In Neil Patel's blog which promises to provide everything you need to know about Performance Max campaigns, there are some statements we disagree with. This includes their claim that "PMax is perfect for people who don’t have the time or knowledge to optimize their own campaigns."

If there's one thing we hope one has learned from our episodes on PMax, it's that they're harder to optimize than the other campaigns.

Plus Google reported $68 billion in revenue in the first quarter, with $39 billion from Search and Ads. Performance Max campaigns are one of the key revenue drivers in Search, which is up 24%. Here are the main points from Google's Q1 earnings call and how these may affect Google Ads advertisers and agencies.

[00:00:00] this is your ultimate guide to performance max for 2022 with costume and john hello i am so excited about this i am busy so performance max changes the game right like it's complete paradigm change nothing will ever be the same the world is shifting etc i have like 50 these campaigns running right now and i have not had a performance max campaign perform worse than anything else we've tried so it's good the bar has not been lowered by performance to all those who are scared out there i was too so i plunged in with um our clients ad spend with their with their consent and found out because that's not fair the performance max didn't work for us it produced way more leads but our non-performance campaigns produce better lead quality well the first time around and that's because we did it wrong the second time around we actually saw really good quality leads coming in i didn't know there was a second time are

[00:00:58] we running performance backs right now for solutions eight no we stopped uh [Laughter] for good reason so we did it twice but we're not running it now but the second time was it was recently it was in uh it was in february um so last month as of like yesterday but then this last month we um we ran performance max again and we found it much more effective the the issue though is for us specifically being google ads agency people grade us on for number one or not and i can't tell you how many times we have those leads come in they basically said like hey well i was looking for the best google ads instant you were number one so obviously you know what you're doing we didn't have that in our league quality so our league was more like hey just you know tell us a little bit about yourselves and you know why do you think you guys are good and so it was like the sales process wasn't as flowy um but i think that's kind of

[00:01:48] what up because we're judged based on where exactly we're found but i do now want to try it again based on what we've learned recently and uh it's still i still think it's the best campaign type it's just every single account is different every single one there's very very little golden rules so the small amount of golden rules that we do have is how diversified you need to be um but inside that diversification anything can really work so we're going to show you how to test all the relevant options and find what is going to work and then also show you how to find what will work in the future as google gives you these insights and google's education has said don't replace your existing campaigns with performance max instead use performance max to supplement in most cases has that also been your finding yes uh except for one smart shopping has so far always ceased to work within two days of launch

[00:02:47] performance max everything else either has been untouched or reduced by some percentile like sometimes it's ten percent sometimes as much as sixty percent um but it makes sense because performance max goes on all seven hours of google it's search shopping youtube gsp display discovery maps it's everywhere so if it believes that it's going to have a better performance in search for some specific keywords then those specific keywords that are in your other search campaign will no longer show but everything else will so that's why you'll start to see them sometimes reduce is there anybody that performance max doesn't apply to knowing that um in july local campaigns are gonna be rolled into performance max now only i would say the people that can't benefit from it as greatly as brick and mortar wanting to have really good map specific campaigns that will change though in july when local is then turned into performance max okay

[00:03:45] with that caveat aside though it really does seem to be kind of the magic bullet well you know what's interesting is i think it's the response that we have to leverage because google is going towards that privacy first type of environment so if you think about it it's saying here's what google is going to be leaning into and building and do you want to fight it and try to keep doing it the traditional way knowing that that's being degraded or do you want to find how to best leverage the newest greatest tool be first to market identify your best performing asset groups and the content as i was asked groups in the audience insights and the segmentations and demographics lean into it and expand up and get a head start and be two months ahead of your competition all the time and you'll see that once you jump into this you're going to be continuously outpacing your competition just because you started first and

[00:04:32] that's what's nuts about performance max that really blew me away is google has been taking away features forever like from the beginning there was the google ads began and then features began to be taken away and they never gave they only took performance max is like the first time google was like hey here's a bunch of cool yeah it was funny because like if you look at every single thing they've done i've been fighting it along the way until i said i'm like oh so it's like hey try broad i'm like yeah i can see that it works it's not all the time it's sometimes a little too spammy and then it's like hey responsive search ads like yeah okay that's cool that's like unpin everything or we'll penalize you dude data driven attribution like they made data-driven attribution the default which was weird because for a while it wasn't available unless you had like a massive spend and then all of a sudden

[00:05:16] they made it available to everybody and the default which seemed like just the biggest change that they possibly could have made and then uh customer lists yeah you open up customers to everybody overnight and i was like what are you doing but then you know then performance max made it make sense it was like oh i know i know i thought every single time it's like i did drive and i'm like well yeah but if you're on your brand campaign no and so i still think first click was better um yeah exactly right and the customer lists them like well all right and then dude match rates match rates on customer list i uploaded a 300 000 person customer list last week and got a 98 match rate was the list from google this one wasn't this was from our big client really yeah and even percent and even both the contacts people at both our contacts at that large company were like that's a lot better than it used to be

[00:06:10] i'm like i know i've never seen them before let's never call them our big plane again because it makes it sound so small they spend 26 dollars a month um that's on i i don't i kind of don't believe that i think google's lying 98 yeah that's insane yeah email phone number both uh it was the phone number email and zip wow i don't know why but yeah some so what's interesting here is google i don't know maybe maybe google bought some company and owned their contact list too like lexisnexis or something who knows but it's interesting every single thing that is starting to head in the right direction uh just led up to performance max and now that i see performance max i'm like oh my gosh like this makes so much sense now it's like yeah first click unless contribution no i want data driven because performance max is going to capture brand conversions but now the attribution model is going to tell me

[00:07:08] what happened first and last like and then new customer only like you can have data you can have a instant beta so if you don't see it in your account don't worry about it it'll be there soon uh unless you're uh can request access to the beta which is very very very closed which is odd but you'll have performance max going to only new customers like oh this is amazing stuff so now it's like hey google the brand name i don't care i can tell you if you're googling the branding for a reason or not like this is amazing all right so we're going to teach you how to build a performance max campaign from the ground up from scratch and then also how to manage it because it's the management that like it's going to be so intense for so many people in a way that they're not used to like it's no longer about paying attention to little granular numbers no there's this just small distance like it's it's zoom out

[00:07:54] strategic high level thinking all the time like there's no set it and forget it what i love about this too is it free introduces the creativity um yeah what a good way to say that uh it's only limited by your creativity now and that's what i love that's why i'm like i'm so jazzed up about this because smart shopping it's like well it's not doing performance i got three levers of full feed optimizations tcp rt roads and daily budget like that's i get segment but that doesn't cross pollinate and then it did and i stopped doing it and it's like i like i had very little um it's like hey can we run this ad no can we run this sort of graphic no like not in smart shopping um it produces yeah it produced like 6x better than anything else but i can't touch it um it was all branded traffic anyway not really but you know what i mean like prioritizing brands new marketing marketing remarketing traffic yes so

[00:08:43] there was a lot of fail points um it worked really well if you were that was the only thing you're running that's the problem it's like the only thing you can run so yeah it's really really really cool so this takes all that away there's so many more levers i can pull now which is just uh breathes new life into google i love this um life into google and if let's be honest here brings new life into google ads agencies yes it was actually there's stuff for us to do not to say that there wasn't but at the trajectory google was going like two years from now we'd be like so we turned it on and we're done well it's funny because people are like how about running youtube ads mic excellent we just need 16 times your target cost requisition per day and after eight days so start to optimize it's like cost requisition's 50 bucks like yeah i got 800 bucks a day ah like it's so it's so hard so i kept mad that's 400 a day but it's so

[00:09:40] hard to do nobody was going to call you on that like no all of us just assumed like oh he's smart he talks fast i i failed math in high school and now i run google ads so i spend your money dude you know do you know how much money we have in our mcc accounts do you know how much ad spend per year 57 million is it i thought it was 54. oh my 54 but so i forget yeah oh

[00:10:00] yeah approaching 60 million dollars we tested this a lot and again since i failed math i can't count that high so children never stop chasing your dreams you too could be like me i know an agency with this man right here but it's it's really really really really really exciting that's uh i mean i can now rebuild every strategy i have a competitive campaign inside performance max that's beating the competitive search campaign like it's those are even possible so it's getting the competitive search campaign in performance from a conversion standpoint or in its ability to capture the the competitive traffic both yeah yeah and it's it's unbelievable so there isn't yet a situation where something that has been tried and failed traditionally in google ads that i cannot rebuild inside performance max and probably still have a better performance it's i now understand i'm like that's a stupid name performance max and i was

[00:11:02] like well if you want to maximize the performance i'm like [Music] you did it like now i get the name it's amazing it's i love it it's just i love it so here's what's interesting is we sound like google chills and i just want to say if this is the first time ever watching the solutions date video go watch literally any video on our channel before this one and it's nothing but us bitching about how horrible google is how you can't trust them how all the features are crap like we're not google we're not suckling at the power teat of google go through the channel and find out one of the called auto apply recommendations like a year and a half ago it's like google state over campaigns don't let it like we are yes this is what's interesting though is the only thing the performance max did differently it takes every single one of your strategy expands upon the targeting capabilities and then bundles all of the

[00:11:50] channels into one so that all the guesswork um not all the guests work the guesswork is expanded upon not taken out it is you give it a signal it thanks you for the signal it uses the signal and it expands into more rather than you give it a target and you fail or pass well and it's based like why did that dude you've been talking about that forever you're like we're not taking a client without a goal why didn't google they do now when you build a performance campaign but why didn't they say hey what's your goal they used to let you launch the campaigns without a freaking goal it was it was ancillary to the build out process well you know what's funny is i think that they had to kind of cater towards the people didn't necessarily know how to make a goal well so i talked to fred vallis about this who he's the if you don't know the ceo of optimizer he invented conversion tracking here's what's interesting

[00:12:38] google ads existed before conversion tracking did which is not like that's not okay that's not kosher you know what i mean like you needed to tell people what it was that they were getting um so google ads for quite some time for longer than should have been allowed didn't even report on conversions or goals it almost pissed them off to do it they're like all right we'll let them know what happened well it's funny because it's like if you had to start to set up a gold before you can run or no how about this if you can start to run ads and pay google money before you need to measure it google likes that yeah it's good oh dude i got i'm not chilling fred here i've got fred's book unlevel the playing field he wrote a really nice little note there timmy i don't know if you can see that just looks like a blank page so just looks like it's glowing doesn't it yeah um so go buy fred's book know that i

[00:13:34] disagree with like at least 51 percent of what he says but i love him as a person and i hope he's successful and sells a lot of books yeah it's um it's it's yeah let's stop uh stop talking about let's build one let's go build it let's go do the thing i know everybody fast forward to this part anyway nobody's still listening we'll put in the notes like skip to minute 16 for the build out dude how funny would it be if this was actually minute 16.

[00:13:59] i don't even know how long it is do you think you got it i feel like it's minute 13 now i think it's minute seven all right we'll see who's right [Laughter] cool i'm gonna share my screen here and yeah this is uh you haven't built a campaign about three months this is gonna look new to you um new way that google has the campaign objectives and again one of the things that like that forever well a little bit that actually remember it was blue um and now when you actually click on this button it gives you this here so this part here was again this is a new update that they did it's like hey what are the categories of your conversions like why do you care google oh yeah do conversion action sets that's a 100 for performance max and they just introduced that random as too they're like oh we we added this for no reason and it applies to nothing inside of google ads and all of us were like i guess this makes sense

[00:14:55] well it was funny because it went to an expert advertiser just like you made a purchase is that a purchase or a lead i'm like it's a purchase like duh like yeah why would you even care but now i get it well the thing to draw people's attention to is the fact that there are two conversion actions inside of this goal that was the big change they let you bundle conversion actions and then make them a singular goal and that's so that google knew if i'm if i've got my muzzle pointed at target i need to know everything that lives inside of this target yep and here's one of your first lessons i guess i would say so choose either sales or leads um and there's actually different ways that you're going to completely restructure your campaign depending upon both we're going to start with sales the more complex one and i'll show you how you'll actually build this if you're using it for lead generation so if

[00:15:43] you're following along in your lead generation maybe wait to the end and then re-watch this so you know how to build it differently because it is actually drastically different um and for a really good reason but let's start with this such a tease i know i didn't even think about i have a i'm good at influential like i'm gonna watch the whole video now yeah and my house boosts our youtube metrics by one hour 47 minutes you're gonna be really happy but you can't skip to it right after this commercial break so let's either choose leads or sales let's do sales for now and here's actually something important this is now the first time that this actually matters inside of this purchases uh conversion goal there's actually two conversion actions a transaction is coming from google analytics and the google shopping app purchase this was actually from the shopify app that they installed i actually like this conversion action

[00:16:40] well it works i highly recommend only using this one and not this one however this one is a secondary which means it's not counted as a conversion this is a primary but later on when you look at your listing groups it actually uses the all conversion value data so you're actually going to have to completely remove one of these and when i say remove it means pause basically but you're gonna have to remove that conversion action can ask a question about this do you think performance max is going to use all conversions in perpetuity or do you think they're going to roll out the ability to view segmented conversions i really really really hope they don't keep that um all conversional it feels impossible for them to do that it's it's like cheating it's like oh yeah here's everything yeah exactly it's like so before like in your product it's like okay i got i'm only counting my purchases i'm gonna ignore

[00:17:35] my like searches my begin checkouts my add to carts all that gets ignored this one's like no no no no that's conversion that's conversion that's conversion so what's cool though is it's a hybrid model that i developed that is r.i.p so hopefully you didn't skip this part you're paying attention the best way to do this if you still want to rip our intellectual property oh our ip i thought it was rest in peace i was like you killed it i wish i was that smooth no uh i'm i'm i'm dropping a value bomb here because i made it up like yesterday so i'm fluffing it up right now so i know actually i made it today google ads fluffer oh that's so bad all right so here's what you do take these conversion actions and remove the conversion value uh so you actually get a not track conversion value that's brilliant but then what on the conversion of action that you want to track that has the value and so now you look at value not

[00:18:32] all conversions bingo so freaking genius so if it says hey something like seven conversions and you still need to track like your ad card to begin checkouts just see if there's activity in that campaign you get to do so just don't count the value only count the value of the conversion this way when you look at the listing groups you see all conversions then it's like okay well perfect what's the cash in cash out that is the only thing that can be actually tracked with converted value so that's the way to keep those are we sure though that that performance max isn't optimizing off of the all conversion actions well if it is i'm okay with that because that means it's starting to optimize all these people they're getting engaged um but i think that engagement is kind of nebulous like viewed product for instance could be a conversion action and at that point i'm just like well gosh that's everybody

[00:19:14] yeah but viewed product actually typically doesn't um and again this is only for using shopify unless you built this custom then you're not gonna yeah but but on shopify view product i don't think has actually a value but it's still in the all conversion actions right so if performance max is optimizing off of you product and it's i mean performance max uses the feed so all traffic is going to view product it's almost like all traffic is being viewed as quality right and so that's what's interesting about this is i think what they're doing is they're trying to engage who's the most active based on they want predictive indications of intent so that okay yeah yeah but i don't think they're using the value i think that value thing is wicked smart yeah it's cool right yeah so you know what bugs me about that is that's so smart but like you have to use google edge really well to know how smart it is

[00:19:59] right yeah but there you go so that's that's that's how you i would contend with that i guess if you needed to find a hybrid model we're so annoying to watch can you remember we're just so like self-righteous and smug i know it's like i mean we just record it to make sure everyone else knows how self-righteous we are just a bunch of i can't oh god that's why we're doing this video for free that's why you're not paying for this so just put up with it yeah because you'd be like halfway through your refund right now if you're actually paying watch this perfect so and obviously you're gonna choose performance max and it's new no dude also it's not new it's been in beta since we made it 2019 ah no 2020.

[00:20:50] uh no i think dude i think we had it as early as 2019 i'll have to go back and look i have the first account okay call me on there yeah yeah yeah yeah and then this part's gonna be blurred out for everyone so i'm sorry but this is actually just um showing what gmc uh accounts linked to it so typical to how you start a standard shopping or smart shopping you're just linking your gmc campaign or even like a dynamic remarketing uh so just understand that this is a google market center account here that's that's good um select the country where products are sold obviously you can select you know whatever country that you want and it'll tell you how many products you have for that country again this is all done at google works centers hopefully you've set up your google merge center um because if you haven't we have a video on setting up gmc don't we somewhere yeah yeah i think we do okay so um and

[00:21:38] then this is gonna be uh performance max nomenclature yay continue there's so many watching this video if you didn't say that if you stuck them like how did you do this right uh one dollar i'm not actually gonna launch this yet uh so we're spending a dollar um which is cool because google's like you're gonna get six twelve to thirty six hundred roads perfect um i love that weekly estimates so funny one to eight conversions for a dollar a day that's how you know google's numbers are just crap yeah yeah also it's gonna capture brand that's funny uh so bing here's here's a good good golden rule um i've tested all four ways which is conversion value conversions tcpa t-rois so i test the four capabilities i guess inside of this i've had good experience with all however launching either by maximize converged value or maximize conversions has typically been better than the target cost for acquisition or target ros and i

[00:22:52] think this the reason is is if you're doing this in an existing account when you use tcp t row as you're still going to try to attract the audience that google wants which is your remarketing and your engagement audiences so i would say that it's a good rule of thumb to start with this running wide open of either maximize conversion maximize conversion value but simply limit the daily ad spend you're going to start with be aware though that this is going to eat into other campaign types and what's interesting is it doesn't necessarily need a budget that is equal to the other campaigns is going to steal from in order to steal all of its traffic which is odd for example we had one campaign that we launched at like five dollars a day just to see like can i get up and running and it stopped a 600 per day smart traffic campaign completely uh and then only spent five bucks so it's like okay so instead of

[00:23:54] you know spending 600 and then going down like you know 5.95 and spending five dollars no it went to zero and only spent five so it completely killed everything so we turned it off in smartshop and gave right back i met another time where we had a 600 smart an 800 smart shopping campaign at a 800 performance max campaign and they both ran equally like oh man so again there's no specific golden rule and partially the reason why is because depending upon your bidding strategy and what campaign uh sorry what channels your existing campaigns are going on it's up to google to say hey do i have the same target so maximize conversions target cost for acquisition et cetera do i have the same target as a campaign i'm taking over is it the same audience and am i going to have the same success on the same channel that is currently being ran on those are all unknown and it's shifting account per account so i don't have a

[00:24:40] golden rule for that but so really the golden rule to be the safest is to run these things wide open at at least half or the exact same daily budget as your smart shopping or standard shopping campaigns those two will typically fight slow down there just a little bit because i think that's really important what you just said run it at at least half of your existing smart shopping campaign budget right okay so one of the things that google's documentation has said is to not run performance max concurrently with smart shopping yes and i think we disagree right tell me why we disagree i've actually ran a smart shopping and performance max campaign at the same time now the smart shopping campaign took about seven days to die but throughout that seven days it was actually getting conversions just less and less and less yeah my roads went from about 500 to 2000 for that week and i scooped up a bunch of conversions that

[00:25:37] i couldn't tell you if they're actually going to transfer over into performance max so it's almost like hey would you like to turn off your marketing campaign well if you do you can pretty much guarantee that you're not going to bring those people you've already spent money on back to the page to actually buy oh so it's smart shopping's previous audience and who knows whether or not that previous audience transfers over to performance max so you might as well maximize the value of that audience for as long as it lives which is going to have a delayed tenure and if depending on when you're watching this video performance max is taking over smart shopping entirely by what end of june yeah so this won't even be a problem three months from now no no it won't be but um for those people that are wanting to dive in yeah that's how you gotta do it the nice part about that though is um also the uh has privately stated now

[00:26:22] publicly so i'm not sure hopefully we'll get in trouble with that but the asset group that earns the click because he has a competitors of remarketing which kind of stands to reason by default that asset group has isn't actually going to remarket your previous smart shopping traffic so i think that's why i slowly died off like new traffic was going over towards the performance banks campaign but the smart shopping campaign was still remarketing an engaged audience and i don't want to turn it off i just want to have a high row as until it just fizzles itself out what an interesting point so the expectation to manage here is if you have a high performing smart shopping campaign especially if it's maximizing remarketing traffic well when you switch to performance match you're gonna has it you're gonna have a chasm because you're gonna lose the remarketing traffic that you've built why are you laughing at me because you

[00:27:04] just said your own name if it's not but it's not like you're gonna have a chasm uh you're gonna have a gap um that's funny so that's helpful to know if you're a great big ecommerce store with a massive spend and a long sales cycle that could actually end up being a pretty significant dip and people are going to go ah performance max broke my google ads well no you dropped a whole bucket full of audience that you just never got to sell to because they can't run concurrently exactly and so that's that's why i think that this is important to know again if your econ crowd id isn't firing just transfer over it's so funny like if there's so many little nuances that this has become so distinctly unique campaign specific account specifically yeah yeah i mean audience specific marketing audience size specific yeah and so it's pretty pretty crazy um but let's say a bullet point two i know now why free car i know you said you

[00:28:05] tested both conversions and conversion value i would just assume conversion value is going to be the gold standard for econ you would think um what's interesting though is again so unique per campaign i'll give you a good use case and i'll see if i can get you to instantly say aha conversions make more sense to convert value so with conversion value you're asking google to make not only a sale but a big sale because what conversion value what they don't say is this here conversion value like oh but then it's like this campaign will use a maximized conversion value aha so that's a little bit different than conversion value maximize converter value tries to give you not only a sale but a big sale so let me ask you this let's say costume you run a online company that sells shampoo and you have five dollar samples and oh and i know you're gonna come back for shampoo go give me all the people that

[00:28:55] are gonna buy my samples of shampoo i don't care how big the average order cart value is so this is for people that really know their numbers and know lifetime value is high it's it's almost list building at this point and remember like i said beginning with you google is going to have the ability to go after new customer only oh see dude so average or ever you would assume that your average quarter value is going to be low if it's new customer acquisition and i'm not going to be able to maximize conversion value by spending 20 bucks making five dollars right but i could send my target cost per acquisition of a new customer and that now it's a cac versus ltv model by 20 bucks for a new customer they spend five day one and they spend 110 day 27. yeah so we had a

[00:29:37] and john knows this i'm saying this for our listener we had a company that sold industrial tape and i think their their initial order value was four dollars but their lifetime value of a customer was five grand because people bought a sample the tape to see if it would work and then they bought tape in perpetuity forever and so in that particular instance you'd spend 500 bucks to sell four dollar tape exactly and smart shopping didn't smart driving died because smart shopping never had a default of 100 pro s and then they had to change over to a default of 200 percent roast yeah so then it's like okay how much money do i have to spend to make five bucks oh two dollars well what happened the campaign it just died so the one of the reasons why i tested performance max back in august of 2021 is shamrope um was because of that reason we had a client that sold tile and their tile was a five dollar sample

[00:30:24] and that five dollar sample of tile um would turn into like a two thousand to four thousand dollar order on like forty percent averages and we couldn't make a row as which i don't really care but smart shopping just completely effectively it just continually degraded integrated integrated trying to bring up that row as that never could until that new sale would come in because it tracks for 90 days so it's like five dollar sample yay oh five grand huh five dollar simple oh no five grand yes that was just this roller coaster but if i could speak say i don't really care spend a hundred dollars per cost per acquisition crank that thing to the moon now we're good to the moon okay exactly right but we don't have a tcp at the beginning right you said run unencumbered right but you want to make sure that you choose the right bidding strategy that you can then manage so you don't go for mag don't go maximize

[00:31:08] conversion values to target cost per acquisition stay within its same bidding strategy so let's try to develop the logical rule here if you have an e-commerce store where the initial sorry if you have an e-commerce store where you have average order values that fluctuate do maximize yeah especially if the majority of your purchases are first purchased and you don't have a massive lifetime value post acquisition well if you do if you have an average order value that fluctuates use maximize conversions like fluctuates five dollar sample hundred dollar order five for example and now if you have a very static value like i always make hundred dollars i think you use maximizing value right because then it's like hey except my target cpa to or sorry target row s to 400 and now i know that i'm always going to make that that sale it's not going to all of a sudden die when the sales get too little here's why i paused when you

[00:32:04] said when you have an order of value that fluctuates i'm thinking about our medical device client she has a four dollar light bulb and a 30 000 exam lane or you know let's use something a little less specific like a four dollar light bulb and a 500 or whatever who what's the majiggy um i almost feel like value is important there too because then you give performance max the ability to go after people who are actually looking for like larger higher end equipment ah now you're getting into a strategy where you can actually segment and you can do two different so you'd have two different performance max campaigns all right yep i'll stop it's cool there's and that's what i'm saying there's no golden rule it's amazing i love it it's mixed up i love it it makes content creation really hard because you want to tell like people watching i want this to be valuable i want them to be able to follow along and

[00:32:51] then be like oh yeah they're talking about my business now and it's just you really got to think this through yeah i mean it's it's here's a good good good thing to think about if you haven't been running your your campaigns for a year and you don't know your numbers really well you're not going to have the answers yet so it's okay it's okay exactly so let's just do convergence for now wait before you go i'm constantly looking for amazing people to come join our team so if you're passionate about google ads and you're passionate about customer success please go to solate.com forward slash apply and we'd love to see you as a part of the solutions 18. also
