:19:37] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: So John got quoted. Most search engine journal probably is doing some a EO stuff in the background

[00:19:44] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: too.

[00:19:44] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: be.

[00:19:46] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Although the LLMs are searching Google, so SEL

[00:19:49] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: still counts.

[00:19:50] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: so, yeah. That's, that's the big thing that I wanna say. The LLMs are are searching Google.

[00:19:56] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Well, let me say something is, Google local service ads is a big thing for, for realtors.

[00:20:03] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Where you have a bunch of reviews, right, which gives authority and you bid on the ad, you, you know that better than me, right?

[00:20:13] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I've never run LSA, so I dunno.

[00:20:15] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: but I believe that a lot of the chat GPT leads I'm getting are referencing the Google local service.

[00:20:25] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: My experience in local placement with GPT has been Yelp

[00:20:32] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Yelp.

[00:20:33] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Chat, GPT. Draws upon Yelp for local, the way that it draws upon Reddit or national,

[00:20:43] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Well,

[00:20:43] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: that's

[00:20:44] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: blows.

[00:20:45] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: totally, yeah.

[00:20:46] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Well, I, I, first of all, let me just say for the record, I hate Yelp. For anybody that doesn't know, go watch the documentary Billion Dollar Bully.

[00:20:53] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Yeah, go watch it. I paid them for a long time and when I quit, all my reviews are vanished.

[00:20:58] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: yeah, yeah. No. They're a bunch of con artists and I, yeah, I can't stand them. Extortionists.

[00:21:03] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I wonder how I'm coming up.

[00:21:05] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I guess I gotta look at the

[00:21:06] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: source.

[00:21:06] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: think Yokel service ads, absolutely,

[00:21:09] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: , How about my SEO content?

[00:21:12] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: a hundred percent,

[00:21:14] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Hundred percent.

[00:21:15] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: a hundred percent factors into your ranking in chat GPT.

[00:21:18] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: So here's the thing that we learned, and this is actually, this blows my mind a little bit. It blows my mind a lot, I should say. When we look at chat GPT results and we compare those two. Google search, there's a 40 to 70% overlap

[00:21:33] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Add DPT to Google search is 40% overlap.

[00:21:38] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: 40 to 70,

[00:21:39] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: So call it average 55,

[00:21:41] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: call it average. 55. Yeah.

[00:21:43] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: So

[00:21:43] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: than not is what you're saying.

[00:21:45] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: more often than not, the, the results that chat GPT gives you are the results that you're gonna see in Google, usually in a different order,

[00:21:51] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: but still pretty close. In perplexity, the overlap is 50 to 80. Guess what it is with Gemini,

[00:21:58] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: A hundred percent.

[00:22:02] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: bro, it's non-existent. It's 25% topside.

[00:22:07] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: So.

[00:22:08] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: What? So this is gonna blow your mind. No, no, no. Hear me out. This is, this is interesting. This is interesting and this is gonna change everything. Gemini for the listener is a Google owned property. So why would chat GPT be 50 to 70% perplexity be 70 to 80% or whatever?

[00:22:23] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I said, what did I say? Chat g. PT is 40 to 70%. Perplexity is 50 to 80%. Gemini is at most 25%. And very often zero

[00:22:32] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: chat, GP, T and perplexity are just Googling things for you faster. And that's why when people use 'em, if you ask people what their favorite AI tool is, nobody says Gemini. Everybody says Chad, GPT, clo, complexity.

[00:22:44] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Those are the three. And, and generally in that order. I like Claude better, but Chat GT is more

[00:22:48] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: You use Claude on a daily basis?

[00:22:50] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: No, I still use chat gt.

[00:22:51] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Yeah, exactly. I use chat g PT all day.

[00:22:54] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I

[00:22:54] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: still don't have a paid cloud account. However,

[00:22:57] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I have Claude Bots and Mind Pal.

[00:23:00] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: but I do think Claude is better,

[00:23:02] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: For everyday use.

[00:23:06] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: to be honest with you. Can I tell you what happened? I downloaded the chat GPT app , on my desktop. It's just too hard to switch. So I just use, they're all, they're all, you know

[00:23:15] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: what I

[00:23:15] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: mean? Like

[00:23:16] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: the app on my desktop.

[00:23:17] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Yeah, me too. So that's why, and I've got Chachi Petit on my phone, I got on my desktop and, but I do think that Claude, like when I ask Claude for like really in depth deep answers, I think it gives me better results. But to your point, it's not so much better that I've been moved over. I haven't paid for Claude. I pay for Chachi petite regardless.

[00:23:33] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: And operator?

[00:23:34] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: and yeah, nobody would pay, nobody would say Gemini, right? You ever heard anybody say, Gemini? Here's why. When you use Chachi Petit Perplexity, Claude, they deliver fully grown results.

[00:23:47] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Really, really, really deep data. Why? Because they're going and they're farming in Google's forest. They're going and using Google search and coming back and delivering something from Google. Search Gemini. The results are a sapling. You don't get a, a great big tree. You get this little teeny sapling because, and this is the part that should blow your mind.

[00:24:07] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Google is not using Google's search graph in its ai. Google is building Google's knowledge graph from the ground up, and they're the only company on the planet that could do it. So everybody else is farming. Google's old, crusty, antiquated about to be burned down, and Google is rebuilding the knowledge graph from literal zero and the day.

[00:24:33] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: They wanna rip the rug out from chat, GPT perplexing and all the rest of them, except maybe grok. It's, oh dude, I'm so long on Google. Google is gonna win this AI game. I, I've only ever lost money in the stock market, bro. But if you wanted a stock tip from just a loser, go buy Google. 'cause I just cannot see how they're the only people that have the data necessary to train these LLM tools the depth and degree that is necessary to, to accomplish these tasks.

[00:25:02] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: It's amazing.

[00:25:06] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: So what do I do as a realtor for a EO?

[00:25:10] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: , I think, to be honest with you right now, I think building authority is the most important thing anybody can do because all the algorithm rules are gonna change. Schema, markups gonna change. Reddit may or may not stay in in vogue. I think what people should be doing is what you're doing. I think every realtor should have a podcast.

[00:25:30] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Every podcast should be repurposed across all social channels. They should be creating an a, a valuable content that runs deep, making it multimodal. And, and here's the thing. They have to establish authority. Can I tell you something about realtors, bro? I'm gonna slander our collector of environment 'cause I love you and I love your industry.

[00:25:48] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Here's the problem with most realtors in my experience, most realtors. Don't do the work that would be necessary to really claim authority.

[00:25:58] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I would say small business owners, because that's what a realtor is.

[00:26:01] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Yeah, you're exactly right, dude. You're exactly right. So if I'm a realtor, like I live in, , Scottsdale Ranch.

[00:26:07] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Scottsdale Ranch is a, it's super fan. Kurt Warner lives here, like su super beautiful. There's thousands of houses, there's a lake, there's all sorts of whatevers. And the thing about Scottsdale Ranch dude is it's so interesting.

[00:26:20] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: There's history on the lake. McCormick Ranch is up north. It's in this perfect position. It's really accessible. It's on this, it's in this, , little enclave. We're, we're right next to all these resorts. There's, so many, like milestone. What, what do you wanna call that milestone? Like,

[00:26:35] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Landmarks.

[00:26:36] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Landmarks.

[00:26:36] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Thank you so many landmarks. That's what I was looking for. Milestones, landmarks, romantic index. But here's the thing. You know what's funny about that? There's not a single realtor in the 20 years I've lived here. It's done the work to really establish themselves as the authority on Scottsdale Ranch. Do you know how freaking easy that would be?

[00:26:56] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: All the houses were built at around the same time, which means all the roofs are made of the same thing, which means all the problems everybody's encountering is about the same. You get to become an authority to a degree that would be impossible for anybody to

[00:27:07] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: you serve.

[00:27:07] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Authority via content.

[00:27:09] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Authority via content. Yep,

[00:27:12] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Yeah. I mean content, right? Like

[00:27:15] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: bro.

[00:27:16] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: that's my game.

[00:27:17] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Mm.

[00:27:17] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: In fact, I want to do more. I was thinking about doing a podcast every day.

[00:27:22] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I think you should. You know what? I think you know Christine Marie does this. She goes live. Have you seen her do it,

[00:27:27] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I have been on. Yeah.

[00:27:28] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: bro? So here's the cheat code too. This is so smart. It's so, so, so smart. She uses Restream and she gets her guests to go live too. So with Restream, I plug my socials in, but then you plug your socials in too.

[00:27:42] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: So now you're going live to her audience, but most importantly, she's going live to your audience. I thought that was such a fricking life hack from hell, dude. And then you can capture it, record it, put it on a podcast, you know, repurpose it and all that other stuff. But bro, if you went live every day, I wanna go live every day too.

[00:27:58] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I think we

[00:27:59] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I know. I don't think I want to go live. I just wanna do like a podcast every

[00:28:02] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: day.

[00:28:02] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: You should go live.

[00:28:03] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Okay. I, I have, I have like four iPhones. I have had the whole lineup of iPhones and gone live on all the platforms. One time.

[00:28:13] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: You can do that in Restream without all the iPhones.

[00:28:17] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: What was cooler? It was cooler with a bunch of iPhones.

[00:28:19] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: but then you gotta, how do you press all the buttons at the same time?

[00:28:22] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: And then how do you manage the chat?

[00:28:23] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: You really don't, I guess it

[00:28:25] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: You don't. Yeah. Um.

[00:28:27] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Alright. Anyway, man, that's a EO. The whole world's on fire now. It's just a crazy time to be alive. Dude,

[00:28:36] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I mean, the opportunity is endless, I think with

[00:28:39] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: all the tools we have.

[00:28:40] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Blows my

[00:28:41] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: mind.

[00:28:42] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: thing, right? Like.

[00:28:45] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I feel like I'm in 1992. And bro, if, if I could, you know, if you gave me a time machine and I go back to 1992, you know what I would do? I would just buy domains. I would just buy domain names. I swear to God. That's just, that's just the easiest. It's just the easiest, fastest, you know, you're not gonna screw up 'cause you don't, there's nothing.

[00:29:02] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: What else would you do? You know, I'm not gonna start a search engine. You'd still get usurped. I would just buy domain names. And so my question for you is, is what is the nine, what is the equivalent? What is the buy domain names of today in this AI world? And I don't know the answer.

[00:29:16] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I mean, I think is shit. Maybe create as much content in every modality

[00:29:24] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: that you can.

[00:29:25] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: yeah.

[00:29:25] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: And use the tools as hard as you can. I think content's a big opportunity because you get free publication.

[00:29:35] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Yeah. Well, and with all this AI shit posting, people are doing, you know what's really funny about this? Dude, you, you, you, you'd spot check me if you think I disagree. I think less unique content is being created. Not more. if humanity, if the world that created content was summarized as a hundred people. Let's say a hundred people were creating organic content on a daily basis. When all these AI tools hit the scene, I think 20 of them stopped and they started shit posting, made up AI content that meant nothing to anybody. And for the 80 that kept going and just used AI to amplify their content output, they're still doing it.

[00:30:13] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: But I think the, the, the opportunity to be truly unique and provide value. I think it's actually easier now.

[00:30:25] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: it depends what the intention is. 'cause there's so many people getting traffic on faceless AI generated content.

[00:30:35] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Yeah. But dude, can that traffic be monetized?

[00:30:39] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I mean, are people making money off of YouTube channels on history stuff?

[00:30:43] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Yeah. Well, YouTube just killed that. Did you hear

[00:30:46] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Did, did

[00:30:46] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: they kill it again?

[00:30:47] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: YouTube monetization? Yeah. What do you mean again? Had that changed?

[00:30:52] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I don't know. I, yeah, something.

[00:30:55] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Right?

[00:30:55] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I heard YouTube killed monetization for faceless AI driven content. YouTube monetization,

[00:31:01] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: But how about TikTok? Because I go on TikTok and there's all kind of these,

[00:31:05] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: bro. TikTok is done many any since TikTok is

[00:31:09] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: TikTok is a evil, dark place too. They

[00:31:11] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: serve you some twisted shit.

[00:31:13] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Well, I signed up for TikTok, no demographic or psychographic profiling factors, and it was just instantly just like young girls shaking things. Yeah, I was just like, it's, I mean, it's one step from OnlyFans to be honest with you. It's actually, and I think it's just

[00:31:25] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I don't get served that. I get served with random stuff that is just like, , hella like crime shit. And I'm, well, dude, like I don't wanna see this. Like, how

[00:31:35] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: do I get this off

[00:31:36] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: my algorithm? Right? Like, how fast do I gotta swipe off the shitty

[00:31:40] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: video on TikTok?

[00:31:42] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Yeah. YouTube just killed, face. Let's say I'm monetization.

[00:31:46] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Okay, but how about driving traffic to a page with some offer, like for history buffs or like

[00:31:56] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I think the click to buy paradigm is gone. I don't think, and it never really should have existed, to be honest with you. We've just been spoiled for 20 years. There's no, there's no, in the history of commerce, there was never really. A place for people running up and knocking on your door and saying, do you want this?

[00:32:17] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Right? All of commerce was organic and it took time and the internet kind of changed that a little bit,

[00:32:24] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: To interruption based marketing.

[00:32:26] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: yeah. But I think it's like, I think we're, we're coming. It's settling back down to go all the way back full circle dude. With our conversation, Hormoz didn't make $105 million the other day. He cashed the check the other day.

[00:32:38] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: He made it over the course of years, building that equity.

[00:32:42] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I doing brands, which

[00:32:43] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: we talk about all the time, and you

[00:32:45] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: always compliment

[00:32:46] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: my brand and yeah, I worked hard on it. I compliment your brand. Yeah, you worked hard on it.

[00:32:51] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I didn't work like you did. I do not do anywhere near mine. The work you do,

[00:32:55] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: you exhaust

[00:32:56] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: need to do more like

[00:32:58] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: 10 posts a day.

[00:33:00] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: bro. You probably do. Yeah. Do you do opus and any of that shit?

[00:33:04] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Yeah. Everything. Yeah.

[00:33:05] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Yeah. How is, which do you like Opus or what's the other one? , Cus.

[00:33:10] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: We've been using Opus since we, I first heard about it, which was what, two and a half years ago. Now I have my own tools that I think find better clips, find better

[00:33:21] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: finds the best clips? That's what

[00:33:23] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I

[00:33:23] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: want.

[00:33:23] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: that I made.

[00:33:25] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: You made you, you coded it yourself.

[00:33:27] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Well, you just put the transcript in and it finds it.

[00:33:30] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Oh, she have like a custom GPT.

[00:33:32] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: , I mean, it's made in, it's made in Claude and Mind Pal. Yeah.

[00:33:36] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Wow. That's

[00:33:37] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: , I like that. , But all the tools, right? Like I've been, something that I'm excited about again, is AI generated videos, just talking about real estate. Because I can have any kind of spokes model that I want, , that will reach a broader audience, right?

[00:33:57] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: With any kind of look or demographic you want with Hey, gen, it's pretty remarkable.

[00:34:02] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Yeah, dude, that's an interesting thing to do. If you were to take, this would be really fun actually, is if you were to take a GPT crawler, it would go through every, let's say there's 250 MSAs that you wanna target. It goes through all 250 MSAs and it finds using things like nextdoor whatever, but it finds the top trending 10 topics, and then it captures those top trending 10 topics and it distills.

[00:34:27] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: It distills those topics into whatever, you know, like everybody, obviously everybody in Asheville, North Carolina is talking about hurricane reparation, right? That type of thing. You take that, put it on shelf, and then the other thing you do, and this is where I think the, the ninja sauce is, is you use some of those, those AI video creators, but you create an avatar on a per MSA basis.

[00:34:50] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Like the person that works in Asheville, North Carolina, let's say it's a 30-year-old brunette female who's Caucasian and smiling, right? Which is the most highest performing avatar of all time, isn't gonna be the person that works in Manhattan, isn't gonna be the person that works in San

[00:35:02] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Francisco, bro. So if you customized your avatar on a per geo basis.

[00:35:08] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Um, good. well I think we could talk for hours.

[00:35:12] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: I think we did,

[00:35:13] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: , What was I gonna say? EAs? We were talking about that and I just wanna give you a plug because I referred, , Pareto talent to a couple of coaching clients and they've been delighted. I

[00:35:26] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: have,

[00:35:27] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: yes. And I have other colleagues, , mutual friends of ours who have been delighted.

[00:35:33] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: So I think it would be, we've talked about this in the past. We have a full episode talking about this, maybe even two, maybe even three.

[00:35:41] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: We got four.

[00:35:42] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: so so tell everybody what Pareto talent is and how to reach out to you for more information about that.

[00:35:49] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: we staff high-end executive assistants. It takes a thousand applicants to produce one ea. We are a premium, which I'm proud of. And I want staff for grunt work. So if you want somebody to do like, you know, pound the pavement, boiler room cold calling, or that type of stuff, don't come to me. , But if you're looking for somebody that can be kind of a, a mini you, like a little clone, someone that like really helps move the needle inside of your business,

[00:36:09] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: And the smart and gets it.

[00:36:11] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: and gets it.

[00:36:12] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Yeah. So we, I, I'm really, really proud of our people. Dude, I have six of my own EAs. I, I eat my own dog food. E aeo.co. The business we just talked about was built by an ea Julian. I got another I'm probably gonna do done for you podcast production, sorry, Hector. And that's being built by, by another EA Camillo, , I own seed oil.com.

[00:36:29] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: That's being run by an ea Frida like, bro. Every time I start a bus, I have 17 businesses in my portfolio, which is not a brag. It means I'm stupid and I can't pay attention.

[00:36:37] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Every time I start a business, I peel off an EA and I, I have them manage it and do they do it better than I ever

[00:36:42] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: could.

[00:36:43] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: So

[00:36:43] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: that's, that's the ticket. Good. Well, and where do people get more information about that?

[00:36:47] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: go to pareto talent.com.

[00:36:50] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: Mention Sunni's name and I'm sure we got something special

[00:36:53] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: I think there is something, yeah, I think I may even have my own link. But regardless, so many people ask me for good help. I build my companies on international talent and I continue to, , so I think caused some. Has a proven track record with this. So hit him up. It was not meant to be an ad, but it's just how I feel and he's my boy, so I'm gonna give him props.

[00:37:14] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: Good. Okay. Well wants to follow you like somewhere or learn more about

[00:37:19] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: you, Follow. well they follow, if they're listening, especially this long, they definitely

[00:37:23] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: follow me. yeah.

[00:37:25] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Guest: to me. That's all my socials on my whatever. Ks i.me folks, make sure to give Kasum a follow and, , the a EO stuff is exciting. We, I'm gonna make sure Kasum will probably be on a hundred more times 'cause he is my new

[00:37:38] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: cohost. Yeah. So, , it's actually kind, that's not a bad idea. , And, , we'll bring him back for more a EO more stuff. Soum. Thank you brother.

[00:37:47] RPP - Kasim Aslam - Host: All right, everyone, go back and watch the couple of past episodes with Coum. We'll drop the numbers in the show notes and we'll see you in the next episode of the Reside Platform Podcast. Peace.
