Yes, when we invest, when we do things, when we move towards things, when we put our energy towards something, something else results.
[00:00:20] Chris: Absolutely. And if we believe that it is our control or our power that is going to be our salvation? What happens in the day that I don't feel powerful? What happens in the day that my legs get swept out from under me and something on the battlefield takes me out and I have to go to the infirmary? What happens then?
[00:00:38] Chris: Because the fullness of who I am is not in the fullness of my muscles or my brawn or my brain or my control. The fullness of who I am is in the resting of that in someone who is bigger and stronger and wiser and kinder than me. And that is God himself.
