[00:00:03] Hector: Hello and welcome to another episode of the how to scale a business podcast. My name is Hector Santiago Esteban and I am your host for today. Our special guest, Mr. Jeff Woods. He is the creator of AI leadership and the author of a new book, the AI driven leader?
[00:00:17] Hector: And, a long time, at least mentor from afar. Jeff, I followed you and I'm excited to finally have you on the show. So thanks for being here, my man.
[00:00:23] Geoff: I appreciate it, Hector. Thanks.
[00:00:25] Hector: before we get into anything else, though, I have to say that, the first place that I stumbled upon you was reading and following the one thing.
[00:00:32] Hector: And that has been such a big part of my life. And whenever people ask me, like, what's my favorite business book or kind of personal development, cite that often. And just The whole ethos of that has been a pivotal in my life.
[00:00:43] Geoff: I'm eternally grateful for Gary Keller and Jay Papson who wrote that book. they created an amazing opportunity for me to part with them to turn the book into a company. And the amount that I learned Growing that company and then helping organizations learn how to live it. It's just a remarkable time in my life.
[00:01:01] Hector: Yeah. Well, I'd love for you to catch up because usually AI in these conversations tends to be like an afterthought. It's one of the last questions. I'm like, Hey, what do you think about AI by the way? And you know, because it tends to touch every industry for you. It's been something that you've decided to At least for the time being, make your life's work or to make a large part of it. How did that take us into the origin story of that and then catch us up on a little bit about what you guys are doing now with your institute?
[00:01:27] Geoff: For as long as I've been in the professional world, you know, I followed very much the traditional path. Go to a good school, work hard, get a good job. I remember I was in medical device sales at the time. I was working really hard. I had a great job. I was running through hospitals every day, selling a device that actually save lives, was making great money.
[00:01:45] Geoff: And I was completely empty on the inside because deep down Hector, like I knew I was meant for more and as somebody whose core value number one core value is growth, knowing that I was playing below my potential was actually painful. And as I started surrounding myself with people who are where I wanted to be.
[00:02:07] Geoff: It became clear I wanted to own a business that made a big impact in the world, but I didn't know how to do that. I had heard Jim Rohn's quote that you're the average of the five people you spend the most time with. I looked at my five, I had five amazing friends and realized I had no mentors. I didn't have mentors who were already living the life I wanted to be living, who could guide me on how to get there.
[00:02:25] Geoff: And That's when I ended up meeting Jay Papazian, who co authored The One Thing. I had no idea that it was already one of the highest rated business books of all time, which created a problem because Gary Keller's One Thing is running Keller Williams, the real estate company. Jay's One Thing is writing books with Gary.
[00:02:39] Geoff: They had been looking for somebody whose One Thing could be the one thing. That became me. So I step into this business or step into An idea of a business of how do we turn a best selling book into a company? And as I built that and scaled that I learned how to coach executive teams To drive amazing levels of growth not by doing more But actually by doing less by focusing on the most important things I built that up over seven years sold my interest back to my partners and moved on to the next chapter I had a two year non compete so I had to do something different.
[00:03:12] Geoff: I got a call from one of You My clients from the one thing is named Naveen Jindal. He is the chairman of Jindal Steel and Power. It is a massive steel manufacturing company out of India. UT Dallas, their business school has his name on it. It's the Naveen Jindal School of Business. Like big player. I had been coaching him and his executive team for several years.
[00:03:33] Geoff: And when he found out I left, he said, would you come in house? And I said, maybe what's the job? And he said, you tell me. So I stepped in as the chief growth officer for all of their companies across the globe, about 100, 000 people, and very much tried to figure out what are the processes that we needed to put in place to drive Massive growth.
[00:03:52] Geoff: just one of their companies, their market cap went from 750 million to 12 billion in four years. So that now is just one company. All the companies grow. while I was there, I came across AI and I very much saw the next skill that needed to be mastered. And so I just started playing with it myself, which really started with a very simple shift.
[00:04:10] Geoff: Instead of asking myself, how might I do this? I started asking myself how my AI helped me. Do this. And by asking that question, I created awareness of a potential use case. I would take action and based on my communication with AI, I would get a result, whether it was a good result or a bad result. But I would continue following that process until I started to be able to get way more done in way less time.
[00:04:34] Geoff: And I was sitting down with the chairman one day and I looked at him and he very much believed AI would be the future. And I asked him, Do you want this to be driven through all the companies? And he said, Yes, I do. I said, Great. Well, you're the chairman of the board. You need to own it at the board level if that's gonna happen.
[00:04:49] Geoff: And he looked at me and he said, Why don't you do it for me? So overnight, I'm now suddenly going, Okay, I'm responsible for driving growth for all these companies. And now I'm responsible for figuring out what does it look like to drive AI? Suddenly, I'm flying to India every quarter, I'm sitting down with the team at Google, looking at use cases, tuning models.
[00:05:07] Geoff: And very quickly, Hector, I realized that I was playing way too small. I needed to be playing on a much bigger level with this technology. So this year I started AI leadership because I realized that there Had yet to be all the authorities in the AI space, where the AI companies themselves or tech companies, but no one has come out as the authority on the AI leadership side in terms of how do you as a leader think about AI?
[00:05:34] Geoff: Because most people are thinking backwards about it. My friend, Chris Winton, who used to be the chief people officer for FedEx, then Tesla said to me, if people are asking, how do I use AI? They're asking the wrong question. Because then they're making A. I. Their goal when A. I. Is just a tool to help you achieve your goals.
[00:05:52] Geoff: And so I have been on this mission to show leaders. How do you think strategy first technology? Second, how do we make sure that A. I. Is a tool to help you achieve your goals and not a shiny distraction from your goals? And the book, the A. I. Driven leader has been about that, and the business behind it has all been helping leaders figure out how they can use it to make better decisions and build better businesses and better lives.
[00:06:14] Hector: Yeah, I'm curious what you because you're not even knee deep in it. maybe your eyeballs are just poking above, you know, how deep you are just to keep you aware of what's going on outside. I'm curious because so few people are in it at that sort of level.
[00:06:27] Hector: What are they getting wrong that you're constantly slamming your hand against your forehead, going, if only you saw it this way that that might unlock, something else.
[00:06:38] Geoff: I'll answer it a little differently. before I started writing the book and before I started the business, I made a commitment to interviewing 100 executives to understand where their head was at when it came to AI. So that whatever I wrote about or whatever I built from a company standpoint would actually solve a real problem.
[00:06:55] Geoff: I asked the same three questions to, I ended up interviewing over 200 executives. Do you believe AI is the future? Will you adopt it? What have you done? The answer is blew me away. 100 percent of them have over 200 leaders said AI is the future. 100 percent of them said they would adopt it less than 5 percent had done anything. The reason why is because They're too busy. Every one of us has too much to do and not enough time. We all see AI as this thing that we know we need to figure out, but we're so busy with the current demands of the business that it's just the oxygen. And then if they try to use it, they treat it like another Google.
[00:07:42] Geoff: They ask it a high level, vague question and they get a high level, vague response and they think this is a waste of my time and so they say, I'll figure it out later and they get back to doing what they're doing. The problem is. Their competition might be diving in and figuring out how they can harness this to build a competitive advantage.
[00:08:04] Geoff: I saw a video from Eric Schmidt, the former CEO of Google, and he said that we are fundamentally going to be living in a different world in five years. Not 10 years, five years of the world as we know it today will be fundamentally different. And what I took this was a sign is so many leaders are saying I'll get around to figure out AI or I'll have somebody on my team figure out AI.
[00:08:30] Geoff: You cannot wait. Because your ability, your job as a CEO is not necessarily to predict the future, but to prepare your company to survive a variety of futures and thrive in spite of them. Keeping your head in the sand around AI Is no longer a viable option. I'm not going to sit here and say, if you don't adopt AI, you're going to be put out of business.
[00:08:54] Geoff: I think that's just hype, but what I will say is you are abdicating your responsibility as a leader. If you are not trying to understand this tidal wave of shift in our business,
[00:09:06] Hector: I'd love to, and maybe use cases is where to get started, but I'm trying to put together the order of operations for someone to go, okay, now, after the short episode, I, see the path to utilizing it, or at least I see the steps that I need to take. is there more mindset shifts that need to happen?
[00:09:24] Hector: Is it that they need to see how it. fits into their business, because I feel like it's not like it's case by case or industry by industry basis, but to, prescribe a general panacea. at least in my head, seems like not the best approach
[00:09:39] Geoff: sure. So here's what I think, let me give you the crash course for leaders. First, you have to understand what it is. It's essentially a really powerful computer that can process massive amounts of information to do things that humans might normally do, whether it's creating content, strategic thinking, analyzing, generating ideas, evaluating risk, I want you to think about the total number of books that the average person has read Over their lifetime, like if you had to guess, including school, every textbook, everything you've ever learned.
[00:10:17] Geoff: How many books do you think that is for you, Hector?
[00:10:20] Hector: for me, maybe a couple of thousand,
[00:10:23] Geoff: Couple thousand. Great. And what percent of all that knowledge do you think you can recall at any moment and apply?
[00:10:31] Hector: 2%, 1%, maybe.
[00:10:33] Geoff: Awesome. that's how most of us operate. These AI models have been trained on 15 trillion tokens. A token is just a unit of measure. So if I gave you like here's a blog post and here's an image which has more data, you need to have a universal unit of measurement. That's called a token to 15 trillion tokens is the equivalent of 200 million books that you have access to At your fingertips with near perfect recall.
[00:11:03] Geoff: So here's why this matters. You're no longer relying on what you remember from your experience and what you've learned and the sliver that you can recall. You now have the ability to access. Roughly 200 million books worth of data with near perfect recall at your fingertips. Now, where this becomes really powerful is if you recognize that AI is here to enhance you, not replace you. You are the thought leader and AI is your thought partner. So as thought leader, you tell AI the thing you are trying to accomplish and the role you want it to play. And then you allow it as it is. Your thought partner to harness its massive processing power to bring the collective intelligence To your use case in the split of a second.
[00:11:54] Geoff: So let me give you an example of what this looks like There's a very large medical device company very well known medical device company that i've been working with I sat down with one of their leaders. He had he gpt for content creation, but he hadn't Really used it where I think is the biggest opportunity for a leader to start and that is strategic and thinking and decision making and the reason for that hector is that your ability to think strategically And make great decisions is the difference between growing your business or going out of business The problem is we're all too busy We don't have enough time to think strategically.
[00:12:29] Geoff: We don't have enough data at our fingertips. We have all these biases and assumptions. There's all this pressure to deliver results. Now, this stops us from thinking strategically, and it undermines the decisions that we make. So I said, Great, let me show you a use case. And I just asked him, What's the biggest problem you're trying to solve right now?
[00:12:46] Geoff: He said, Oh, that's easy. We're trying to find every U. S. adult that had a heart murmur as a kid. We have to find out who they are, but the problem is we don't know who they are. Because there's HIPAA violations or HIPAA regulations. These people have moved over their lifetime. They might have changed their names as they got married or divorced.
[00:13:06] Geoff: It's not only finding a needle in a haystack, it's finding a needle in a haystack that's constantly moving and changing shapes. I said, great, what have you done? He said we took five of our best people, we put them on this project full time for two months, and they finally came up with some ideas. These are talented people that invested hundreds of hours to get to a list of potential solutions.
[00:13:28] Geoff: And I said, great, watch this. And I shared my screen and I went to Anthropics Claude, specifically for this because I found it to be a really good thought partner. And I wrote a very detailed prompt because I know how to communicate with AI and I hit enter. And it instantly went and spat out five answers.
[00:13:45] Geoff: I'm talking in this in like a second. And I watched this executive's eyes get huge. And Hector, he leans in and he looks at me and he goes, Jeff, these are really good. I want to compare this to what my team came up with. So we come back together in two weeks. And he goes, this is crazy. You literally generated the exact same answers.
[00:14:06] Geoff: A full time team of five took hundreds of hours to generate. You literally did in under two minutes You have to show me how we use this. so here's why I share this use case. As a leader, your ability to think strategically and make great decisions is the difference between growing your business or going out of business.
[00:14:26] Geoff: I promise there is something that is important that you could really use a thought partner to help you think it through. You have one. It's called AI. now it's about Recognizing that opportunity and knowing how to talk to it in a way where you can tap into its collective data that it's been trained on so you can harness it for your use case so that you as thought leader can make the best decision in a fraction of the time.
[00:14:56] Hector: This is eye opening stuff and I'm sure people are gonna have to listen to this a couple of times.
[00:15:00] Geoff: So hold on, what about that's eye opening to you?
[00:15:03] Hector: Well, I think that so many people are looking at it just like a content creation tool. Like it's a thing to write blog posts or to write social media posts, or, even if they want to take it one step further, maybe it helps them make a grocery list. But you're talking at the highest level of decision making that it can really be that same sort of aid.
[00:15:22] Geoff: So let me, you asked me a question that I answered differently. You asked me what are the biggest mistakes people are making. Let me hit that one on its head. If you are viewing AI is just another Google. And when I say AI, I'm referring to generative AI like chat, GPT, Claude, Gemini perplexity. , if you are just viewing it as another search engine to get an answer or something to help you write better emails or to write a blog post, you are selling yourself short and putting a ceiling over your achievement. The thing I learned many things from my time with the one thing, but the 80 20 rule, the idea that 80 percent of our results come from 20 percent of our efforts. If you are using AI primarily for 80 percent tasks that only deliver 20 percent of the value, you are making a mistake. If I'm going to use AI, if I want to harness one of the most powerful technologies to ever be invented, period, I want to channel it and focus it on the things that are going to deliver the highest results for my business.
[00:16:24] Geoff: And that's where I think strategic thinking and decision making is a huge opportunity. How about this? Go to AI and say, Here is My business plan for this year. I want you to interview me by asking one question at a time To understand my business on a deeper level And after asking me three to five questions, I want you to tell me the things you like about my business plan I want you to tell me the things where my business plan is weak And I want you to tell me the top three things I should be considering to achieve my goals that i'm not considering Yet it will blow your mind That is way more valuable than help me write this blog post.
[00:17:08] Hector: Yeah, Jeff, when we get back from break, I want to get a little more tactical as well, or at least give people with, some things that they could take with them, because I think the practicality of it or opening people's minds to what's possible, I think is a big thing that's that's necessary.
[00:17:24] Hector: So we're gonna get into that right after this quick break.
[00:17:28] Hector: Hey y'all. Today's episode is brought to you by amplify media and we are a podcast and content production company. Well, we like to think of ourselves as platform or community builders, because chances are, if you're listening to this, you probably have a product, a passion, a mission, a message, a service, something that you're trying to get out to the world, but you might not have the time, the team with the tech skills to do it.
[00:17:43] Hector: Well, if that's the case, we can help. Go to amplify media dot com. That's a M. P. L. A. F. Y. Media dot com. You can also check the show notes for the link. And with that, let's go back to Jeff. So, Jeff, I think another thing that comes to mind that's important for people is to see what's possible because you just you spit out some very, you know, what we call a prompt, right?
[00:18:07] Hector: But you kind of went over some stuff that you told chat GPT. And there were a lot of things embedded In that that I think we're really, frankly, pretty nuanced, right? And in terms of, prompts because you said they give them a basic high level prompt and they get back a basic high level answer.
[00:18:23] Hector: So maybe you could talk about some of the skills that are imperative for a leader to be able to effectively utilize some of this stuff.
[00:18:32] Geoff: So just like in any, Romantic relationship. How important is communication?
[00:18:37] Hector: The most,
[00:18:38] Geoff: It's everything, right? Your ability to communicate effectively with your spouse is the difference between a great relationship and divorce. It's the same thing with AI. But want you to think of AI like you're the prompt that you write how you communicate with it.
[00:18:54] Geoff: Think of it like ingredients in a recipe. If you use high quality ingredients, you will get better tasting food. Most people are using very low quality ingredients because I is actually just shines a spotlight on the quality of your communication, which we don't often see when we're delegating to people because we just trust that what was in our head actually came out of our mouth and was interpreted correctly by them.
[00:19:18] Geoff: And then we judge them based on their ability to read our mind when, as leaders, our communication may not have been where it needed to be. Okay. I will just shine a spotlight on that. So I'm gonna walk you through some ingredients. When you are making a recipe or a prompt, you don't have to use every ingredient.
[00:19:36] Geoff: Sometimes you're gonna, figure out that you have your staple ingredients that you use almost all the time. They're gonna be some that you use heavier than others. You should always describe the task that you want a I to help you with. And I will be as clear as saying your task is to Blank.
[00:19:53] Geoff: I will always give context. AI is a processing machine. You give it an input, it processes it, it gives you an output, and based on how you interact with it, it learns. It does not have your experience. It does not have your knowledge, your situational awareness. So you need to be incredibly detailed. I always describe the task. I always give context. And I will say your task is to put it for context. Here's what you need to know and then I will give an exhaustive list and I'll give you an example of this after then there's a signing a persona.
[00:20:33] Geoff: AI can adopt a persona just like how Keanu Reeves in the matrix didn't know kung fu Until morpheus pushed a button and all of a sudden he knew kung fu You can say I want you to act as a cfo and it will look through the 200 million books of data It's been trained on for everything That might apply to being a cfo and it will harness that intelligence for your use case I want you to act as a branding expert.
[00:20:56] Geoff: I want you to act as a growth expert I want you to act as a strategic board member. I want you to act as my ideal customer Remind me to tell you the whole foods case study. This is a perfect example of this So describe the task it context assign a persona You can specify requirements. Do you want it to structure its answer in a table format?
[00:21:17] Geoff: Do you want it to give you a list using numerical bullets ranked in order of priority? You can give it limits. You can ask it to explain its reasoning. But my favorite prompt ingredient is asking it to interview you because most people are terrible at giving sufficient context. And if you say I'm the CEO of a company, I have a goal to double our revenue in the next 24 months attached to our strategic plan.
[00:21:42] Geoff: I want you to interview me by asking one question at a time, because if you don't, it'll ask you 10 questions at once. So tell it to ask you one question at a time. to understand more about my business and ask a maximum of three questions or a maximum of five questions and then complete this task. A.
[00:22:00] Geoff: I will interview you to pull the things that it needs out of your head. So a use case for that is when I was, looking at marketing copy, I said, here's the marketing copy for our AI driven leadership collective. For context, this is a private network for high level executives who want to build better businesses and better lives by being AI driven.
[00:22:20] Geoff: They come to click and I literally described the value proposition of that product in detail. Your task is to take on the persona of being a copywriter. In helping me enhance this marketing company, so it would land with an executive, a CEO of a company that does anywhere from 10 million to 200 million in revenue, who's non technical, who's ambitious, like I'm getting super detailed in describing my customer.
[00:22:44] Geoff: And then I hit enter and ai Interviewed me and asked me questions. Did I say I asked it to interview me in that prompt? Yeah, it started interviewing me like it read my marketing copy and then it said it asked me very pointed questions And after it asked me three it said great based on that. Here's your revised copy And it was way better. Does that make sense?
[00:23:06] Hector: yeah, my brain is spinning because I'm sure the listeners, we have to know this whole foods case study
[00:23:12] Geoff: Oh got it. So, Yeah a company that I advise Their revenue has grown 600 With this stuff in two years, it's pretty good. Six X growth. That's pretty good. They have a product that's in whole foods and they had a meeting coming up with jason buchel the ceo of whole foods to discuss expanding their partnership and The CEO came to me and said, Hey, I've got this two page presentation for the CEO of Whole Foods.
[00:23:38] Geoff: Do you think AI can help us make this better? And I went, Oh, absolutely. And so the first thing I did is I went to perplexity because I found it to be the best large language model for research. And I said, Who's the CEO of Whole Foods? And I said, Jason Bushell. I said, Great. I want you to research everything that Jason has talked about publicly that is a priority for Whole Foods or that he cares about in expanding partnerships with vendors.
[00:24:02] Geoff: And cite all of your sources. And it instantly spat out a list with sources for each. Now I understand that AI is just a processing machine. It's designed to please you, which means it will make things up that will sound really good because it wants to give you an answer. So I had to go line by line and just check the sources.
[00:24:19] Geoff: Like, did he say these things? Is this backed by fact? Or is this a hallucination? Once we validated the things that were true, I then took that over to ChatGBT I said, I'm the CEO of a CPG company. We have a meeting coming up with Jason Buchel, the CEO of Whole Foods to discuss expanding our partnership for context, here are the things that he cares about.
[00:24:39] Geoff: And I pasted it. Your job is to act as a strategic growth expert in evaluating the attached deck that we plan on presenting to Jason and your job is to tell us the top things you like about our presentation, the top things you don't like about our presentation and the top changes we could make to boost the chances that we expand our partnership. And I hit enter instantly. It started spitting out this list and it said, here's what I like about it. Here's what I don't like about it. And here's the top changes. Whole Foods cares about fair trade and sustainability. In researching your company and your product, these are actually strengths of yours.
[00:25:20] Geoff: There's nothing on the deck about these things. Here is exactly what I would say about fair trade and sustainability. And here's where I would place it on the deck. I basically had to like, Hold the ceo's chin as his jaw dropped and all of a sudden He's speed dialing his chief marketing officer his chief revenue officer.
[00:25:44] Geoff: We're all on zoom They've got the deck opened in adobe acrobat. They're making the changes on the fly Total time from can this help me to updated deck was less than 16 minutes This is a deck they had worked on for weeks They thought it was a 10 out of 10 But this is where I have respect for the ceo because the ceo recognized they did the best they could do with their context And he asked the question might ai be able to help us see what we don't see And that's what happened.
[00:26:22] Hector: again. Me all riled up here. Jeff, I'm not, I've got nowhere to go. We got to finish this conversation. I want to go type in some prompts. Jeff, I got one more question for you, which I'm curious at what your answer is going to be given our conversation. But before we do that, I'd love for you to share Where people can get more connected with you. I know the book is coming out or as, people are listening to it, they probably can go buy it right now. So maybe you want to talk a little bit about the book and where people might be
[00:26:45] Geoff: Yeah. So I knew I wanted to write a book and I wanted to make sure that I was solving a real problem. that's why I sat down to interview over 200 executives. My realization is everybody believes it's the future. Nobody has shown them a simple path to go from 0 to 1 to start using it in a way that brings value at a leadership level.
[00:27:06] Geoff: So the book is called the AI driven leader. Harnessing AI to make faster, smarter decisions. The whole purpose of the book is to teach you how to become a more strategic thinker and better decision maker so that you can build a better business and better lives by harnessing AI as a thought partner. I'm just scratching the surface of what's in the book, and I have prompts throughout the book of all these different situations where you comply them immediately.
[00:27:33] Geoff: You can get the book on Amazon or on Audible. It's launching on September 9th. So if it's before September 9th, it's available for pre order. If it's after, it's available for purchase right now. And the thing that I did different with this, know, Hector, you said you've read thousands of books.
[00:27:48] Geoff: What percentage of them do you do you think you really applied?
[00:27:51] Hector: Seven,
[00:27:52] Hector: eight.
[00:27:53] Geoff: Right? Right. And this is my thing. Like impacts another core value for me. Like at the end of the day, do I want you to read the book? Yes. the highest thing that you can do for me is honestly to buy the book, to leave a review and to share it with your friends. That would mean the world to me.
[00:28:08] Geoff: But I genuinely wanted people this to change people's lives. So what I also did is I created an AI thought partner. That has been tuned and trained on the content of the book so that you can interact with it to help you apply it. It's been trained on every single prompt so that it can help you elevate your strategic thinking.
[00:28:28] Geoff: And that is available at aileadership. com, which is the business. And then there you can actually start, like you literally say, help me start living the book and it will start to interact with you to help you apply it.
[00:28:41] Hector: Fantastic. And we'll link all that up in the show notes. So all can go check that out and get a hold of that. My last question here, Jeff, is in your opinion, what is the secret to scaling a business?
[00:28:55] Geoff: Focus. Every day we wake up and there are more things that we can do than there is time and every one of us knows what it feels like to go through our days being really busy, but then at the end of the day, genuinely wonder. What did I get done? And that is a reflection of you spending your time. This is a timeless problem that has also become timely because a lot of people are worried that is going to replace them.
[00:29:23] Geoff: I actually believe it's a huge opportunity because most people's days are consumed with low value tasks and meetings. They are not feeling fulfilled. And then when they're at home with their families, they're not at home with their families. Their mind is still at work thinking about the things they didn't get done.
[00:29:38] Geoff: I believe with the right leadership by becoming an AI driven leader, you can create a world where the majority of people's time is invested in the 20 percent priorities that will drive 80 percent of your results. And you're not just doing it with your intelligence or your context. You have AI as your thought partner so you can harness its massive processing power to supercharge your performance when it matters most.
[00:30:05] Geoff: And that Over time with the right leadership, you can augment or automate the lower value, 80 percent tasks that just don't drive as much value. AI will be able to start enhancing that. I actually believe that this AI gives us the opportunity to return us to what makes us. Us the ability to think strategically the ability to be creative to collaborate to solve problems to communicate Skills that we set aside during the industrial revolution to adapt to meet the needs of the machine The machine will now adapt to meet the needs of our humanity But here's the thing the technology is not what is going to create the change It's your leadership, which is why it's imperative that you figure out how to become an ai driven leader You
[00:30:55] Hector: I love it. I want to thank all you listeners for being here with us today in this powerful conversation. and this usually doesn't feel like a go out there and do it sort of thing, but I feel compelled to tell you to go out there and make it happen for the benefit of us all.
[00:31:08] Hector: So appreciate you being here. be forever grateful for a rating or review wherever you get your podcast. And if you know someone who needs to hear this, someone who's on the edge about AI or someone who's who's maybe not quite seeing the full scope of its possibilities, hit that share button and let's grow the community together.
[00:31:24] Hector: But we always appreciate you hanging out. We'll see on the next one. Later, y'all.
