The complete conversation, in order. 5,480 words.

[00:00:00] Suneet: Welcome back to the Reside Platform Podcast. I'm your host, Sunita Agrawal, and today we're bringing you something super special, our very first in-person episode. So I recently went to the Driven Mastermind and I had a great opportunity to sit down again with my go-to AI automation expert. Read Florian.

[00:00:21] Suneet: If you enjoy this face-to-face format, make sure to drop us the comment or reach out on social to let us know. We love hearing from you and want to continue delivering the content that you wanna see. Now I. Let's transition into my chat with Reid.

[00:00:43] Suneet: All right, everybody. Welcome to another episode of the Reside Platform podcast. This is a special episode. Number one for the guest. My good friend, my personal ai. Go-to guy, not just me, it's everybody. Reid Florian to join us for our third episode of High Platform. David, thank you. How's it going? That's going great.

[00:01:07] Suneet: It's awesome to be here again. I love hanging out with you sun. That same, so the next cool thing. If this is the first reside, where about, this might be the hundredth episode, I should have checked before we got started filming, but we're right around the hundredth episode and it's our first one live. So Awesome.

[00:01:25] Suneet: It's the first one that I've ever done with three cameras. So 1, 2, 3. And we're here at Driven Mastermind, which is where we know each other from. Um, why don't you just tell everybody what a Driven Mastermind is?

[00:01:38] Reed: Yeah, so Driven Mastermind. It's, uh, done by, uh, Perry Belcher, uh, Jason Flatland and Kam Aslam.

[00:01:45] Reed: And it's really for entrepreneurs that are doing 7, 8, 9 figures. Um, you know, in their businesses. Many of us have online businesses, some people have offline businesses, but we all, I. There's about a hundred of us and we all get together in really fun locations, do cool stuff. We were racing Go-karts the other day, so that was fun.

[00:02:03] Reed: And we all, you know, try to help each other learn and grow. And we're not really direct competitors with one another. I mean, there might be some people in the room that are, I have one in there. Yeah. Do you? Uh, but everyone seems to be more about helping each other out instead of competing. And we all share what's working and what's not working.

[00:02:20] Reed: And, you know, the nice thing about the room is it's. Really, there's no assholes allowed kind of thing. It's, it's great people, everyone's above board, they're all doing really cool stuff, all very helpful. They all open up the Rolodexes to one another and, you know, introduce people to, to one another and stuff like that.

[00:02:37] Reed: And just kinda help you push the, the, the ball down the field and, and, you know, get to the next area in your business. It's so cool, man. And uh, and

[00:02:46] Suneet: you're totally right. Before we dig deeper on that, we raced against each other. Yep. In two heats. Yep. What place did you get? I think fourth. Okay. I got seventh.

[00:02:57] Suneet: Both times though you beat me both times. Turns out I'm not the greatest racer. That's okay. And I love what you said though about the mastermind because um, yes, I have digital and brick and mortar type of bit businesses and real estate and consulting and end to end coaching and. I'm sure you heard of, uh, Jay, Jay Abraham.

[00:03:18] Suneet: Mm-hmm. Yeah. Right. I actually met him the first night I met Perry. That's a story for another time. I may have not acted appropriately. Friend Jay Abraham. I didn't know who he was at the time. Our, our, our Perry Belcher. But, um, that's, that's, that's another, the story. But you know, Jay Abraham always talks about going outside of your main.

[00:03:38] Suneet: Business field to get inspired to do, bring things into your business. Mm-hmm. Right. So for me, I'm a real estate guy, right? We have a real estate mastermind. We have real estate coaching and, and, and consulting. I come here to another mastermind to get ideas to bring value back to my mastermind. So, um, what are some of the reasons that you really like to come here?

[00:04:04] Reed: I mean, kind of real world problems. I found out what, you know, these business leaders have that's going on in their, their businesses from all walks of life. Like, like you've mentioned, we all have different businesses and I'm finding out what are the common issues that they seem to be having and try to figure out how I can help and how I can, you know, help them streamline and automate that stuff with AI and automation as best as possible so they can have more time to do what they enjoy and, and focus on on their.

[00:04:31] Reed: Area of excellence.

[00:04:32] Suneet: Yes. So for everybody watching and listening, if you haven't seen any of the other shows that Reg and I have done on Reside Platform podcast, we've gone deep, deep in ai. So we'll spare you from going deep, deep this time, but I recommend. You go back and watch those other episodes and we talk about a lot of cool shit, then we, I think we made a CRM.

[00:04:53] Suneet: We did. We, yeah. That one got a lot of views. So you watched the last episode. We got a lot of views. We Reid making a CRM in real time while we were filming a podcast. That was cool. I mean, it didn't work great, but we spent what, six minutes on it or something? Raised that. Yeah. Right. Um, so what are some of the, so you being like an AI and automation expert, you mind if I call you that?

[00:05:17] Suneet: Sure.

[00:05:18] Reed: I don't feel like anyone's an expert on that, but Sure. For

[00:05:21] Suneet: lack of a better term, and we'll go for it. So in talking to business owners in this room, who are, I would say it's a are, would you agree that it's a pretty much a tech enabled room? Like people in that room are more techy than maybe some other rooms?

[00:05:38] Reed: Yeah, I'd say so. Uh, at least interested in technology. Maybe they're not like programmers or anything like that, or geeks. Yeah. Yeah. But they're, they're definitely comfortable with technology. They know how to copy and paste. They know how to turn their computer on, they know it uses electricity, those kind of things.

[00:05:53] Reed: Yeah. Um, they, they've got that figured out for sure. Uh, there's a lot of, there's a lot of PC with also a lot of MAC users. I haven't noticed any Linux PC movers, is that what you're saying? Ew, we let them in. Um, but most, most of the room is Mac, I'd say. Um, but yeah, no, it's, it's a, it's a great group of people and they're all trying new things and if they don't know how to do it, you know, technology-wise, they're not afraid to invest in somewhere on their team to figure out how to do it or a contractor to do it for 'em.

[00:06:18] Suneet: Yes. So what have been some of the most common issues that other people in the room have come to you with?

[00:06:27] Reed: Let's see there. I mean, there's always stuff on lead generation. There's always stuff with, you know, optimizing their sales process. There's always things about dealing with their customer support.

[00:06:37] Reed: Um, I. You know, just a lot of stuff basically around growing or maintaining their business and keeping things going when they're focused on something else. Because, you know, we all take time away from our businesses and our families to be here right now. Yeah. And you know that that's a major investment and time, effort, energy, money, just coming to, you know, places like this.

[00:06:56] Reed: Hundred percent. And so you have to see an ROI in order to be in, in something like Driven. And so I think a lot of people are. You know, all they have to do is get one thing, one connection, one idea, one thing that they implement from Chrome driven or from someone they met at Driven, and it makes a world of difference in their business.

[00:07:16] Suneet: I think that so many people coming here and just entrepreneurs and general. Are not seeing the full scope. And Perry, so Perry Belcher, one of our, he's a good friend of both of ours and a mentor to, to the both of his godfather. Digital marketing, super stud. Cool. Mother. Uh, am I allowed to say the F word on here?

[00:07:37] Suneet: Okay. Well, I don't know. Um, but he's kind of like. Becoming more of a futurist, isn't he? Yeah, I'd say so for sure. So, but the reason why I like it so much is because number one, Perry has a lot more experience in this field of work and life. I mean, he's older than both of us, right? So he has more experience in life, more experience in brick mortar businesses and digital businesses and education businesses.

[00:08:03] Suneet: So what he says is really, I always take it to heart. And I'm a fanboy. Love you Perry. Uh, and he'll never watch this, but he's really becoming more of a futurist with the all, everything happening with AI and robotics. Something he said baffled me, even though I guess that was the only one in the room, just the number.

[00:08:23] Suneet: Right? 5.4% of businesses have AI in them.

[00:08:29] Reed: Probably about right.

[00:08:30] Suneet: Yeah, dude, that's crazy.

[00:08:33] Reed: Why do you think that is? I think people are afraid. Uh, you know, we've seen so many movies and, and media that have just told us that the rise of the machine, you know, Terminator's gonna kill us all. So you have that, you've got a lot of businesses that.

[00:08:48] Reed: Still dragging their feet on even getting a website after 30 years. Uh, it's amazing that they're still around. Uh, I mean, you still see some businesses that may have like an a OL email address and you're like, huh, that's interesting. Yeah, I have a

[00:09:02] Suneet: lawyer who has a OL. Yeah, it's wild. And,

[00:09:06] Reed: and so. Some people are definitely dragging their feet on things.

[00:09:10] Reed: I think we're gonna be kind of forced to adapt on here. Like we're seeing AI get enabled into our phones, into our computers, into just everyday items that we're using, whether we like it or not. You know, you go on Netflix and it's predicting what things you're gonna binge next. That's, that's an ai.

[00:09:26] Reed: You're asking Siri on your phone for something that's now an ai.

[00:09:30] Speakers 1: Yeah,

[00:09:30] Reed: like. Lots of things that you're using now have an AI in them and it's only going to be more and more, especially as it gets easier and easier to make stuff. 'cause I mean, you were talking about how we made a CRM uh, the other day on, on this podcast, we used AI to build it.

[00:09:45] Reed: So, I mean, imagine what things are gonna be like in a year two 10, um, you know, years down the road, what people are gonna be doing with this stuff and how interactive all this stuff's gonna be.

[00:09:53] Suneet: To have coded what we made in minutes would've taken so long, been a lot of money. And a lot of money and like I went to college and I took a bunch of coding glasses and they were hard.

[00:10:06] Suneet: I don't remember how to do, that's way easier. And it's interesting too, Netflix, when you're listening to Apple Music, our Pandora and it plays the next song, it's assuming what song you're gonna like next. It is surrounding you in every way. And I think like the first place to get in if you're a business and to use an AI is around the marketing.

[00:10:28] Suneet: Mm-hmm. For sure. That's the easiest place to start. Yep. And we have episodes where we talked about blogging and like, you know, both you and I post on social media a lot. Uh, I've been creating content using, um, scripts written by Jasper for ever, like three years now, dude. Right. Which is, makes me like a, a I OG by.

[00:10:52] Suneet: I just got paid a Jasper affiliate like last week. It was done, but Nice. It was a wow. Came outta nowhere. It was a 1056 bucks. Sean? Yes. Uh, I think the opportunity, like getting AI. Have it help you with your content so you can generate more leads. Whether that's creating lead magnets, writing sales, copy of webpage, you wanna do the whole website, SEO route, you wanna, um, but then like the next step, right?

[00:11:20] Suneet: I mean, like that's the first step is Yeah, I think that's where a lot of people start with. Start, and then like the, the next step is maybe in your sales process to, and this maybe just be an offshoot of content, but to refine your scripts, right? I am, and I guess now I'm talking to realtors, um, are other people doing legion is you use it now to refine your scripts and then maybe use it next to create your sales presentations, right?

[00:11:47] Suneet: Definitely. Which outta the script too. But beyond that. What are the possibilities or traditional businesses you think doing sales?

[00:11:58] Reed: I mean, I think we're gonna see a lot more like appointment generation, uh, both outbound and inbound stuff. There's definitely AI agents now where people call in and can, you know, set a calendar, uh, appointment up and that's all ai

[00:12:11] Suneet: you high level has it.

[00:12:12] Suneet: Like you can get a go high level account that's snap your fingers and if you don't have a go high level account. Um, I'll drop a comment for ours in here. It's great, it has all this stuff built in and you can go ahead and start playing with it right away. But yeah,

[00:12:25] Reed: so, yeah, so I mean, that, that is, I think we're, we're seeing more and more of that as a direction where things are going, and that's only gonna get more sophisticated, uh, as time goes on.

[00:12:37] Reed: You know, we're gonna see AI agents doing a lot of your work for you, even behind the scenes or even you just see it running on the computer kind of thing. It's, it's going out and reaching out to people and communicating with people and respond, responding to people on your behalf and. You know, if responding to their agent, you know, their agent, I'll talk to your agent kind of thing.

[00:12:55] Reed: Yeah. And, uh, you know, it'll be, yeah, it'll be like sports teams and everything.

[00:12:59] Speakers 1: Uh,

[00:13:00] Reed: but, uh, essentially the, these ais are gonna be doing a lot of the heavy lifting for us. And then we can focus our time on the creativity and the brainstorming and the actual human, human connection element, uh, that, that we have, you know, like we have a good friendship that.

[00:13:15] Reed: AI can't really do right now, but it's because we've hung out many, many times and we've done podcasts and stuff like that. So we're, we're friends now and, and we're, you know, the robots aren't quite there yet. Maybe assumption someday. Yeah. You know, they're like, there's definitely gonna be companionship robots, so if you Oh, where going?

[00:13:35] Reed: It was at some conference. Yeah.

[00:13:37] Suneet: Chloe, you probably see. Yes. Yeah. See, yes. I mean, I'm sure some people are, might be into it, but, uh, I don't know. Who knows where. Do not

[00:13:46] Speakers 1: buy a used

[00:13:47] Suneet: one.

[00:13:47] Speakers 1: Yeah,

[00:13:49] Suneet: but like, even like what was Perry talking about? The robots like Oh, like the Tesla bot things. Was it, what did he say?

[00:13:55] Suneet: By

[00:13:55] Reed: 2026, every, by 2030, every house will have like three. Three on average. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. He was talking about that. He, he. He went to like some Tesla dealership and they had, uh, like one of the robots that are on display or something, and I think he said it was like three, three robots. They were wrestling people to get in a couple years.

[00:14:13] Reed: Yes. For every house or something. That's crazy.

[00:14:16] Suneet: Yes. That's crazy insane because, well, outside of the personal life stuff with the robots, but for business, like dude, as he was talking about it, as he was talking about it. I was, I instantly go to a realtor's life. Right? And realtors is another one of these, uh, careers that people are always trying to like, take out.

[00:14:43] Suneet: Mm-hmm. Right? And I'm sitting there and I'm watching Perry talk about these robots, and then I think about those companionship, robots, whatever the hell that was. Um, but so I'm sitting there thinking, and I'm all, could a ro, could a robot do the job of a realtor? Could a robot go? It wouldn't even have to be a robot.

[00:15:02] Suneet: You book an appointment to go see a house using ai. You get to the house, you put in a code that the AI gives you, and it unlocks the door. The cameras make sure you don't steal anything. Ah, I don't know if that works, right? Like you wanna have a guide to do that. You, you've, you bought a house, wouldn't work for you.

[00:15:28] Reed: I've heard of people doing things where they've even had like a virtual like walkthrough Yeah. Of stuff. And it's, there isn't an agent there and it's like almost like a zoom call kind of thing. It is, yeah. They're talking like over their phone or something and, and showing it, but they're like, you could actually be at the location and there's a human agent back at their office talking to you about like, oh, the kitchen has blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

[00:15:51] Reed: Yeah. And so. That could definitely be done by an ai like you, you were just, you know, talking about, so I, I could see it happening at some point, you know? I know things are changing now that like a lot of homes have like the, the keyless entry kind of thing, but traditionally there's been like a lockbox that you, realtors, you know, enter whatever the code is to, to get into these things and, and that's how you get into the, the house.

[00:16:16] Reed: So yeah, I could easily see that being a thing, especially with homes that have the, the keyless entry, uh, kind of deal that would make it really easy. I do agree that you probably need a bunch of cameras up so that, yeah. That might have to be provided by the, the real estate company to do. I don't know how you'd wanna do that, where it would, you wouldn't have someone doing things in your house.

[00:16:39] Suneet: Yeah,

[00:16:39] Reed: no. Checking out your

[00:16:40] Suneet: bedroom. I don't know. As we're talking about this, when I represented one of the big IBU in, uh, 20 20, 20 21, and I had hundreds of listings, there was a point where I believe. Prospective home buyers could get access to a house for a certain amount of time. It was full of cameras, but guess what?

[00:17:04] Suneet: People stole shit. And people stole the cameras too. Mm-hmm. Right. So, so it really didn't. It really didn't work back then. Right. So I, I guess that would, that, that would remain to be seen. It seems like if I was living in Sacramento and I wanted to buy a house in Sacramento, I would much rather get my ass up off the couch and go see the house.

[00:17:28] Suneet: I. Have to get on a Zoom call or have to do some kind of AI something.

[00:17:33] Reed: Do you think we're gonna see people using like the um, meta Oculus glasses to take like a virtual reality

[00:17:39] Suneet: walkthrough? Dude, those have been around, like some version of that has been around. I. Since like 20 18, 20 19. Sure. Right. And I never saw it really take, I never saw it do anything.

[00:17:53] Suneet: The opportunity lies in still to this day is we do a lot of virtual tours.

[00:17:59] Speakers 1: Mm-hmm.

[00:18:01] Suneet: When someone lives across the country and needs to buy a house and can't, can't come out here to look at houses all the time. Sure. Yep. Right. So that still happens. What percentage of our business is that? One. Yeah. Right.

[00:18:14] Suneet: Maybe, probably half of one. So I, you know, that still remains to be seen. If you would go to a house and have a robot waiting there for you today, that would be weird. 10 years from now. 10 years from now, I don't If you have three robots in her house already. Very interesting. Um, very interesting. And now we sound like futurist.

[00:18:39] Suneet: Wait, maybe we are. Um, there he is rubbing off on, yeah. Oh dude, totally. Um, the one interesting thing that I've been shouting about from the rooftops since Jasper that would love to talk to you about is I'm Bob. Or I'll make it easy. I'm Suneet and I wanna buy a house and I'm not a realtor right now. I go to a home search site.

[00:19:05] Suneet: Let's call it the zillow.com. 'cause many people know what is what Zillow is. I've heard of that one. Yeah. Uh, leave your opinions elsewhere. I'm a big Zillow advocate. Uh, go to zillow.com. Um. Type in houses in Sacramento, um, 400,000 bucks with a pool and you know, next to this, next to Southport Elementary in West Sacramento.

[00:19:31] Suneet: Um, and I get a list and then I push a button and Zillow connects me with an agent. Agent will probably work for me in this case in Sacramento, but I digress. This is what's going to happen is you're gonna say, Hey, Google. Hey chat. Hey Siri. Hey Alexa. I wanna look at houses in Sacramento.

[00:19:56] Speakers 1: Mm-hmm.

[00:19:57] Suneet: That have this, this, and this.

[00:19:58] Suneet: Send me an appointment. Sure. That's close, bro. Mm-hmm. Oh, definitely. Yeah. Zillow had one of the first custom GPTs when OpenAI started busting. You know where they have they? Yeah. Remember that GPT story? Yep. I, so that was about a year and a half ago now. Mm-hmm. So, dude, this is something, ever since then I've been thinking of that.

[00:20:18] Suneet: Sure.

[00:20:22] Suneet: How are we gonna index? Um, so

[00:20:25] Speakers 1: I hope, how are you gonna rank inside

[00:20:27] Suneet: those tasks? Yes. Like how, like how do I completely selfish now, how do I get in there

[00:20:37] Reed: that, I don't know. I mean, the, the no one knows the so early that, that no one really knows. It's kind of been luck at the draw for anyone that's gotten named to rank for the answers.

[00:20:45] Reed: Well, I mean, look, so Jason,

[00:20:47] Suneet: um, Flatley and another friend of ours, another guy who runs this mastermind, the goat of webinars. You see his Facebook post this morning? He asked Chad, GPT, who the goat of webinars was, and it says him. Nice. Nice. Now the only caveat there is if it's his account and he's been telling it that he's the goat.

[00:21:08] Suneet: Sure. All this time. Then it's his own memory. Oh, we could check it now. We could check it now.

[00:21:13] Speakers 1: Yes. Check it on mine. Who is the go to webinar? Yes. Let's look. Let's find out. See how good it is.

[00:21:24] Suneet: All right. Yeah. For everyone listening, we're both on our phones looking at Chad GPT.

[00:21:28] Reed: That's how nerdy we

[00:21:29] Suneet: are. Yeah.

[00:21:30] Suneet: We have to check it right away. Oh, we, we got Russell and then Jason. I got Russell, Tony Robbins, Amy Porterfield, Graham Cardone, Dean

[00:21:41] Reed: G and no, Jason. Oh, I got Russell, Jason, Amy Porterfield, Frank Kern, and my friend Perry Belcher. Fascinating. It actually says your friend,

[00:21:53] Suneet: what model are you using? That was four.

[00:21:56] Suneet: Oh me too. Hmm. Therein lies of the problem. Yep. Yep. There we go. Therein lies the problem. Okay. Trust but verify. Trust but verify. Okay. Who is the top realtor in Sacramento? And I want you to look in Minnesota. Sure. Because we already know who it is. Our in Minneapolis. It's one of my good friends. We're not even gonna say his name.

[00:22:23] Speakers 1: Who is the top realtor? In Sacramento.

[00:22:27] Suneet: Yeah. Okay. So de determining the top realtor in Sacramento can determine, depend on various factors including sales volume, client satisfaction based on recent data. Here are some of the leading real estate professionals of Sacramento. Number one, me by stock Holmes Group.

[00:22:47] Suneet: Is that what yours says? I have a few other ones.

[00:22:53] Suneet: See, where did that pull from? I have no idea. It has the sources there.

[00:23:02] Suneet: Wow. See

[00:23:03] Speakers 1: it

[00:23:03] Suneet: really

[00:23:03] Speakers 1: interesting. Now it's like the sources look like some

[00:23:06] Suneet: blogs I've never heard of. Yeah. So someone manipulating the The algorithm. Wow. So, so what's the opportunity?

[00:23:13] Reed: Yeah,

[00:23:15] Suneet: that's interesting. That is interesting.

[00:23:17] Reed: Huh? Did we just open it up?

[00:23:21] Suneet: Wow. So we both now put in Minnesota and see or put in Minneapolis. And let's see if, if my friend comes up, should I do it with web search? Did you do web search or no? I just did normal, prompt

[00:23:34] Reed: who is the top,

[00:23:35] Suneet: because most users don't know to do that. Yep.

[00:23:38] Reed: In Minneapolis. Let's find out. I mean, you got billboards everywhere, so

[00:23:45] Suneet: billboards, radio, TV ads.

[00:23:54] Suneet: Yeah. Number one. Yep. Number one realtor in Minneapolis. If you didn't know Chris, if you're watching, it's you crystalline doll. So fascinating. Fascinating. You got, there's the opportunity because if. I'm in one bedroom looking at that asking chat, GPT and my wife is on the other side of the house talking to, I don't, I still don't think my wife's ever logged into chat.

[00:24:18] Suneet: GPT. So Alexa, 'cause that's what she likes, uh, um, we're gonna get different answers. Mm-hmm. That the, the professionals who can hack that are gonna win. Oh, definitely. Yeah. Across all fields. There's

[00:24:31] Reed: no one searching anymore. We're all asking these ai I know. Now I, I, I went on Yahoo the other day and they even have an AI thing now to, to search and talk, uh, to, to it instead of like the normal search.

[00:24:45] Reed: And they were like the first search engine way back in the day. So they've switched to doing a chat based tap to Google. I. I don't know. I mean, they got plenty of money so they can weather this storm and maybe just make more robot taxis. Like they're, they're doing those Waymo's, you know, do, do they own those?

[00:25:01] Reed: No, the Waymo's are theirs. Yeah. Waymo. Yeah. Yeah. Have you ever seen one of those? I've taken it half a dozen times while I've been here. It's awesome. So we're in Scottsdale right now and I never seen one, I hadn't seen 'em before. Well, I'd seen it at ces, but I hadn't like been in one.

[00:25:14] Suneet: Yeah. So they have these while you tell everybody what it is.

[00:25:17] Suneet: 'cause it sounds really dangerous to me. No, it's awesome.

[00:25:19] Reed: It's so cool. So it, it, it's this car, it's a, a jaguar that you get in and it's got all these cameras and sensors all over the place. Uh, you got like a button you co press to have it pull over or to talk to support. You got. Maps that show everything.

[00:25:35] Reed: Uh, like it'll see like people like pedestrians, it'll see cars, it'll see stop signs, everything. Like if someone puts on their blinker that shows up on the, the radar sensor thing that you can see it even on the screen, uh, that I can see it. So it's like really cool. But the, the steering wheel's moving all by its own.

[00:25:50] Reed: It's, you know, breaking and accelerating on someone's doing everything. I'm just sitting in the backseat, pruning my thumbs while it does everything. And control the music if you want. It's so cool. And like Perry was sharing some stats, it was like. I wanna say for every a million miles people drive, you have about three accidents that you have.

[00:26:08] Reed: I don't know how danger, like how bad the accident is, but Sure. That's the average. And for these, it's like I. Point five nine acts safer million uh, miles. So it's six times safer than a human driver, which makes sense because you don't have someone texting and driving. They're not pissed off at their lover.

[00:26:25] Reed: They're not hungry, they're not, you know, drinking, they're not doing all this other stuff that we do as humans. Yeah. And, and all the other people around it are doing too. And you got a machine that's looking out for all those kind of things and can anticipate all this stuff. And, you know, being that's owned by Google.

[00:26:40] Reed: I'm assuming they're using it to map everything for Google Maps too. 'cause they got all those cameras on it, they might as well double dip on it. Of course. They're So, it's really cool. You need to do all your,

[00:26:50] Suneet: I mean

[00:26:50] Reed: I'll,

[00:26:51] Suneet: I'll take one to the airport.

[00:26:53] Reed: Yeah, you do. And it was to, well if you have a choice between Uber and, what's it called?

[00:26:57] Reed: A Waymo. Waymo. Waymo. Unless I know the Uber or Uber driver is like really hot, then yeah. Sorry wife, you know, but I'll, I'll enjoy the flirty conversation. Uh, but, uh, no, the, the Waymo wins for me every time. Do they have a Minneapolis yet? No, not yet. It's, it's like here, I wanna say LA in Austin, Texas. So that's

[00:27:19] Suneet: it.
