Speaker [00:00:11] With the new and improved John, the backup John backup, John

Speaker [00:00:22] terrified of taking these calls alone
Speaker [00:00:25] So I dropped a link in to the strategy team and said, fellows
Speaker [00:00:27] helped me and your summer so far
Speaker [00:00:30] You're the only one
Speaker [00:00:30] Brave enough to step up to the plate
Speaker [00:00:32] I tried guilting everybody so far
Speaker [00:00:34] It doesn't seem like it's working, coming
Speaker [00:00:37] Don't worry
Speaker [00:00:39] I'm expressing this and y'all better show up
Speaker [00:00:42] Yeah
Speaker [00:00:43] Um, this is going to be a good one
Speaker [00:00:45] So, uh, as always, uh, thank you to everybody who's shown up
Speaker [00:00:49] I see a Facebook user says how well they Fogo
Speaker [00:00:52] Hey boys, do y'all want to ask questions in the live Q and a, you
Speaker [00:00:56] got to jump into, into the two
Speaker [00:00:58] So jump into YouTube and, uh, I'm going to be pulling our
Speaker [00:01:00] questions from the YouTube chat
Speaker [00:01:06] Which I'm excited about
Speaker [00:01:08] There we are
Speaker [00:01:08] I was just waiting for YouTube to queue it up and we've got some new members
Speaker [00:01:14] We've got Tommy Ducasse now
Speaker [00:01:18] Sorry, Tommy
Speaker [00:01:18] If I mispronounced that, Hey, Tommy, Tommy is here and then we've got Brett Nelson
Speaker [00:01:23] Thanks for joining
Speaker [00:01:23] Appreciate you, uh, theaters here
Speaker [00:01:27] Nice to see you
Speaker [00:01:29] Uh, I just applied to get on the beta for negative keywords for Pemex
Speaker [00:01:31] No way, Dave, where did you do that?
Speaker [00:01:33] Where does that exist?
Speaker [00:01:38] John, what up John?
Speaker [00:01:39] John Ray
Speaker [00:01:42] Yeah
Speaker [00:01:43] Send us a screenshot of where that beta exists, because we were told by Google
Speaker [00:01:48] that everybody was going to get it
Speaker [00:01:49] And then we were told by Google that nobody's going to get it
Speaker [00:01:51] So now nobody knows what to believe, which is super, super frustrating
Speaker [00:01:55] Michael, what am Michael?
Speaker [00:01:56] Steve?
Speaker [00:01:58] Oh my Google rep
Speaker [00:01:59] Yeah
Speaker [00:01:59] Well, we'll see then Dave, arms of Andes is here
Speaker [00:02:03] What apartments?
Speaker [00:02:05] Brett Nelson customer list doesn't work in
Speaker [00:02:07] PMX really what didn't work about it
Speaker [00:02:10] Brett Nelson, could you not upload it?
Speaker [00:02:13] Oh, it might be a, uh, what do you call it?
Speaker [00:02:16] Spend issue if you have a new account
Speaker [00:02:18] And I think there's like a $50,000 spend, uh, threshold got a threshold and they,
Speaker [00:02:24] they didn't, they said they did it, but like a lot of the times you can, and it's
Speaker [00:02:27] usually because of the spend threshold
Speaker [00:02:30] So frustrated sucks
Speaker [00:02:33] Yeah, Brett Nelson
Speaker [00:02:34] Do you, have you reached $50,000 in lifetime spend it's lifetime, right?
Speaker [00:02:38] It's not per annum
Speaker [00:02:40] Uh, yes
Speaker [00:02:41] I'm going to go with, yes
Speaker [00:02:42] All right
Speaker [00:02:43] I'm going to shout out our new members real quick
Speaker [00:02:45] Uh, Brett Nelson, uh, Tommy Ducasse now, I'm sorry
Speaker [00:02:48] I'm saying it wrong time in Casey snow movie at on, uh, why David's 74
Speaker [00:02:54] Uh, Ian who?
Speaker [00:02:56] Jos carp and I in ACU, Nick, Dave regalia
Speaker [00:03:04] Nick Hammond, client dispute management
Speaker [00:03:06] You scare me a little bit, but I'm glad you're here, max
Speaker [00:03:09] Vander's a beer
Speaker [00:03:10] Say ed Chris
Speaker [00:03:11] Horridge Leo number 26, and everybody else is, uh, has been around
Speaker [00:03:15] So appreciate y'all being here
Speaker [00:03:16] Stop dropping your questions into start dropping your
Speaker [00:03:18] questions in the chat with Sama
Speaker [00:03:20] Just so y'all know is, uh, is one of our longest tenured strategists
Speaker [00:03:23] He's here to answer your questions
Speaker [00:03:24] Justin just signed up to be a good person by the way
Speaker [00:03:26] Thank you, Justin
Speaker [00:03:27] So it was some, but we're going to start taking
Speaker [00:03:32] Let's do it
Speaker [00:03:33] Uh, Brett Nelson says upload works, but it won't take it
Speaker [00:03:36] It's been there a while
Speaker [00:03:38] Yeah
Speaker [00:03:39] It's usually a spend issue where you can upload the customer list onto Google
Speaker [00:03:44] and it's big enough, but just for, because I guess the spend limit, you
Speaker [00:03:47] can't use it as an audience signal in your Pemex campaign, which is weird
Speaker [00:03:53] That is really weird
Speaker [00:03:55] Yeah
Speaker [00:03:57] Yeah
Speaker [00:03:57] That's true for weird
Speaker [00:04:00] That's also really frustrating because Google came out and said officially,
Speaker [00:04:03] they lifted all the spend threshold
Speaker [00:04:04] So the fact that it hasn't been lifted, I think, I almost wonder if
Speaker [00:04:06] you can send that through support because that feels like something
Speaker [00:04:09] that just shouldn't be there
Speaker [00:04:10] That's what the shot they Fogle said
Speaker [00:04:13] That is a Google account rep said try using negative, uh, on the
Speaker [00:04:18] account level, uh, negative, uh, application on the account level
Speaker [00:04:21] Doesn't work in PMX at least not to my knowledge
Speaker [00:04:23] If anybody else has tried it
Speaker [00:04:27] Uh, who's this phase here
Speaker [00:04:28] Check this out
Speaker [00:04:29] Now it's a party the week
Speaker [00:04:31] Uh, guilting worked
Speaker [00:04:34] There we go
Speaker [00:04:35] Caitlin
Speaker [00:04:36] I know you're watching this on car
Speaker [00:04:37] I know YouTube
Speaker [00:04:39] Where are you guys at?
Speaker [00:04:40] Yeah, they're running tired
Speaker [00:04:42] It's live
Speaker [00:04:44] Yeah, Kayden just goes to the last video you were under a red light,
Speaker [00:04:47] like you were all being Pokemon
Speaker [00:04:51] I mean, it was so funny
Speaker [00:04:53] Ryan heroine just joined, uh, to be a great person
Speaker [00:04:56] Thank you, Ryan
Speaker [00:04:57] Um, Conday father goes, John looks different today
Speaker [00:05:00] Did he grow all?
Speaker [00:05:02] Alright, so we've got a question from Justin here
Speaker [00:05:04] How do I fix my conversion tracking for e-commerce and Pemex to only
Speaker [00:05:08] show purchase value in college?
Speaker [00:05:10] Currently, it's showing 80% conversion rates and inflating
Speaker [00:05:13] everything by counting ATC, et cetera
Speaker [00:05:15] So can I take this or who wants to take it, take it right
Speaker [00:05:20] So there's a couple ways to do this
Speaker [00:05:21] And we recorded a video on this a couple of days ago
Speaker [00:05:23] Me and costume to Google just recently started, I guess, handing out us the
Speaker [00:05:27] regular columns that we used to have earlier with just convergence cost per
Speaker [00:05:31] conversion, a conversion value divided by cost, which was set to basically
Speaker [00:05:36] whatever conversion action you are taking
Speaker [00:05:38] So if you don't have that, if you have that, so you can just use those,
Speaker [00:05:44] but you're gonna have to check
Speaker [00:05:45] And if you don't have that, the easiest way that we kind of do for accounts that
Speaker [00:05:49] don't have that right now is we literally go in and delete all the other conversion
Speaker [00:05:53] actions, which is like a temporary fits
Speaker [00:05:55] So the only conversion action, the way I'm sorry to have jumped in
Speaker [00:05:58] Like, if you don't want to remove all of the conversions, you can
Speaker [00:06:02] just kill the conversion value
Speaker [00:06:05] That way you can count your conversion, every other conversions and see the
Speaker [00:06:09] Uh, purchase valleys
Speaker [00:06:10] The only drawback of killing the conversion value for the other conversion
Speaker [00:06:14] is that your number of conversion number will be inaccurate, but your cost per
Speaker [00:06:18] con, uh, but your conversion value over basically your ROAS would be accurate
Speaker [00:06:25] And so you guys brought me down if you disagree with this, but I'm afraid of
Speaker [00:06:28] killing all conversions or ancillary conversions, because even though now
Speaker [00:06:31] Google has come out and said secondary conversions, aren't used for optimization
Speaker [00:06:36] I think secondary conversions are used for optimization
Speaker [00:06:38] Otherwise, why would they have them?
Speaker [00:06:39] Google needs, predictive indications of intent
Speaker [00:06:41] So if you kill all secondary conversions, you're killing Google's ability to kind of
Speaker [00:06:44] see who would buy from you in the future
Speaker [00:06:47] So all of our accounts currently before we got those new columns, which
Speaker [00:06:52] has literally been like what a week so far have been running without any
Speaker [00:06:56] of the secondary conversion actions, because it was the only way we could
Speaker [00:07:00] measure the performance effect
Speaker [00:07:02] So all the results we've been seeing have been only with one conversion
Speaker [00:07:05] action, which was purchased
Speaker [00:07:06] Um, they focus his customer
Speaker [00:07:10] Doesn't buy anything that Google says that's true here
Speaker [00:07:14] So Octa nation, first of all, Warren, thank you for the tip
Speaker [00:07:17] Really appreciate you
Speaker [00:07:18] This dude's an assassin he's, he's flown around by Zuckerberg and
Speaker [00:07:21] Facebook to teach other people how to run, um, membership communities
Speaker [00:07:25] Um, absolute brilliant, brilliant marketer
Speaker [00:07:28] I'm super flattered that you'd be here, buddy
Speaker [00:07:29] Thank you
Speaker [00:07:30] Uh, so Justin's question
Speaker [00:07:33] Um, we answered more or less Justin, let us know if that satiates your desire,
Speaker [00:07:37] or if there's more to dig into there, I've got lead Google ad account isn't is
Speaker [00:07:43] always over reporting and purchase amount
Speaker [00:07:44] And the number of conversions I troubleshoot it
Speaker [00:07:47] The account has one goal which is purchased and counts
Speaker [00:07:49] It only in all conversion KPI
Speaker [00:07:55] Where do you, where do you read the questions?
Speaker [00:07:59] Hold on
Speaker [00:07:59] I'll drop it into a upper, drop it into slack
Speaker [00:08:02] I pull up Google live and I read them from there because these
Speaker [00:08:04] streams a chat function sucks
Speaker [00:08:08] Of course, here
Speaker [00:08:10] It's up
Speaker [00:08:11] Wonder buddy
Speaker [00:08:13] I'll be like, yeah
Speaker [00:08:14] We're like, don't say anything
Speaker [00:08:17] Stupid pretend you're smart
Speaker [00:08:21] Yeah
Speaker [00:08:22] So I just dropped the link to live
Speaker [00:08:24] And then I'm going to drop co-leads question into slack guys
Speaker [00:08:26] You guys let's tackle this one
Speaker [00:08:38] Oh
Speaker [00:08:39] I think it's the issue we had on card with the most recent one
Speaker [00:08:42] And the question I have for you Kalita is where are you sending
Speaker [00:08:47] people to track their orders?
Speaker [00:08:49] Because if you're sending people to the thank you page every single time,
Speaker [00:08:53] which is one, which is an account, we had, people were going to the
Speaker [00:08:56] thank you page to tractor order
Speaker [00:08:58] And every time it would just replicate, it would count it as an order
Speaker [00:09:01] So you had one conversion, which was like $2,000 a week, but
Speaker [00:09:04] because it visited five times, the conversion value was like 10 grand
Speaker [00:09:08] So
Speaker [00:09:09] We ran into that once with smart shopping where the, the thing, right?
Speaker [00:09:13] Yeah
Speaker [00:09:14] We ran into that with the very recent account
Speaker [00:09:15] So you can either send them to a completely separate page for
Speaker [00:09:19] tracking, or you can change the settings on your conversion action
Speaker [00:09:22] to just track the first one first
Speaker [00:09:25] But if you change one to every, or if you change every one and you have
Speaker [00:09:28] repeat purchases, then it's not going to count that repeat purchase from
Speaker [00:09:33] Uh, Colleen says, no, I have a code to prevent that already
Speaker [00:09:36] No duplication on the thank you page
Speaker [00:09:38] Yeah
Speaker [00:09:38] Yeah
Speaker [00:09:38] So actually it's not a wait, I'm hearing you guys
Speaker [00:09:43] Sorry
Speaker [00:09:44] So actually it's not a changing every conversion to one
Speaker [00:09:50] We just add a code, which is a first time assist and ended
Speaker [00:09:55] So with that code, it will prevent that conversion conversion tag to fire
Speaker [00:10:02] So it will just fire one
Speaker [00:10:04] Uh, once the transaction happened, if the customer clicks on reload or
Speaker [00:10:08] something, then it will not fire
Speaker [00:10:11] So that's how we prevent duplicate converge conversion value tracking
Speaker [00:10:16] And what was that code again on car?
Speaker [00:10:17] You said it was specific
Speaker [00:10:19] It was if, if first time assessed
Speaker [00:10:22] Okay
Speaker [00:10:22] If first time assist, could we have a link to that somewhere we can send?
Speaker [00:10:26] Yeah
Speaker [00:10:26] Coleen we'll try and drop that in the chat for you
Speaker [00:10:28] Yeah
Speaker [00:10:30] If you can find it on car, arms, Vandy is what's the best way to read
Speaker [00:10:33] the metrics from our listing groups
Speaker [00:10:37] I feel like an order, right?
Speaker [00:10:39] They give you the, the efficacy of the new audience
Speaker [00:10:43] Uh, according to impact, it's like 33 X, 20 X, 15 X, and then
Speaker [00:10:49] you take that new audience and you create a new asset, right?
Speaker [00:10:53] It wasn't his question
Speaker [00:10:54] How to analyze listing groups
Speaker [00:10:55] Yeah
Speaker [00:10:56] What's the best way to read the metrics from our listing groups
Speaker [00:11:00] Oh, I'm thinking of insights
Speaker [00:11:01] You're right
Speaker [00:11:01] You're right
Speaker [00:11:02] You're right
Speaker [00:11:02] Yeah
Speaker [00:11:03] So who wants to go?
Speaker [00:11:07] Okay
Speaker [00:11:08] It's not as the more important
Speaker [00:11:12] Have we checked costs, uh, click through rates, conversions, conversion
Speaker [00:11:16] ratio, and ROAS ROAS, actually
Speaker [00:11:18] Um, if you want to know like how to optimize, you can always like,
Speaker [00:11:22] uh, create a filter and like products that have over 100 clicks
Speaker [00:11:28] And you can also like this endpoint, uh, role as, and you can, um, can you
Speaker [00:11:34] remove the ones that are not hitting your goal and you have to check that
Speaker [00:11:37] sometimes Google, when it sees the
Speaker [00:11:40] Let's say you have spent $1,000 in a week
Speaker [00:11:44] You can see that, um, only one or two of the products, like,
Speaker [00:11:49] um, get 90% of the budget and just give 10% to the other ones
Speaker [00:11:54] You, you should also check that one
Speaker [00:11:56] That's the question we need, like a infographic there, like
Speaker [00:12:02] the hierarchy performance, max
Speaker [00:12:06] You know, like the first, most important key performance indicator specifically
Speaker [00:12:09] for e-com and then it cascades down
Speaker [00:12:14] Yeah
Speaker [00:12:14] It's kind of hard to do right now because you don't know how much influence the
Speaker [00:12:17] shopping campaigns in the search campaigns or the, just the overall funnel has on the
Speaker [00:12:23] whole purchase, because you might have, you might end up killing a product that
Speaker [00:12:29] was getting hit by the shopping network, but what's converting on the search
Speaker [00:12:32] So the listing group never got the country
Speaker [00:12:35] Or it might've gone through shopping search and then converted on display
Speaker [00:12:38] So search and shopping didn't get that data, but display
Speaker [00:12:42] was the one that converted it
Speaker [00:12:43] So it's like, it's a very risky move removing anything because you
Speaker [00:12:48] don't know how badly it's going to influence your results or your
Speaker [00:12:54] We've gotta be very careful
Speaker [00:12:55] Yeah
Speaker [00:12:56] Arms of Andes
Speaker [00:12:56] We're not trying to dance around this one
Speaker [00:12:58] What you're asking is, is a little tough
Speaker [00:13:00] It's kind of like, Hey, how do you run Google ads?
Speaker [00:13:03] It's very, open-ended like once you run performance, max, the data that
Speaker [00:13:06] you see is going to indicate your next move, but then it really depends
Speaker [00:13:10] on what data you're seeing and why
Speaker [00:13:12] Um, and then your next question, how do we apply to get on the
Speaker [00:13:15] negative keyword list for Pemex?
Speaker [00:13:16] Uh, Dave says he went through his Google rep
Speaker [00:13:19] I'd be real careful with your Google reps because they're all
Speaker [00:13:22] Um, single again, God bless them
Speaker [00:13:28] Uh, and they don't know that they're lying
Speaker [00:13:29] They don't know that, but they're fed misinformation
Speaker [00:13:31] But if you have a Google rep, maybe see if they can get you on the negative keyword,
Speaker [00:13:34] beta, uh, we were the most recent story we have from the higher end team at Google is
Speaker [00:13:38] that there is no negative keyword, beta, and they're not going to give it to us
Speaker [00:13:40] So maybe that story has changed
Speaker [00:13:43] Um, Tommy says we ran a PMX for over a month and suddenly it spent 80% of
Speaker [00:13:47] its budget in an hour with no result
Speaker [00:13:49] It did the same on the day
Speaker [00:13:51] Uh, reset right after midnight and we shut it off
Speaker [00:13:54] Have you seen that before?
Speaker [00:13:56] Yikes
Speaker [00:13:58] And we've seen that before crazy budget spend
Speaker [00:14:01] And then what was syringe and then dying
Speaker [00:14:04] It might just be dynamic prospecting at that point
Speaker [00:14:06] Can you, did you check your CPCs during that time?
Speaker [00:14:10] Actually, no, actually it happens with all of our P max campaign
Speaker [00:14:17] On the fourth day or second day, uh, jumps and, and then it starts to die off
Speaker [00:14:21] So that's when you should add more acid groups are more added, more
Speaker [00:14:29] audience signals to your asset groups
Speaker [00:14:31] So first it's just go wild
Speaker [00:14:34] It, it tries to, uh, target each and every audience that you put in there
Speaker [00:14:40] And then it, it, uh, it's segregated
Speaker [00:14:44] I tried this audience signal
Speaker [00:14:46] It doesn't work
Speaker [00:14:46] So let's not target that
Speaker [00:14:48] I tried the, so that's why in the first two days you will see a
Speaker [00:14:51] jump in, in the goth conversions, clicks, impressions, and all that
Speaker [00:14:55] Then, then it will start to analyze each and every audience signal
Speaker [00:14:59] And then it will stop spending, not stop spending
Speaker [00:15:03] It will stop spending on, uh, audience signal, which are things
Speaker [00:15:07] that it can't get to conversion
Speaker [00:15:11] Yeah
Speaker [00:15:11] So what I'm hearing on cars, it goes two inches deep, but a mile wide figures out
Speaker [00:15:15] what's working and then starts to drill
Speaker [00:15:17] Now, Tommy followed up and said the sh the traffic spike looks
Speaker [00:15:20] like a bot here's what's crazy
Speaker [00:15:21] Tommy is we're seeing an insane amount of bot traffic and performance
Speaker [00:15:24] mechs, especially for lead generation
Speaker [00:15:26] Like, it feels like 80%
Speaker [00:15:28] All of Google's traffic is bots now
Speaker [00:15:31] Um, so I don't think what you're saying is it feels off base at all
Speaker [00:15:35] Uh, what's weird though, is because PMX is goal oriented
Speaker [00:15:39] I would assume that would stop bot traffic if it's not accomplishing your goal
Speaker [00:15:42] So is, are you getting a bunch of false leads is what I'm saying?
Speaker [00:15:45] Because if you're getting false positives, school's going to keep
Speaker [00:15:47] giving you more and more of those
Speaker [00:15:49] Uh, John told us the new gold standard for all degeneration is 15 fields per form
Speaker [00:15:54] So if a client doesn't have 15 fields in a form, we're not
Speaker [00:15:57] going to run their peanuts
Speaker [00:15:58] Now, if you're at 12, that's fine
Speaker [00:16:01] But most of us are at three or
Speaker [00:16:03] And that's what stops the bot traffic, because the fields
Speaker [00:16:05] tend up being far more specific
Speaker [00:16:07] And then if the bot traffic isn't converting, then Google stop
Speaker [00:16:09] sending you more bot traffic
Speaker [00:16:11] But I'm convinced now that Google has a real strong, inability
Speaker [00:16:14] to identify bot traffic
Speaker [00:16:16] And Tommy said, like, if it's like, no, no, no
Speaker [00:16:21] I'm talking about the industry
Speaker [00:16:22] If you don't have like a decent search volume, if there is no demand
Speaker [00:16:26] for it, maybe Google is not seeing
Speaker [00:16:29] If people are not searching, I'm not going to show it for search
Speaker [00:16:32] I'm not going to, I couldn't show it for shopping
Speaker [00:16:35] So what I'm going to do, I'm going to try to create demand
Speaker [00:16:38] So I'm going to abuse, GDN, and I'm going to abuse, beauty
Speaker [00:16:42] So like if it's crop tops, for example, like you cannot spend all of your,
Speaker [00:16:47] I'm not sure about your budget, but you cannot spend all of their budget
Speaker [00:16:50] on search and shopping right away
Speaker [00:16:54] Yeah
Speaker [00:16:54] That's really well said
Speaker [00:16:55] Yeah, because I've tried performance max on photo five Legion accounts and
Speaker [00:17:03] it's walking on a, like, it doesn't work on like food because of bot traffic
Speaker [00:17:09] Like I was getting bought what traffic, because there was no
Speaker [00:17:13] one searching for that service
Speaker [00:17:14] So yeah
Speaker [00:17:15] Performance Maximo's going display, discovery, YouTube and everything
Speaker [00:17:20] But for one account where we are spending like a hundred K uh, it's a basement
Speaker [00:17:25] waterproofing company that has good
Speaker [00:17:27] So that DSA is walking
Speaker [00:17:29] So I think that performance max is focusing on search rather than
Speaker [00:17:34] going display discovery on YouTube
Speaker [00:17:36] So getting good results, uh, in DP, max campaign, can we force
Speaker [00:17:42] search by running search campaigns?
Speaker [00:17:43] So performance max wants to steal from our search
Speaker [00:17:47] Yeah, summer came up with it
Speaker [00:17:50] The original ideas belong to somewhere
Speaker [00:17:53] Uh, he's running supplemented DSS with it, but you have to be patient when
Speaker [00:17:56] you first launched preference banks
Speaker [00:17:57] So it has all seven channels and it starts wild
Speaker [00:18:00] Like we have a client that likes selling, um, sample music,
Speaker [00:18:05] library loops, stuff like this
Speaker [00:18:07] And the first search themes that we saw is like, listen, mariachi or
Speaker [00:18:11] download mariachi, but where we gave it
Speaker [00:18:13] Week
Speaker [00:18:14] And after that we see like decent, like, uh, Maria sample loops,
Speaker [00:18:18] drum, a music library for music, production, stuff like this
Speaker [00:18:22] But when you first started, you have to be patient
Speaker [00:18:24] You have to understand it's going to start wild
Speaker [00:18:26] Hmm
Speaker [00:18:29] Dan Rosetta asks, is it realistic to spend a million dollars per month on
Speaker [00:18:31] Pemex only and have six to 10 Roaz
Speaker [00:18:38] Well, I mean, we've got a couple of clients that are crushing it
Speaker [00:18:40] The problem is, is Dan
Speaker [00:18:41] It depends
Speaker [00:18:41] It depends on your industry
Speaker [00:18:42] If you're selling cell phone cases, probably not, but if you're selling
Speaker [00:18:45] something that's like hyper-specific, and you know, has quite a bit in
Speaker [00:18:48] the way of value and a strong AOV
Speaker [00:18:50] The thing that I'm seeing with Pemex dying, I just got off the phone with a
Speaker [00:18:53] client earlier this week who was really upset about his lack of performance
Speaker [00:18:57] He had like a $27 AOV
Speaker [00:18:59] It's just, there's no way to pay for traffic, their traffic
Speaker [00:19:01] Traffic's getting so much more excited
Speaker [00:19:03] Yeah, and you have to pay for that visibility
Speaker [00:19:06] So I need to know more about your business than any other input guys
Speaker [00:19:10] That's exactly what we were talking about earlier to keep up
Speaker [00:19:14] And the average order value that people tend to stick around for their e-comm
Speaker [00:19:18] brand is usually like 20 to 30 bucks
Speaker [00:19:20] When realistically you should be aiming for like, in my opinion, 60 to 70 plus,
Speaker [00:19:25] especially with us dude, big agencies, don't take you if you're sub $80 AOV
Speaker [00:19:32] Um, sorry to be offense that are there, then we needed to know a little bit
Speaker [00:19:36] more, uh, who lead says is search lost impression, share by rank the only
Speaker [00:19:40] KPI to look for when telling if your search brand is doing well or not
Speaker [00:19:49] When telling if your search brand is doing well or not, it doesn't mean brand camp
Speaker [00:19:55] Yeah, Kelly, do you mean brand campaign?
Speaker [00:19:57] And if so, I would imagine that you can still bank on conversions
Speaker [00:20:00] from your brand campaign
Speaker [00:20:01] So search slash impression shares it's a predictive indication, but the
Speaker [00:20:05] final KPI is going to be conversion or conversion value depending
Speaker [00:20:08] on what you're optimizing for
Speaker [00:20:10] Yup
Speaker [00:20:10] Conversion rate, click share
Speaker [00:20:13] Let me see
Speaker [00:20:15] Um, Dave made a point about our fixer earlier that we're telling Google
Speaker [00:20:18] that your conversions are worthless
Speaker [00:20:20] If you remove conversion values
Speaker [00:20:22] Um, and I'm going to fight you on that, Dave, I don't think you're telling Google
Speaker [00:20:25] that your conversions are worthless
Speaker [00:20:26] I think you're telling Google that all conversions are created equal
Speaker [00:20:29] So it goes from it
Speaker [00:20:31] You moved to binary, it'd be, you know, it's like a zero or one, which
Speaker [00:20:34] in some instances is to your benefit, you know, Hey, you won or you lost
Speaker [00:20:40] Um, it depends on the business office
Speaker [00:20:44] Uh, Steve, John has said minimum budget for Pemex is a hundred dollars a day
Speaker [00:20:48] So if your budget doesn't support a hundred dollars a day and
Speaker [00:20:50] Pemex is not an option, what's the next best option for e-com
Speaker [00:20:57] That's a good question
Speaker [00:20:58] Great max
Speaker [00:20:59] So I was reading that that will be a campaign called
Speaker [00:21:04] us performance, max retail
Speaker [00:21:06] I don't know how true that is
Speaker [00:21:08] I haven't heard that, but yeah, that's retail
Speaker [00:21:11] Yes
Speaker [00:21:11] So
Speaker [00:21:14] So I think in next few weeks, uh, Google will start recommending
Speaker [00:21:19] people to upgrade, uh, their smart shopping campaign to performance max
Speaker [00:21:25] And that performance max campaign will be called us like Google
Speaker [00:21:29] called that performance max retail
Speaker [00:21:32] Oh
Speaker [00:21:32] So it's just all the smart shopping campaigns that have been
Speaker [00:21:34] bastardized into performance
Speaker [00:21:35] Mexicans
Speaker [00:21:36] Yeah
Speaker [00:21:37] Well, I don't know that we'd recommend that though
Speaker [00:21:39] I don't anticipate those performing
Speaker [00:21:41] I'm going to say DSA, somebody fight me on that
Speaker [00:21:44] If you got a low budget, I actually have a client that's running on low budget
Speaker [00:21:48] That screenshot I sent in our chat this morning as a guy running a $45 a day
Speaker [00:21:52] But it also heavily varies on industry, the products you're selling
Speaker [00:21:56] and witchers and basically what you're selling kind of situation
Speaker [00:22:00] Yeah
Speaker [00:22:00] That was the $13 cost per conversion with an 18.3 conversion by
Speaker [00:22:05] Yeah
Speaker [00:22:06] And he just took off in the last two days to say what I'm going to share this
Speaker [00:22:11] Just so people will say FAU had something or something to add
Speaker [00:22:13] So this is what I want to add
Speaker [00:22:15] Something that I, I know John said minimum budget for Pemex is $100 a day,
Speaker [00:22:19] but he also says the minimum budget for smart shopping is also $100 a day
Speaker [00:22:24] So it's not a question for what should you write instead of performance banks?
Speaker [00:22:28] We, as an agency like VP tell people our clients that
Speaker [00:22:32] Neat $100 a day to show you decent data
Speaker [00:22:35] So you can judge our performance
Speaker [00:22:37] Like if you give us $20, by the end of the 90 days, we're not going
Speaker [00:22:41] to have enough data to show you
Speaker [00:22:43] So that's why John said $100
Speaker [00:22:45] If you don't have anything else and you have limited sources, you can of
Speaker [00:22:49] course start your preference, max, with even like $50 for the dollars
Speaker [00:22:52] Like we don't recommend it as a bison to our client
Speaker [00:22:56] But it's hard to think for an agency if you're not spending a hundred dollars
Speaker [00:22:59] a day, but if you're not spending on an agency, you could run it less
Speaker [00:23:02] than a hundred dollars a day on call
Speaker [00:23:04] You have something to add there
Speaker [00:23:05] Yes
Speaker [00:23:06] So if you don't want to run performance max, or you don't have the budget, you
Speaker [00:23:10] can go with standard shopping steady, but the CPCs are so high, right?
Speaker [00:23:15] Like, yeah
Speaker [00:23:19] I guess it depends on the industry
Speaker [00:23:20] You have to start the test
Speaker [00:23:22] You have to see your search terms inside of standard shopping campaign
Speaker [00:23:27] So then you can start to our shopping with confidence
Speaker [00:23:30] If you're like getting on relevant search terms in a standard shopping,
Speaker [00:23:34] there is no reason to go smart shopping
Speaker [00:23:36] So test it out
Speaker [00:23:37] See what your, uh, Then get automated stuff
Speaker [00:23:42] Okay
Speaker [00:23:42] And I guess to unpack on cars, point standard shopping at
Speaker [00:23:45] least keeps you very focused
Speaker [00:23:46] So, you know, you don't have any relevant spend
Speaker [00:23:48] Yeah
Speaker [00:23:49] Steve says it, a natural health supplement brand 22 skews
Speaker [00:23:52] AOB is $63
Speaker [00:23:53] Steve, do you have a good lifetime value?
Speaker [00:23:55] Are people coming back?
Speaker [00:23:57] Um, cause if so then there, I think you could be cooking with
Speaker [00:24:00] something, if not, and that's, I think supplements, especially cause
Speaker [00:24:03] you're going to have so many fricking disapprovals, uh, that one could be
Speaker [00:24:07] Supplement it's hard in general
Speaker [00:24:09] Yeah
Speaker [00:24:10] What, how many sub on the brands we have?
Speaker [00:24:11] 25 now, something crazy, too many
Speaker [00:24:14] It's that one video I shot because nobody else will take him
Speaker [00:24:18] I'm really sorry, guys
Speaker [00:24:20] Uh, Ryan says great day to be great
Speaker [00:24:22] I love you rice
Speaker [00:24:23] Uh, general question in the process of setting up a new PMX campaign,
Speaker [00:24:26] replace existing smart campaign
Speaker [00:24:28] What's the timeframe to shut off the smart campaigns
Speaker [00:24:30] Once Pemex goes live, once it stops
Speaker [00:24:35] Yeah, you don't shut it off
Speaker [00:24:36] You let, PMX just steal from it
Speaker [00:24:38] Right
Speaker [00:24:38] And then it'll slowly die
Speaker [00:24:40] It's usually dies
Speaker [00:24:41] We have an SOP for that
Speaker [00:24:43] So generally we wait for conversion lock to N so for every, uh, for each account,
Speaker [00:24:50] there will be a different conversion lag
Speaker [00:24:53] So what happens is smart
Speaker [00:24:56] Shopping are basically remarketing campaigns, right?
Speaker [00:24:59] So it's 20% new customer and 80% remarketing
Speaker [00:25:04] If you turn on smart shop, sorry, performance max, then all the traffic
Speaker [00:25:09] goes to performance max, but the remarketing, uh, audience that get
Speaker [00:25:15] low, uh, get lost in performance max because portfolio performance
Speaker [00:25:20] marks just focus on new audience
Speaker [00:25:23] So we recommend that wait till the conversion lag ends
Speaker [00:25:27] So the remaining, uh, audience remarketing or
Speaker [00:25:33] So smart shopping we'll cover that remarketing audience
Speaker [00:25:35] Once that the marketing audience exhausts, then we can pause it
Speaker [00:25:40] So
Speaker [00:25:44] uh, so yeah, the SOP is just, we tell the conversion against which makes
Speaker [00:25:51] sense because you don't want to lose audiences that you've already paid for,
Speaker [00:25:54] that are going to convert down the line
Speaker [00:25:56] So a lot of that depends on your, your path to profit
Speaker [00:25:59] Uh, I real quick, I want to dovetail into something that uncarved kind of brought
Speaker [00:26:02] up, which is the remarketing piece
Speaker [00:26:04] John says that he heard from Google, that performance max doesn't remark
Speaker [00:26:07] it as well as dynamic remarketing
Speaker [00:26:10] And the new SOP is we have to use dynamic remarketing for every client
Speaker [00:26:15] Yes
Speaker [00:26:17] Which is that's a gold nugget
Speaker [00:26:19] If you're listening, we're setting up a bunch of different remarketing
Speaker [00:26:23] campaigns just to test how well they performed, but we'll see how that
Speaker [00:26:28] Uh, coming back to Justin started, we're bouncing around y'all I'm just
Speaker [00:26:31] trying to take these as they come
Speaker [00:26:32] Justin was the one that was asking about, uh, his original question
Speaker [00:26:36] was how do I fix my conversion tracking free commerce and PMX to
Speaker [00:26:39] only show purchase value in columns
Speaker [00:26:41] Currently it's showing 80% conversion rates and inflating everything
Speaker [00:26:44] So then his followup now is not sure which of those two options
Speaker [00:26:47] you recommended under purchases
Speaker [00:26:49] It's tracking three metrics
Speaker [00:26:50] Should I only use one?
Speaker [00:26:51] I have purchased dash soulmate
Speaker [00:26:53] So Justin, are you a client of ours?
Speaker [00:26:54] Sorry
Speaker [00:26:55] If
Speaker [00:26:56] Uh, Google shopping, feed and transactions from GA transactions from GA is to
Speaker [00:27:00] reconcile against what you don't want
Speaker [00:27:01] If you have purchase that's Google tag manager transactions is Google analytics
Speaker [00:27:06] So analytics should be used to reconcile against, but not
Speaker [00:27:08] necessarily to track against
Speaker [00:27:09] So it would be purchase correct guys
Speaker [00:27:12] Yup
Speaker [00:27:12] Yup
Speaker [00:27:13] Yeah
Speaker [00:27:14] I hope that helps Justin
Speaker [00:27:16] Uh, Khaleed has a code
Speaker [00:27:19] Oh, I already read that
Speaker [00:27:20] Um, Theodore says, hi guys, I'm going to do a search lead gen campaign from
Speaker [00:27:25] my PPC agency and try to generate quality leads, um, potential clients
Speaker [00:27:29] Can you please give some quick tips and bid strategy?
Speaker [00:27:32] Uh, so we're going to go help you be a good competitor
Speaker [00:27:35] Um, and I'm actually being honest
Speaker [00:27:37] So here's, this is stupid for me to give away, but I'm going to
Speaker [00:27:39] give it away because I am naive
Speaker [00:27:42] And, uh, I think that it makes the world a better place
Speaker [00:27:45] Here's what we did
Speaker [00:27:46] And this is fricking brilliant
Speaker [00:27:48] We took our action plans form
Speaker [00:27:51] And we asked people to biggest budget for us is the primary
Speaker [00:27:55] indicator of whether or not you're going to be able to be successful
Speaker [00:27:57] If you're not giving Google enough money, then you're not going
Speaker [00:28:00] to be able to afford our fee
Speaker [00:28:01] So if you fill out this form, the first two radio buttons
Speaker [00:28:04] will lead you to thank you
Speaker [00:28:05] Page a all the remaining radio buttons lead you to thank you
Speaker [00:28:09] Page B
Speaker [00:28:11] We don't count you as a conversion unless you hit thank you
Speaker [00:28:14] Page B and for anybody running a lead gen campaign
Speaker [00:28:19] That's a hell of a good idea, because you don't have to tell Google that
Speaker [00:28:22] somebody who converted as a lead, if they're not a viable lead
Speaker [00:28:25] So I'm going to drop that pro-tip anybody else have anything else?
Speaker [00:28:30] Now they were going to, everybody is going to land on the B,
Speaker [00:28:37] like told me, he goes, people are scheduling with me to tell
Speaker [00:28:39] me they have a 10 grand budget
Speaker [00:28:41] And then I hop on and they're like, well, if you can help us grow, then
Speaker [00:28:44] we could ultimately spend 10 grand
Speaker [00:28:46] So I got to stop
Speaker [00:28:48] Feel free to give us like 10%, if that works
Speaker [00:28:51] That's so funny
Speaker [00:28:53] Yeah
Speaker [00:28:53] That's exactly what it, two-door start setting, setting
Speaker [00:28:55] your, your cast offs to us
Speaker [00:28:58] Um, are we using Pemex for so late again?
Speaker [00:29:02] Did we turn that back on?
Speaker [00:29:03] Does anybody know?
Speaker [00:29:04] No, it's off now
Speaker [00:29:05] Okay
Speaker [00:29:06] Well, cause Yvonne's adding the fields
Speaker [00:29:08] We don't have our 15 fields
Speaker [00:29:09] Yup
Speaker [00:29:10] Um, so summer, why do you seem so sad?
Speaker [00:29:14] Kind of sick?
Speaker [00:29:15] Oh, no man
Speaker [00:29:16] I'm sorry
Speaker [00:29:17] Uh, Justin says he's trying to use the data to decide
Speaker [00:29:22] which listing groups to pause
Speaker [00:29:23] Yeah
Speaker [00:29:23] I think we entered your question about Justin
Speaker [00:29:25] Let me know if we didn't
Speaker [00:29:26] Um, Theodore says I series, um, our T banners all the time
Speaker [00:29:32] So should I retargeting banners all the time?
Speaker [00:29:35] Thank you
Speaker [00:29:36] So should I ask extra display campaign?
Speaker [00:29:38] Dude, retargeting has been crazy for us
Speaker [00:29:40] Our cost per lead is $450
Speaker [00:29:42] When we started running retargeting heavily, it dropped down to $225 and
Speaker [00:29:46] we run, I stole this from our CAC
Speaker [00:29:48] We run retargeting and all channels
Speaker [00:29:49] So we're in like two Bula Outbrain ad rule
Speaker [00:29:53] Like every ancillary thing that you could possibly think of
Speaker [00:29:55] And those channels are so cheap and Yvonne set them up once
Speaker [00:29:59] I don't think he still monitors
Speaker [00:30:01] I'm going to ask him, um, So you can go run remarketing in all the places
Speaker [00:30:06] And I don't, I mean, you can add qualifiers, maybe time on
Speaker [00:30:10] site pages, visited, whatever, but I don't think it's a waste
Speaker [00:30:13] If they've already been to your site, you spend so much money
Speaker [00:30:15] trying to get people there
Speaker [00:30:16] Steve says that you need vitamin C
Speaker [00:30:24] I'm asking you find a few watches or other remarketing campaigns
Speaker [00:30:28] Uh, Archie
Speaker [00:30:30] Do you recommend setting up Shopify store ad conversion tracking with the Google
Speaker [00:30:33] app or manual code manual code manual?
Speaker [00:30:39] It's more accurate every single time
Speaker [00:30:41] Yeah
Speaker [00:30:41] So your costumes are assigned the blog page and YouTube chat
Speaker [00:30:46] So you can just follow that blog page
Speaker [00:30:50] It's just step by step process
Speaker [00:30:53] And it's very easy to set up conversion for
Speaker [00:30:56] That's the feet, army link that I dropped in
Speaker [00:30:58] Oh, cool
Speaker [00:31:01] So all three of you say manual code
Speaker [00:31:02] Nobody disagrees, no manual is always the best option
Speaker [00:31:06] Hm
Speaker [00:31:08] Um, Dave, Ashley, what's your general feeling on URL expansion
Speaker [00:31:12] Oh, this is going to be so much fun
Speaker [00:31:13] This is maybe my favorite question of the day
Speaker [00:31:15] All right
Speaker [00:31:15] Uh, is it on, in most of your accounts?
Speaker [00:31:18] Is there a better way to test it then by just turning it on for three weeks
Speaker [00:31:21] and then off, if it doesn't mean
Speaker [00:31:25] I like mine's on, I leave it on
Speaker [00:31:27] Okay
Speaker [00:31:27] Some is for you or expansion, generally speaking F a on car
Speaker [00:31:33] Yeah
Speaker [00:31:33] Same on for some clients
Speaker [00:31:36] I leave it off
Speaker [00:31:37] Yeah
Speaker [00:31:38] What kind of client would you leave it off for?
Speaker [00:31:40] Um, if the forelegs are completely different, like
Speaker [00:31:47] For an example, if it's almost coating, but it's crop tops, jackets, blazers,
Speaker [00:31:52] skirts, like all relevant, but some of our clients like selling rugs on the other
Speaker [00:31:56] hand and close on the second category, like, um, other electronic stuff in,
Speaker [00:32:03] so other, uh, categories, messy, those elective, um, sent them to the respect
Speaker [00:32:11] Yeah
Speaker [00:32:12] I have a feeling that longterm URL expansion is going to be one
Speaker [00:32:15] of the most powerful parts of performance, max, especially for
Speaker [00:32:18] a content rich authority site
Speaker [00:32:20] If somebody has bad-ass content that really explained cause you,
Speaker [00:32:23] you can sell a hard drive, right
Speaker [00:32:25] But people at the bottom of the funnel know what the hard drive is, but right at
Speaker [00:32:28] the top of the funnel is somebody whose computer slow and they don't know why
Speaker [00:32:31] So then there's confusion on how easy it is to supplement your heart's
Speaker [00:32:35] Education on what hard drives were better and why, how to shop, how long it takes
Speaker [00:32:38] But you know what I mean?
Speaker [00:32:38] Like you could, you could create, you could build a customer factory
Speaker [00:32:43] with a content rich authority site, but you would need final year
Speaker [00:32:45] extension on, in order to do that
Speaker [00:32:48] You don't just quit
Speaker [00:32:49] There he is
Speaker [00:32:50] Sometimes he disappears and reappears, just making sure to exclude like on
Speaker [00:32:55] relevant pages, privacy policy, like do what a good, what a good point
Speaker [00:33:02] I never thought about like the
Speaker [00:33:04] Uh, sometimes, uh, sorry, sorry
Speaker [00:33:09] I'm just going to add, I said I leave it at home pig and I never,
Speaker [00:33:12] and I actually got into like the clients shop fight stores because
Speaker [00:33:16] you have access and then I'll look at the pages that people end up on
Speaker [00:33:21] And most, I haven't seen any of the privacy pages or any of those show up
Speaker [00:33:26] It's usually just the product pages, always for the best sellers
Speaker [00:33:29] And then home
Speaker [00:33:31] How would you know, though, because Google's not giving us placements or,
Speaker [00:33:35] or landing pages, you can, but you can still go to their Shopify dashboard
Speaker [00:33:39] and see where people are landing
Speaker [00:33:41] You're just looking at analytics, like view analytics, Shopify analytics,
Speaker [00:33:44] and check where people are landing
Speaker [00:33:48] It happens a lot when you run a DSA, so theater and other, uh, like tip
Speaker [00:33:52] for you going to Google and type like privacy policy or returning
Speaker [00:33:56] And see those ads pop up right
Speaker [00:33:58] To those people like saying, Hey, your Google agency sucks
Speaker [00:34:01] They're like paying money for like privacy pace and try to promote
Speaker [00:34:06] That's so funny
Speaker [00:34:07] You know what sucks now is when we shoot videos, all of our clients start
Speaker [00:34:10] messaging our client managers saying, why aren't you doing this out ourselves?
Speaker [00:34:14] Well, you only do this way
Speaker [00:34:15] You know, it's hard because there's so many exceptions to every rule now, uh,
Speaker [00:34:19] who lead says, I appreciate you guys
Speaker [00:34:21] We appreciate you guys, man
Speaker [00:34:22] Like our subscribers and this has been pretty cool
Speaker [00:34:25] We all say it again
Speaker [00:34:30] What is Superchat?
Speaker [00:34:31] Is that when somebody gives us money?
Speaker [00:34:32] Yes
Speaker [00:34:33] Justin tip this $10 Canadian
Speaker [00:34:36] That's awesome
Speaker [00:34:37] That's probably for you
Speaker [00:34:37] So I'm mean you're the only one that can spread that
Speaker [00:34:40] I mean, send it my way or go get a coffee, something
Speaker [00:34:43] Yeah
Speaker [00:34:43] Thanks Justin
Speaker [00:34:44] This nice human arms of Mandy's
Speaker [00:34:46] How do I know when to scale my asset group with, when you say asset
Speaker [00:34:52] group, I don't get the question
Speaker [00:34:55] Arms of Andy's give us a little more context
Speaker [00:34:57] What do you mean if he means he means like build more asset groups, wait for your
Speaker [00:35:02] insights and then use whatever data you have in your insights to build a dress
Speaker [00:35:06] I grouped as many as you humanly possibly can
Speaker [00:35:12] When asking for scaling, are you talking about giving it more
Speaker [00:35:16] budget for the performance specs or creating more as a group?
Speaker [00:35:18] I didn't get the question
Speaker [00:35:22] Yeah, I'm going to say when the asset group is performing, then you scale it
Speaker [00:35:26] I'm not trying to be rude, but that's what feels like a right
Speaker [00:35:30] Like as you see returns, you start
Speaker [00:35:35] That's what we typically do too
Speaker [00:35:36] Once we start seeing returns and we find that our audiences insights, I guess
Speaker [00:35:40] we start creating more asset groups and start increasing budgets to balancing
Speaker [00:35:47] Yeah, because the more asset groups you have, the more budget you have
Speaker [00:35:50] to need to feed those asset groups
Speaker [00:35:51] Yeah
Speaker [00:35:52] That's a catch 22 that actually leads into Dave's question
Speaker [00:35:54] So first he says, P Mac is like magic
Speaker [00:35:57] Nobody knows how it works
Speaker [00:35:57] That's true
Speaker [00:35:58] And then Dave says, oh dude, you know, that's funny Gould did y'all know that
Speaker [00:36:02] Google asked John how he's using PMs
Speaker [00:36:05] Yeah
Speaker [00:36:06] He goes into a meeting in morning with Google's team and he asked the
Speaker [00:36:10] question, like, I don't remember the question about the Google
Speaker [00:36:13] Yeah, John, this is exactly how it works
Speaker [00:36:15] And afternoon he has, he had another meeting with Google's product development
Speaker [00:36:20] Another meeting ran on the team and they said, no, it's not,
Speaker [00:36:22] that's not how it works though
Speaker [00:36:24] Even Google has no idea, no idea
Speaker [00:36:26] Yeah
Speaker [00:36:27] I was on a call with John and it was like, um, he's like, yeah, this is how I work
Speaker [00:36:31] And John's like, uh, and then he pulls up his campaign to like, no,
Speaker [00:36:34] he does this, this, this, and this
Speaker [00:36:35] And Google's like, okay, then thank you for the education
Speaker [00:36:39] Yeah
Speaker [00:36:41] Um, Dave says, uh, you said you were doing like a hundred asset groups and P
Speaker [00:36:45] max, if you're doing that, uh, if you're doing that month and you have a new
Speaker [00:36:50] video each month, you then update the a hundred asset groups and reset learning
Speaker [00:36:54] So the a hundred asset groups, that's not every client, that's us saying,
Speaker [00:36:57] like, you need to build out as many asset groups as possible for a small business,
Speaker [00:37:01] with a small audience and small assets
Speaker [00:37:03] It's probably not going to hit a hundred, but if you can get
Speaker [00:37:05] to a hundred, you should do
Speaker [00:37:07] And man, I can't say that we have a good SOP for updates because it's, so
Speaker [00:37:10] client specific, it's very specific
Speaker [00:37:13] You can't even get videos like clients won't give us videos
Speaker [00:37:17] Google will create videos for us and it may decide updating videos
Speaker [00:37:21] Yeah
Speaker [00:37:22] Have we seen, did you check that?
Speaker [00:37:24] Uh, so there is an update in asset library
Speaker [00:37:28] We can create videos
Speaker [00:37:30] I, so, uh, I think I can shoot a video on that
Speaker [00:37:34] So we just have to like provide them images and it will create videos
Speaker [00:37:40] It's just like PowerPoint presentation
Speaker [00:37:42] I wasn't able to use this
Speaker [00:37:43] It's really cool
Speaker [00:37:44] It's so cool
Speaker [00:37:45] That stuff
Speaker [00:37:46] And it builds out a whole video
Speaker [00:37:47] It's amazing
Speaker [00:37:49] That's nuts
Speaker [00:37:50] But what about like title description?
Speaker [00:37:51] Metadata
Speaker [00:37:52] Thumbnails is all that in it, I guess
Speaker [00:37:54] So it takes all of that from
Speaker [00:37:58] I'd copy the backside copy, headlines, descriptions, long headlines
Speaker [00:38:03] So it makes sense
Speaker [00:38:04] It tests the different headlines and descriptions to
Speaker [00:38:06] see what works best probably
Speaker [00:38:08] Yeah
Speaker [00:38:08] Yes
Speaker [00:38:09] Yeah
Speaker [00:38:11] We're all going to be out of a jobs
Speaker [00:38:17] Uh, uh, Justin says, would setting my ATC goal as observed, only fix this
Speaker [00:38:26] When, or then we tried that it's all conversions, but so the question to
Speaker [00:38:31] sum up with Google's new column of, uh, conversions versus all conversions that
Speaker [00:38:36] should fix Justin's problem, right?
Speaker [00:38:37] Yeah
Speaker [00:38:38] If he has those columns, he can just do it
Speaker [00:38:40] Like he was analyzing other campaigns
Speaker [00:38:43] If he doesn't then he's, if someone, can you share your screen and
Speaker [00:38:47] show them, what is it you got?
Speaker [00:38:48] Because I don't have it, Justin, just so you know, there's new columns
Speaker [00:38:52] Uh, I haven't looked in a couple of days and maybe I'm just being lazy
Speaker [00:38:56] I'll look right now
Speaker [00:38:56] So yeah
Speaker [00:38:57] So w which, uh, um, they don't have that too, but now I have it
Speaker [00:39:03] You do have it
Speaker [00:39:04] Yeah
Speaker [00:39:05] Can I just open any account number, open an account, open one that is okay for
Speaker [00:39:10] us to show like clients that are super friendly, like a yellow bird, French
Speaker [00:39:16] Yeah, you don't want solutions eight
Speaker [00:39:17] We have PMs
Speaker [00:39:18] Oh, I can open up solutions eight
Speaker [00:39:19] True
Speaker [00:39:19] No, but it's offering now and we don't have too much in there
Speaker [00:39:22] The columns
Speaker [00:39:23] Oh, we don't have this stick groups
Speaker [00:39:24] Yeah
Speaker [00:39:26] All right
Speaker [00:39:27] Um, it's yellow birds in one, I think it's yeah, it should be in GEDs one
Speaker [00:39:31] Yeah
Speaker [00:39:33] I'm just going to wait for things to load until then
Speaker [00:39:36] Next question
Speaker [00:39:37] Okay, next question
Speaker [00:39:39] I'm going to stop looking to
Speaker [00:39:41] Uh, Justin said, that was my last question
Speaker [00:39:43] You can keep asking questions, Justin
Speaker [00:39:44] They're good
Speaker [00:39:44] I appreciate you
Speaker [00:39:46] Um, where was I?
Speaker [00:39:53] Colleen says he has too many bots, a bot CA oh
Speaker [00:39:56] So Dave says bot traffic could kill PMX
Speaker [00:39:58] I'm shocked at how much bot traffic, Google delivers, you know, as crazy as
Speaker [00:40:02] click CS doesn't work to help at all
Speaker [00:40:05] Um, it actually hurts the campaigns trying to bash clicks, sees they've
Speaker [00:40:08] been super kind to us, but it's just
Speaker [00:40:11] Um, arms of Andes
Speaker [00:40:12] What should we consider when we evaluate the performance of our listing groups?
Speaker [00:40:21] Can you, when we we're evaluating listing groups?
Speaker [00:40:24] Yeah
Speaker [00:40:24] What should we consider when we evaluate the performance of our listing groups?
Speaker [00:40:28] So if I was to do, can I, do I want to, does anyone want to take it before
Speaker [00:40:31] I just start talking and just start?
Speaker [00:40:35] All right
Speaker [00:40:35] If I was to go after it, I'd probably
Speaker [00:40:38] Not looking at the list, the group as a whole, I probably look at it at a
Speaker [00:40:42] product level one, and I get rid of the product as a whole, from all the listing
Speaker [00:40:49] groups and I'd analyze it like any other campaign that we use to analyze check
Speaker [00:40:54] the number of clicks, check my ROAS, check my conversions, that kind of data
Speaker [00:40:59] And then I would remove it from all the listing groups
Speaker [00:41:01] If also looking at listing group
Speaker [00:41:05] I'd probably look for like three, 400 clicks before I
Speaker [00:41:09] even think of turning it off
Speaker [00:41:12] That's the other thing with Pemex is, is you can't, I don't know how
Speaker [00:41:14] many people are stopping three feet from gold, but I think it's a lot
Speaker [00:41:17] Yeah
Speaker [00:41:17] I think a lot of people are just turning it off before it
Speaker [00:41:19] has the opportunity to perform
Speaker [00:41:22] Dude
Speaker [00:41:22] I love this next comment from John Ray, uh, for lead generation, we have an
Speaker [00:41:25] eight step survey and I've not had any fake leads out of about 200 conversions
Speaker [00:41:29] Wait, John, are you and I in war room together?
Speaker [00:41:31] Are you the journal?
Speaker [00:41:32] I think you are
Speaker [00:41:36] We'll drop it into chat
Speaker [00:41:37] Uh, cause if so, I want to talk to you
Speaker [00:41:39] I have a client referral for you
Speaker [00:41:41] Um, for Pemex, I see assets with no videos performing better than
Speaker [00:41:45] the ones with videos in them
Speaker [00:41:46] Not sure why
Speaker [00:41:47] Oh, no
Speaker [00:41:48] Sorry, John
Speaker [00:41:49] Nevermind
Speaker [00:41:49] Forgive me
Speaker [00:41:50] Um, have you all seen that nobody has performed better than videos
Speaker [00:41:53] There is no such thing as a PMX campaign with no videos
Speaker [00:41:55] If you don't add videos, won't it automatically
Speaker [00:41:57] create videos no matter what
Speaker [00:41:58] Yeah
Speaker [00:42:00] Okay
Speaker [00:42:03] Oh, Dave's asking what's bar room
Speaker [00:42:05] It's war room
Speaker [00:42:06] It's a mastermind that Ryan Dyson, Roland Frasier and Richard Linder
Speaker [00:42:09] Perry, Marshall own
Speaker [00:42:10] It's awesome
Speaker [00:42:11] If you go join it
Speaker [00:42:12] It's amazing
Speaker [00:42:13] Uh, could we, it says for Pemex
Speaker [00:42:15] I see
Speaker [00:42:15] No, no, no
Speaker [00:42:16] We already did that
Speaker [00:42:16] So Michael, can you force Pemex campaigns to be primarily Google shopping based?
Speaker [00:42:22] Nope, not
Speaker [00:42:24] Yeah
Speaker [00:42:24] Well you could, if you ran smart shopping, but July one, that's going away
Speaker [00:42:29] So you can, Michael, but it's not going to last long
Speaker [00:42:34] Um, uh, my, my mum got some, I have it open now
Speaker [00:42:38] All right
Speaker [00:42:38] Take it away
Speaker [00:42:42] I don't know if you can see my screen looking at it
Speaker [00:42:46] There we go
Speaker [00:42:47] So if you have, before, we only had these columns, all conversion
Speaker [00:42:50] costs for all converged in Oakland, reiterate all that stuff
Speaker [00:42:54] This included everything you had
Speaker [00:42:57] Basically in your conversions
Speaker [00:42:59] Now we have the typical conversion cost per conversion, conversion
Speaker [00:43:03] rate, conversion value, the regular stuff we used to look at before
Speaker [00:43:06] If you have this
Speaker [00:43:08] I guess PMX campaign available
Speaker [00:43:10] You're fine
Speaker [00:43:10] Looking at the data because it will only count the conversion
Speaker [00:43:13] action you're tracking and Pemex
Speaker [00:43:15] If you only have these, you're still better off deleting every other conversion
Speaker [00:43:19] action besides the one you want to track
Speaker [00:43:21] And this is for Justin, right?
Speaker [00:43:23] Justin, just so you know, I didn't have it for the longest time
Speaker [00:43:25] So if you haven't, if you don't have it know it's coming and if you have a Google
Speaker [00:43:29] rep, ask them to update your account
Speaker [00:43:31] Yep
Speaker [00:43:32] And maybe you'll get lucky and they won't be worthless
Speaker [00:43:35] Um, Cool
Speaker [00:43:38] Uh, Tommy, we have 60 skews in pod
Speaker [00:43:42] How do you go about managing that in a smart shopping?
Speaker [00:43:45] Our top sellers are taking a lot of the spend and some products
Speaker [00:43:49] don't have any spend for peanuts products out for smart shopping
Speaker [00:43:55] I think so
Speaker [00:43:57] Just separate the products out, uh, in, in a different smart shopping campaign
Speaker [00:44:01] and give it a budget like a minimum
Speaker [00:44:05] Uh, $50 or a hundred dollars
Speaker [00:44:08] And once it starts getting clicks and conversions, you can merge them
Speaker [00:44:13] into the, into our main campaign
Speaker [00:44:16] Um, that's great advice
Speaker [00:44:20] Um, you know what it says, this is awesome
Speaker [00:44:21] Thank you
Speaker [00:44:23] Uh, who lead costume?
Speaker [00:44:24] Not a technical question, but how do you manage your time with
Speaker [00:44:26] a massive team under your belt?
Speaker [00:44:28] You know, my team doesn't cost me any time
Speaker [00:44:31] I'll be honest with you
Speaker [00:44:31] Like I hire Lou, I mean, look at the guys I hire, these are the
Speaker [00:44:34] smartest guys in the freaking world
Speaker [00:44:36] And when I hire, I basically start by trying to talk somebody out of the
Speaker [00:44:40] job, let them know that it's hard
Speaker [00:44:41] And then I hire people that are autonomous
Speaker [00:44:43] We have, we actually had an internal problem recently where everybody on
Speaker [00:44:47] our team was doing too much work, which is actually, it's a very real problem
Speaker [00:44:51] We have way too much redundancy
Speaker [00:44:52] So we have the specialists, we have this client manager and we have the stress
Speaker [00:44:56] And the specialists in the strategist, we're both doing the job which was
Speaker [00:44:59] causing, um, what would you say guys?
Speaker [00:45:02] Tension like overwhelmed, but it speaks to the fact that if you hire, like, if
Speaker [00:45:10] you hire smart people and then you just leave them alone, that's what I think I'm
Speaker [00:45:13] really good at is just not doing anything
Speaker [00:45:17] For an example, we have an intern today
Speaker [00:45:19] He created an SOP for the agency
Speaker [00:45:21] Like even the interns are taking actions
Speaker [00:45:24] Yeah
Speaker [00:45:24] Our answers are bad-ass by the way, I was a little nervous
Speaker [00:45:26] I was like, I don't know who these guys, but they like came out swinging
Speaker [00:45:29] Um, yeah, so I would just clean
Speaker [00:45:32] You don't have to manage smart people
Speaker [00:45:34] I just get out of their way
Speaker [00:45:35] And then they take things and they run with it
Speaker [00:45:37] I'm the dumbest human at this agency
Speaker [00:45:39] And I know that sounds like something that somebody would say,
Speaker [00:45:41] but worked here for a little bit
Speaker [00:45:42] You'd be like, oh no, Um, Sean had to join just to tell you
Speaker [00:45:46] that I appreciate you guys
Speaker [00:45:47] I was hesitant to adopt Pemex right away, but your videos helped me get over it
Speaker [00:45:50] My clients
Speaker [00:45:51] Thank you as well
Speaker [00:45:51] That's awesome, Shawn
Speaker [00:45:52] Thanks for that, man
Speaker [00:45:53] Appreciate you
Speaker [00:45:54] Uh, toys, net
Speaker [00:45:55] We have transactions
Speaker [00:45:56] All website data is our primary conversion and purchase from
Speaker [00:46:00] the website is the secondary
Speaker [00:46:01] It seems like secondary is more accurate
Speaker [00:46:03] Should we switch?
Speaker [00:46:04] That's interesting fellows
Speaker [00:46:08] Do you guys see that one you want to drop into slack know?
Speaker [00:46:12] Yeah
Speaker [00:46:14] It's in slack
Speaker [00:46:15] This is a toy LLC
Speaker [00:46:18] They do circumcisions
Speaker [00:46:21] Just kidding transactions, all website data and purchase from the website
Speaker [00:46:25] I think there isn't that the same thing
Speaker [00:46:28] Like if you say transaction, Google analytics and the other
Speaker [00:46:31] one is manual setup for check out
Speaker [00:46:35] The thing I'm reading, it sounds like the two are the same
Speaker [00:46:37] And action is the analytics
Speaker [00:46:39] One analytics data is always off, so yeah, I'd switch it
Speaker [00:46:42] Don't trust the analytics
Speaker [00:46:43] Okay
Speaker [00:46:43] So toy snips, switch it and sorry, from my bedroom
Speaker [00:46:48] Uh, Theodore, can you explain to us the difference between metrics
Speaker [00:46:51] conversion value and conversion value by conversion time?
Speaker [00:46:54] When reporting to clients, is it better to use conversion value or
Speaker [00:46:57] conversion value by conversion time?
Speaker [00:46:58] John's obsessed with conversion value by conversion time, because it shows
Speaker [00:47:01] the conversions in real time instead of attributed to when the click happened
Speaker [00:47:05] So there's no wholesale rule here
Speaker [00:47:09] It depends on what it is that you're trying to get across, but
Speaker [00:47:10] conversion value by conversion time
Speaker [00:47:12] If you're looking at a, at a window, gives you a little bit more in the way of,
Speaker [00:47:17] um, of reality for that specific window, it saves you from what happens when
Speaker [00:47:24] When you're not able to see what happened before
Speaker [00:47:25] What happened after?
Speaker [00:47:26] How did I do there guys?
Speaker [00:47:27] Would you add context to that?
Speaker [00:47:31] That's good
Speaker [00:47:32] Yeah
Speaker [00:47:32] So good conversion value and conversion value by conversion time
Speaker [00:47:37] So I was just explain them the basics, how Google calculates
Speaker [00:47:42] conversion value by conversion time
Speaker [00:47:44] So it's conversion value dragged on that day and divide these spend
Speaker [00:47:53] So, uh, that means that you are tracking real time conversion
Speaker [00:47:59] value or real time ROAS
Speaker [00:48:02] So, uh, the Tinder, if you want to look at data, so just check, uh, conversion
Speaker [00:48:08] value by sorry, conversion value in Google analytics and, and check in version value
Speaker [00:48:14] in Google ads, you will see a difference
Speaker [00:48:17] So, and, and
Speaker [00:48:19] I do the same thing
Speaker [00:48:20] Uh, check conversion value, violin, Google analytics, and check Google
Speaker [00:48:25] a second version value back in version time in Google ads, you
Speaker [00:48:28] will see, uh, they are clues
Speaker [00:48:32] So that means that conversion value by conversion time is real time
Speaker [00:48:39] So that's why, when you are reporting anything to the client,
Speaker [00:48:44] just use by time, call themselves
Speaker [00:48:47] So like conversion by conversion time, conversion value by conversion
Speaker [00:48:51] time and to calculate through us, actually, we have a column which
Speaker [00:48:55] is a ROAS by doing so ROAS by time
Speaker [00:49:03] So you have to create a custom column for that, which is conversion value by
Speaker [00:49:09] conversion time divided by cost and 200
Speaker [00:49:14] Yeah
Speaker [00:49:14] So, so you can calculate
Speaker [00:49:17] Real time
Speaker [00:49:19] That's surprising
Speaker [00:49:19] They don't have that default inside of Google ads
Speaker [00:49:23] Yeah
Speaker [00:49:25] So I think that's why they have custom columns
Speaker [00:49:29] Yeah, we are good point
Speaker [00:49:31] I mean, there's so many things that they should have default
Speaker [00:49:32] What was the column that John got added?
Speaker [00:49:38] Uh, customer about customer lifetime
Speaker [00:49:41] Oh no
Speaker [00:49:42] You know what it was, it was when you add conversion value
Speaker [00:49:44] for new customer acquisition, you can see real conversion value
Speaker [00:49:50] Yeah
Speaker [00:49:50] It's like saying John was here instead of Google is pretty cool
Speaker [00:49:54] Um, can we, it says URL expansion is allowing Google to create title
Speaker [00:49:57] descriptions from landing page
Speaker [00:49:58] That's what Encore was saying
Speaker [00:49:59] Dave says there was an article about your expansion today
Speaker [00:50:01] Dave, can you send that to me?
Speaker [00:50:02] Will you drop that in the chat?
Speaker [00:50:03] I really want to see that, um, Two-ish knit
Speaker [00:50:07] We have a performance max for Mexican versions, but we want to wait three
Speaker [00:50:10] weeks before setting a target
Speaker [00:50:11] CPA will change and conversion target restart the three
Speaker [00:50:13] weeks to let Google learn
Speaker [00:50:15] Yes
Speaker [00:50:16] Any change will restart learning, right guys?
Speaker [00:50:19] Nope
Speaker [00:50:20] Uh, Steve guys, I followed feed army to set up my Shopify
Speaker [00:50:23] conversions and it didn't quite work
Speaker [00:50:25] I then gave the task to a dev on fiber and now my conversions rock
Speaker [00:50:28] I'm shocked at the quality of labor available in fiber
Speaker [00:50:34] Yeah
Speaker [00:50:34] So that's good to know, Steve, thank you
Speaker [00:50:36] Via using the same code for all of our clients
Speaker [00:50:39] So it's working for us
Speaker [00:50:41] Yeah
Speaker [00:50:41] I, I have an exception, like sometimes, uh, you know, Shopify has
Speaker [00:50:45] different themes and sometimes when somebody creates a unique theme,
Speaker [00:50:52] sometimes they change variables
Speaker [00:50:54] If those variables don't match, like let's say the, uh, product value
Speaker [00:50:58] variable is a product dash, um, value
Speaker [00:51:02] I D dash value
Speaker [00:51:03] Sometimes it's changed
Speaker [00:51:04] Sometimes it may up your theme
Speaker [00:51:06] You have to check that team
Speaker [00:51:08] Yeah
Speaker [00:51:09] Great input
Speaker [00:51:10] Ryan says, would it makes sense to build an audience segment that
Speaker [00:51:13] includes both previous visitor data and branded search terms
Speaker [00:51:16] Where should those be separated?
Speaker [00:51:19] Separate two separate asset groups, right?
Speaker [00:51:23] Yup
Speaker [00:51:23] Yeah
Speaker [00:51:25] All the time
Speaker [00:51:27] Yes, Ryan separating
Speaker [00:51:29] They forego
Speaker [00:51:30] If you turn on the funnel URL, expansion feature, headlines and descriptions
Speaker [00:51:32] may be auto-generated for search text based on the provided funnel URL
Speaker [00:51:36] This is not available to campaigns with exclusively store goals
Speaker [00:51:42] Not sure like that at all
Speaker [00:51:43] I don't think I understood what you just said, Dave
Speaker [00:51:45] Really smart
Speaker [00:51:46] Um, you are expansion is for DAC part of performance, max
Speaker [00:51:51] Yeah
Speaker [00:51:52] So
Speaker [00:51:54] I think we use UL expansion for that
Speaker [00:51:57] So let's say you are running a DA's campaign and there
Speaker [00:52:00] we have dynamic ad targets
Speaker [00:52:03] So Google to UL expansion
Speaker [00:52:07] So we can just exclude blogs and everything
Speaker [00:52:09] And, and so blogs or other content can come up in Google search
Speaker [00:52:17] I w with URL expansion, with DSA, Google's using DSL
Speaker [00:52:22] For search term, targeting with your expansion goals, using Google, using
Speaker [00:52:27] neural expansion in the same way it's using GSA, but it's using it yes
Speaker [00:52:30] For landing page targeting as well
Speaker [00:52:33] Right
Speaker [00:52:33] So it's a little bit more complex than just content crawl
Speaker [00:52:39] I, and I'm, I'm actually not challenging
Speaker [00:52:40] I'm more curious because I don't know how you will expansion works
Speaker [00:52:43] It's just, it's just exciting to me that Google would choose what page we land on
Speaker [00:52:48] Um, Uh, Justin desk and those columns will be added to my account
Speaker [00:52:53] Yeah
Speaker [00:52:53] I hope I hope they should be
Speaker [00:52:55] I don't know why I didn't have them in new summit
Speaker [00:52:58] Yeah
Speaker [00:52:58] I didn't have him in the same damn, uh, client in his summit did, which was crazy
Speaker [00:53:04] your videos
Speaker [00:53:05] And you're still wondering why the I'm being punished
Speaker [00:53:09] Um, Etsy just shut down $50,000 a month account three days ago
Speaker [00:53:12] Should I be doing
Speaker [00:53:14] Uh, bestsellers campaigns, 150 bestselling campaigns, sports
Speaker [00:53:17] automotive sci-fi categories
Speaker [00:53:19] That's enough
Speaker [00:53:20] I don't know that
Speaker [00:53:21] I understand Brett
Speaker [00:53:22] I think he was saying he could take all his Etsy bestsellers
Speaker [00:53:26] and put them on Google for Pemex
Speaker [00:53:29] Is that what it is as to just sit down?
Speaker [00:53:36] I think he's talking about his SD account, not Google ads
Speaker [00:53:43] So take all of your stuff from Etsy and throw to Google ad, uh, Brett, and
Speaker [00:53:47] I would say use all your skews, right
Speaker [00:53:48] Is there any reason to limit it unless there's margin issues?
Speaker [00:53:51] Yeah, yeah
Speaker [00:53:53] Use all of them, but don't the only thing I'll add to that is don't
Speaker [00:53:57] expect the stuff that was selling on Etsy to sell just as well on Google
Speaker [00:54:02] They're two very different platform and very different customer basis
Speaker [00:54:06] So what Mike was selling really well on Etsy might not set up to sell it all on
Speaker [00:54:12] Yeah
Speaker [00:54:12] That's why we recommend go with all products
Speaker [00:54:15] Yeah
Speaker [00:54:16] Go with everything
Speaker [00:54:17] Product works
Speaker [00:54:19] Unless there's fulfillment issues
Speaker [00:54:20] If you have, if you're going to run out of something, stop, don't
Speaker [00:54:24] bring it to me again, because we have clients that do that
Speaker [00:54:26] They're like, oh, go sell this
Speaker [00:54:27] And we're like, we sold them all
Speaker [00:54:28] We're so happy
Speaker [00:54:28] And they're like, oh, well, we're out now
Speaker [00:54:29] And we can't have more for nine months
Speaker [00:54:32] Yeah
Speaker [00:54:33] Uh, that's so funny
Speaker [00:54:34] Sean says click cease
Speaker [00:54:35] Doesn't seem to work for my clients either
Speaker [00:54:36] Hashtag shocker
Speaker [00:54:37] Sorry
Speaker [00:54:39] Um, Michael asks, I think we already answered this
Speaker [00:54:41] Can you, uh, force PMX campaigns to be primarily Google shopping based?
Speaker [00:54:45] Some of my smart shopping campaigns have worked historically better
Speaker [00:54:47] than some of my PMX campaigns
Speaker [00:54:52] Uh, you can't anymore, not after Google rolls out smart shopping
Speaker [00:54:57] Um, Justin, do you wait the full 45 days after launching PMX before starting to
Speaker [00:55:01] turn off underperforming listing groups?
Speaker [00:55:05] Depends
Speaker [00:55:06] If something is excessively overspending and doing bad while the
Speaker [00:55:10] other ones aren't spending at all, then I'll turn that one off and get
Speaker [00:55:13] to give the other ones a chance
Speaker [00:55:15] But if they're all evenly spending, then I wouldn't really touch it
Speaker [00:55:21] Uh, questions
Speaker [00:55:22] How can I send any questions when I'm unable to attend live?
Speaker [00:55:25] Well, it's the times I can't attend live right now
Speaker [00:55:26] Steve, we're having a tough time managing all of this
Speaker [00:55:29] I'm trying to figure out
Speaker [00:55:30] Somebody asked for a membership for solutions eight
Speaker [00:55:32] So we're building a membership
Speaker [00:55:33] Oh, let me go ask Julian where there is, um, updates on our membership
Speaker [00:55:42] So that'll be a little bit more robust, but until then, right now,
Speaker [00:55:47] it's kind of like a show upper
Speaker [00:55:49] We're going to have a more difficult time
Speaker [00:55:52] I'm so sorry
Speaker [00:55:52] I hope that didn't sound too
Speaker [00:55:54] Uh, we've got five minutes
Speaker [00:55:56] So I'm going to go rapid fire
Speaker [00:55:57] You guys ready for rapid fire
Speaker [00:55:59] What are your thoughts on targeting multiple countries of sale within the same
Speaker [00:56:03] Pemex campaigns when usually takes over that idea targets that, but interesting
Speaker [00:56:09] How do we know that?
Speaker [00:56:11] Cause I did it
Speaker [00:56:18] what is a good strategy for stepping down budget?
Speaker [00:56:20] We started off a lot higher than we, I think we
Speaker [00:56:26] put it to you realize, oh, that's smart
