The complete conversation, in order. 7,142 words.

[00:00:00] Wendy: , I work with, let's say, different patterns that it will, comes from, let's say in a child.

[00:00:05] Wendy: It will come from sometime ancestor or inheritance from the parents or influence. for example, let's say the fear of, .

[00:00:13] Wendy: Giving or the fear of, trusting others people because they've being hurt and they've be told like, do not trust others.

[00:00:19] Wendy: So it becomes a soul trauma.

[00:00:21] Wendy: that's why a lot of the, , self-help or personal growth program, which is great, they work in some level, but also. You wanna work with someone too, because it's like a blind spot Something that you cannot know or see. (INTERVIEW)

[00:00:57] LuRae: Welcome to the show. I have a special guest today, Wendy Luke. She is an experienced, intuitive healer and a soul mission coach. With over a decade of experience guiding people to uncover their true purpose and align with their highest potential. Wendy, welcome to the show.

[00:01:15] Wendy: Hello Lue. I am so happy to be here.

[00:01:18] LuRae: Yes, so good. Share your background and how you got to the point you're at doing what you're doing.

[00:01:25] Wendy: So I grew up in Hong Kong and since a young age that I'd always felt different, not really fitting in and had hard time, , just connecting to the environment and people there.

[00:01:37] Wendy: fast forward to the mid twenties and I moved to North America, then I'm now in Vancouver. And I just feel more grounded right now. Mm-hmm. , In the mid twenties and I hit the bottom rock bottom and some low points in my life where everything happened went south at once.

[00:01:55] Wendy: Mm-hmm. So I had, , relationship breach and badly. Not really very good relationship and toxic relationship. I got laid off from my job and also on top of it, I had some health issues dealing with depressions and insomnia all at once. Mm-hmm. And on top of it, everything was alone by myself. , My family wasn't here, my best friend was aboard, and I just had to deal with everything by myself.

[00:02:22] Wendy: Mm-hmm. So that was a really devastating time. But that really led me to move forward, change the pace in life because I didn't want to just stay there. And that really guided me to look for some, , improvement and comfort in spiritual healing and spirituality. Mm-hmm. Because I didn't want to take medicine all the time before my health, and I want something natural, , it's something that is self empowerment. So that's what I look for. Mm. And last forward to that. I learned more about energy healing and I learned more about spirituality that led me to my journey, that discover that I had a passion to helping others. And I had a talent in energy healing and coaching.

[00:03:02] LuRae: Wow.

[00:03:03] Wendy: it's, guiding people to learn about their talents, their gifts in spirituality, and healing from soul trauma. So it's not just in a physical, mental, emotional, but in a spiritual way. And also guiding them to know their soul mission because we have higher purpose here.

[00:03:20] Wendy: So you interview a lot of people that. Could be successful in life, in, their job, in work and families, but then there's something missing. So, mm-hmm. This is the part that I'm passionate to do right now.

[00:03:34] LuRae: Yeah. So definitely you've heard the call and you have responded. Yes. it seems like there is a great awakening even happening across. Which is happening around the world, but across like the corporate space where people are chasing material success and may get it and then still be empty inside. What are you seeing happening currently with your work?

[00:04:01] Wendy: Yeah, this is exactly the phenomenon or the awakening of our mental self, our spiritual, emotional, our.

[00:04:10] Wendy: material life right now. Mm-hmm. It's because that we're chasing something that could be programmed, could be put upon on a program that, hey, this is a happiness. We're chasing in it. However, it's not connecting to our authentic self. It's not connecting to your truth. Maybe your talents, your strength, your gifts, and your happiness and joy.

[00:04:31] Wendy: Mm-hmm. So we were taught, or we would. Think that, you know, after I have this or I achieve this, I'm gonna be happy. Mm-hmm. But now we have abundance of resources and support now, not like back then that it's, right. So now that we achieve, and now what? So now people are awakening, really feeling lost and devastated now.

[00:04:51] Wendy: Mm. And that's why this is the time that we come and go back to ourselves because, okay, yeah. We follow the path of corporate world. We follow path of studying, we follow path of working a career or retirement right now. And now what We have the emptiness. And this is the reason that connecting back to yourself, like, what is your joy?

[00:05:12] Wendy: Because we've been disconnected for so long and we've been programmed, and we've been feeling the way that, oh, that's how We should live our life. so right now it's about, , getting, I think people have all the unique channels or ways to mm-hmm. A way of life right now. It's not just a job.

[00:05:32] Wendy: So we have a different channels, freedom of choice, and that's why people are exploring different opportunities.

[00:05:39] LuRae: what do you see? I think you and I both have gone through our own dark night of the soul getting out of whatever it was that we were doing. What are you seeing happen?

[00:05:50] LuRae: Across like people and experiences that you're seeing that are causing people to be open to look within themself.

[00:05:58] Wendy: I think that would be the common thing, the dark up of the crash, the low points, some sort of devastation ending in relationship or work life, , loss of loved ones is a very dark and sadness thing happening.

[00:06:11] Wendy: Mm-hmm. But really. In a way, force or guide or nudge other people to get to know, to open in our opportunity, because without those things happen, then we just feel safe. We're in a comfort zone and we don't know what is fulfilled or not, but it's like, Hey, that's a life. I'm good with it. So those things happen and then really make people to look for, let's say, health problems.

[00:06:37] Wendy: Say, I need to take care of myself because. Giving, giving, giving, moving forward. Neglecting the self.

[00:06:43] LuRae: Mm-hmm.

[00:06:44] Wendy: Or the mental health right now. And they are breaking down mental breakdown and just feeling depression and everything, or emotionally cut off. It's all the health problems or? Something that is, the symptoms is not able to have the medication work.

[00:07:00] Wendy: So this is the alternative way for people to get to know other ways that it was not mainstream before, or feeling that it's alternative, it's not working. But right now it's more, I think, more balanced people, get to know different alternative way and more open to it now too.

[00:07:15] LuRae: Right? Yeah. I think the work from home that transitioned to COVID, that allowed everyone to be at home and then people refusing to like return to the office because they have felt what freedom feels like working autonomously. Mm-hmm. All of those things Are also influencing people. Right.

[00:07:34] Wendy: Absolutely. It's breaking the structure, right, breaking the patterns, so erupting the patterns and also having the voice, because I think a lot of people voice that before, but it's overcome or overpower with the normal standard and shut down. But now we have the opportunities to really stand up for it.

[00:07:56] Wendy: It's great and because I think people get to know and get to in touch with the authentic self, Hey, there's another way that we can work and still, we still have the still Why?

[00:08:12] LuRae: Exactly. Yeah. And I think when I think of, as I was listening to you talk about relationships and those kinds of crises, like the numbers of people that I've either seen or write about it or that I know personally who have lost their marriage. Mm-hmm. Over sacrificing. Oh, I'm gonna go to the meeting instead, or I'm gonna do this travel instead of, instead of the family event, instead of doing the anniversary instead of date night or whatever it was.

[00:08:41] LuRae: That should have been the priority that maybe it's was the game that they mm-hmm. Like missed. Oh no, I've gotta. Finish the report for the boss or whatever, that so many people have lost significant things that have made them step back to realize, okay, I have to do this differently. This is not what. thought it was gonna be, or it's not what I want, right?

[00:09:04] Wendy: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Or right now they sacrifice all the things. And now is it worth it? Like what do I get and what do I have right now? Something is broken or something is disconnected for a long time that sometimes it's so sad to say that it's beyond repair. Right, right. Yeah. Right. Like it's to sell for others or family and everything.

[00:09:25] Wendy: so that's the phenomenon that we are experiencing right now to, I think, to aware the acknowledgement. Right? I think that's really wakened people to look for. Wow. What is happening right now? And. Also knowing that you are not alone because used to be like you were going through those crisis and low point in life and we have nowhere where to talk.

[00:09:46] Wendy: But right now also there's a very good things that it's a supportive like communities, groups and people can post in different forums and what other. Platforms that they can discuss it right. Anomalously or with their name and everything so they can get support in other ways. So it's a very, very, in a way, it's a very healthy, , movement

[00:10:07] LuRae: And I know I thought of the other day, I was just reflecting back on LinkedIn mm-hmm. And how it would've. not been acceptable to talk about burnout. And now it's one of the most highly trending topics. That, and kindness. Those are the two, right?

[00:10:26] LuRae: what are you seeing in the areas of like people that you're engaging with, like as far as burnout and that type of thing?

[00:10:33] Wendy: I think it's a, in terms of let's say, turning into like a physical symptoms, those are symptoms just like we have flu, we have fever with coughs like that.

[00:10:43] Wendy: So with those behaviors or toxic environments that we've been into, like in corporate world, that's a lot. That's a lot in a school, copperwood in all different kinds of areas and industry. Right. There's a toxic, , environment, relationship, , behavior patterns and everything. So I think it's more acceptable or open to talk about, , burnout or be kind like anti bully.

[00:11:08] Wendy: Well, at least the kindness and so has more. I think backbone into it. Yes. So those are all the movement, whether that a person is spiritual or not, but it's about that movement of getting the authentic self. Beneficial. Yeah, it's healthy. I think moving into Health way. also it's a movement that it's because of the platform technology information is so easy, easily accessible.

[00:11:35] Wendy: So a lot of techniques or how to do it yourself, hands on tips is so easily to available, which is great. Yeah. Because before looking for health, people would just go to doctor for physical, but right now it's more. Open to, hey, the mindset or the behavior, emotional help and everything. It's very easy to get access to.

[00:12:00] LuRae: And spiritual, as you had said too. And I think that burnout is the toxic, which you touched on it, the toxic boss. The toxic workplace. Mm-hmm. The fact that people are calling those things out, I think is. Incredible. I think it's so positive because darkness can only hide until the light is shown on it, right?

[00:12:20] Wendy: Mm-hmm. Absolutely. And talking about LinkedIn too, there's a lot of infographic and I love to read those because I'm a visual learner, when I look at the graph, and they would point out like 10 top tens way to deal with certain things, certain challenges in the work. Place or top 10 behavior of a micromanager and how to deal with it.

[00:12:42] Wendy: So they're giving, I mean, we are learning right consciously or unconsciously and unconsciously, , directly or indirectly when we are interacting with social media. It's just all the information right here. It's about strengthening yourself and empowering yourself that we are taking the power back, Which is good.

[00:12:59] LuRae: Yeah. So good. So talk a little bit about how do you work with people when you, and talk a little bit about what you do. Mm-hmm. Because that would be interesting.

[00:13:08] Wendy: Yeah, I love to work with Lightworkers. Mm-hmm. And, , purpose-driven professionals. So, because a lot of the time some people may not know that they have a higher purpose or missions, but they're thinking a lot of people thinking.

[00:13:21] Wendy: The misunderstanding is if I'm spiritual, if I'm working the nine to five or career or corporate world, , job or other industry, that I'm not spiritual, I'm selling out. It's not. But we are meant to work in some area because you're shining your light and wisdom or changing the system. Mm-hmm. Challenging the system in a way.

[00:13:39] Wendy: Mm-hmm. So I work with lightworkers, meaning that you will feel like you wanted to help others

[00:13:45] LuRae: mm-hmm. In

[00:13:46] Wendy: a big way, not only yourself, but sometimes there are different scales. Mm-hmm. Some people aren't meant to just work with their inner circle, just like their selves or improve their selves or family.

[00:13:56] Wendy: Mm-hmm. And some people will be, , bigger scales that they will. Work in corporate world, that in management role, then it's bigger, , , environment. Mm-hmm. So I love to work with people that they have visions, they have inspiration, or they just have a feeling they can't pinpoint it, but I wanna do something.

[00:14:13] Wendy: But I don't know why, just like myself, that I always wanted to help people, even though when I was young and to learn about to write an essay. what do you wanna do when you grow up? I was like, I wanna be a nurse. I wanna help people but I never really. Address, or I don't know why.

[00:14:29] Wendy: I just wanna help people. So I love to work with people who knows that. Mm-hmm. Or who wants to get to know their higher purpose. Mm-hmm. And also, even though that you know or you don't know, There's always blockages, there's always certain patterns, repeating patterns, self sabotage.

[00:14:43] Wendy: So this is where the healing comes from.

[00:14:46] LuRae: Mm-hmm. This

[00:14:47] Wendy: is where I started with the energy healing. , so it's about learning the root causes of our patterns, our challenges, and our obstacles because happen all the time. For example, myself with procrastination. then stem from fear of success or fear of failure or critics or rejection, so right, everyone have the same, let's say symptoms, but different.

[00:15:10] Wendy: Mm-hmm. Reasons.

[00:15:12] LuRae: Right?

[00:15:13] Wendy: And that is so fascinating to know, and it's not only yourself, but others too. So I used to work with one-on-one with clients, and right now I move into a group, , learning and healing experience. So when one person raised up a questions or challenges the struggles other people resonate with too, and how the people benefits from it.

[00:15:33] Wendy: Right. So this is the area that I work on. And not only taking care of yourself and knowing about yourself is so important too, and knowing about your strength and weaknesses or changes and fears. So this is the guidance. It's a process. It's not just one time thing because it's a growth. And sometimes that you will have breakthrough, sometimes you'll have breakdown, then that's normal, and that's why it's about a supportive and more nonjudgmental and compassion.

[00:16:01] LuRae: So good, so good. Yeah, because we're all, I'll say all the things that happen to us when we're younger and as we're growing up and, older influence us, but it's in our subconscious, so we're not even aware that those things are. affecting the decisions that we make.

[00:16:20] Wendy: Yeah. Because, , I work with, let's say, different patterns that it will, comes from, let's say in a child. Mm-hmm. It will come from sometime ancestor or inheritance from the parents or influence. So it could be the influence from your mother, your father, your ancestor , for example, let's say the fear of, .

[00:16:40] Wendy: Giving or the fear of, trusting others people because they've being hurt and they've be told like, do not trust others. save it for yourself and this is for yourself and not to give and everything. So this is the pattern passing down. And so that you are not trusting others without knowing why.

[00:16:56] Wendy: So this is a, , imprint is ancestral imprint. And then we have also DNA level or the spiritual level, which is the record. Mm-hmm. So there's something that you're unknown. What are the patterns that lifetime after lifetime that you're learning. Mm-hmm. Talking about trust, so Right. Because you were betrayed, you were disappointed in a different lifetime or in a record.

[00:17:19] Wendy: So it becomes a soul trauma. Mm-hmm. So the soul trauma. Will be stuck or imprint in certain part of your body and becomes a trigger. So whenever that you comes to. Connecting to trusting yourself or trusting others, you will have certain patterns that happen in your life. Mm-hmm. So those are the very fascinating things that you may not know where it comes from, but it's, you cannot help yourself too.

[00:17:42] Wendy: Right. Sometimes, even though that, that's why a lot of the, , self-help or personal growth program, which is great, they work in some level, but also. You wanna work with someone too, because it's like a blind spot Something that you cannot know or see. Just like out back we cannot see in the mirror, right?

[00:18:00] Wendy: So with a person telling you, , certain things or you aware of certain things person, other people telling you the root cause, and that would be a really great guidance to move forward.

[00:18:10] LuRae: Yeah, those repetitive patterns that keep coming up, and I think I am aware of it a lot in the startup space or in people wanting to step out and, do something on their own.

[00:18:23] LuRae: And it's always, you know. Money issues. I'm not sure I can make us enough money. I'm not sure that I'd be able to do what I do now, make as much as I make now. And money beliefs which Right. You know, people's money wounds and there's self-image. Am I worth having my own business and my own independence and freedom and people having to overcome all of those things.

[00:18:47] LuRae: And unless they do exactly what you're talking about, work on that to identify, Hmm. What those wounds are, where are they lurking and showing up. someone made a comment to me the other day that if, this is in relation to like dating people, they say, no, all my exes were crazy. I said, okay, but what's the common denominator?

[00:19:07] LuRae: Right. That person. And so to step back and say, what? Why am I attracting those same experiences or not getting paid what I'm worth or. Running into that toxic boss over and over is a reflection of something within, as an an intuitive healer, you know this, it's a reflection of us.

[00:19:29] LuRae: Other people are simply a reflection of what we're projecting out into the world coming from us.

[00:19:36] Wendy: Absolutely. Yeah. You are making a really great point here. 'cause like all those are the patterns or clients that I work with. let's say the boss or worthiness, sometimes it's, working on your lessons.

[00:19:49] Wendy: It's giving you an opportunity to work or act differently. Mm-hmm. 'cause there's a saying, like, if you are expecting, you are doing the same action and expecting different results. Yes. That's, insane.

[00:20:06] Wendy: think, feel, and act differently. And the other thing, it's about what am I learning from this lesson? What am I need to change? And what am I need to step out of? Because sometimes it's the change of, hey, let's say if someone is always overpower you or bully you, it's about standing up for yourself. Do your voice.

[00:20:26] Wendy: Open up saying no. Yes, I've seen a lot of different cases, but you would be amazed sometimes that the more that we fear about doing it, we just take a baby step and do the possible. We fear, we actually break the patterns and it'll shift the life. sometime it's very fast, sometimes it will take a little bit process.

[00:20:44] Wendy: Right. , Regarding to like worthiness too, there's like a whole bunch of things right there and I can talk a lot about it. Yeah. But some of the things that I recovered recently, because I usually have a theme, but be interesting too, like a theme of like, okay, this month or this period of time that I'm working on the theme of clients or.

[00:21:02] Wendy: The energy download would be the same theme. Mm-hmm. Right now it's about blocking, receiving, about worthiness. Mm-hmm. So there are times that yeah, a certain person is very talented, have great resume experiences, and you know that it's a six figures, , income and everything. But let's say when they change or they are being an entrepreneur, they cannot, It's about blocking, receiving, like what are you thinking about yourself and what are you not receiving? Sometimes that I feel a lot of people that we give and give and we work and work and do a lot of action. What we're missing right now is the receiving part. Do you receive, because sometimes I ask my clients like, Hey, what if someone that, come and help you, Hey, I can help you this, I can help you with this and X, Y, Z.

[00:21:47] Wendy: It's like, oh, no, no, no, no. That's okay. Thank you. We say no right away. And what about I help you say, Hey, , Luray, I have free retirement. Can I help you? They say, oh, no, it's okay. I'm fine. You know, it's an automatic thing that we don't, receive. And that's a funny thing that we ask the universe, Hey, I want to have a better job.

[00:22:05] Wendy: I wanna have a raise. I wanna have a better money. I wanna have a better relationship. I wanna have a better health. We ask, we know how to ask. We'll take action. Some people do, some people don't. But then the third step is like, do you know how to receive? Do we know how to receive or do we feel comfortable to receive?

[00:22:23] Wendy: Right. And a lot of times that I could see that we have taken actions and we can learn, but like you say, it's the mindset. Sometimes the mindset or the. Unknown reason that I don't know why I do this way. I don't know why I act this way. Yeah. So those are the things is about giving you opportunity to know about yourself or you can even ask people. And the other way that I can give a suggestion, say, Hey, what is in the industry? Or someone that you look up to, they overcome a similar problems or blockages and they come out the other side. So you can look in other people footsteps. What do they do? What do they, , act and what do they, , overcome?

[00:23:04] Wendy: And that would be your inspiration too.

[00:23:06] LuRae: Yeah, it's making me think of Dr. Joe Dispenza also with his book, breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. Mm-hmm. Because he will talk all the time about to create a new personal reality. You need to create a new personality. Mm-hmm. Because our thoughts, you know, become our beliefs, you know, become our actions, become our beliefs, and, it becomes hardwired and we have to rewire.

[00:23:29] LuRae: Our connection to, oh, what we deserve to receive from someone else. Because I get when you said that No, it's okay. I've got it. Like we're blocking, the universe is bringing us. , An answer to a prayer, and then we're saying, no, we're saying no. Got this, rather than

[00:23:46] Wendy: no. Yeah, absolutely.

[00:23:48] Wendy: Yeah. Right. And I think what I discovered the biggest , fear, , for my own journey and I've seen in another is the fear of self. Mm-hmm. Sometimes the external world or I've heard a lot of devastating experiences in, in their lives, and I just like, it's heartbreaking, devastating.

[00:24:05] Wendy: the first thing is I work with clients or eventually work with that. It's a relationship with yourself.

[00:24:11] LuRae: Mm. Right,

[00:24:13] Wendy: right. Other people. it's a projection or opportunity to tell you, Hey, you are wounded, you are hurt by this. You're hurt by disappointed, betrayaled, abandonment, or not worthy. You're not feeling good about yourself.

[00:24:25] Wendy: And some people will have self-judgment. I am a bad person. I don't deserve this. So it really goes back to when I go down to the root cause about that. It's about how you feel about yourself,

[00:24:36] LuRae: right? Right.

[00:24:38] Wendy: So whatever that a lot of this assessment time people feel overwhelmed or feel, attacked.

[00:24:42] Wendy: Like, I'll lose something. I would get attacked or I would get out. I feel unsafe. So feeling safe is a big thing too, in the root causes. If I have this, I don't feel safe.

[00:24:55] LuRae: Right?

[00:24:56] Wendy: Right. It's something, it's a very easy beliefs that I use A sentence like you just say a statement. And tune into how your body feels.

[00:25:05] Wendy: Like if I have this job, I feel safe, or I feel happy to have this job. It's like, , no, I don't feel good about it. I feel safe if I have this partner. I wanna but our conscious mind, our body for sure. Why not? For sure I'm gonna have this, but it's your reaction, your trigger, your body because it's not connecting to what you want and desire.

[00:25:28] Wendy: So that is blocking it. And it's sometimes it's very straightforward, sometimes it's more complicated than you think. My journey or suggestion or something. It's about investing the time to know about yourself and also building the relationship with yourself. Because a lot of people afraid to be by yourself.

[00:25:46] Wendy: They need company. They need destruction. They need escape of reality. That's why we are overwhelmed with all the choices right now, and that's why it was taking away your attention to yourself. Mm-hmm. Because we've been neglecting our body. Our mind, our feeling for so long, and it's so scared and so foreign to connect with yourself because if you don't, don't have anything, detox from technology and everything, that's why retreats that are very common and popular too, going to some places.

[00:26:19] Wendy: So those are the things about knowing yourself, the talks, all the things, and get in touch with yourself. And sometimes it's very hard.

[00:26:26] LuRae: It's

[00:26:27] Wendy: not e very easy to do, so if it's not easy to do, then help go with someone or have a accountable buddy to do something to discuss. Yeah, it's very important to.

[00:26:39] LuRae: Make yourself a priority. Yeah. 'cause if you don't do it, you're the orchestrator of your life. Like there's just one of you. And you. We care more about ourselves and even we can have other people that love us and care about us, but we're gonna care about what we're doing, how we feel more than anyone in the world around us.

[00:26:58] LuRae: You know, will feel so, yeah. Yeah. How have you managed to stay the course in doing what you're doing? Because obviously it's very unique, it's very needed and mm-hmm. what things do you do to stay the course with what you're doing?

[00:27:14] Wendy: I think it's the passion. the calling and that's why it's very strong and it's been.

[00:27:20] Wendy: That since I known when I was a little girl, I wanted to have people, I want, I know that I'm gonna do something different, and that was, hard because I didn't follow the transitional route. It's nothing really stick. I don't fit in to jobs or studies and anything. So to really go in, I just go for, Hey, this is something that I wanna improve on my skills.

[00:27:43] Wendy: So. Healing modalities and spirituality. So it's just not my job. It's not my career. It's my passion. It's my habit. So it's my life. It's part of my life. So I don't feel that I'm working or I'm not working. So even in leisure time, I like to learn more about new things. What is happening in the world.

[00:28:05] Wendy: the thing is what people are saying when you find something that you enjoy, you don't feel like you're working because I love learning. I'm a lifelong learner. So on top of it, it's what I love about my industry, my spirituality. It's always changing. It's growing. and that's what I love about it, because sometimes in certain study it's like, oh, you. get to this point and that's it.

[00:28:27] Wendy: And there's no growing. Yeah. But this one is ever ending and I love it.

[00:28:32] LuRae: there are people out there who would not be able to say all of the things you just said about what they're doing. What advice do you have for them? What would you tell them to do?

[00:28:43] Wendy: , I think that's what I've been saying, like, to get to know about yourself.

[00:28:45] Wendy: Mm-hmm. Because there's, , very common questions that I ask. I just answer it a month ago. Like, they will feel lost. I don't know the direction in life. I don't know what to do. When people have that, it's because you've been disconnected for so long. Mm. And you've been following certain things that is not yours for so long.

[00:29:04] Wendy: Mm-hmm. So you be told to do certain things or you have to, because it's the way of life for survival. I have to do this job in order to leave. Right. And it's okay, you can still do that. But you, when you are doing it, one other side thing that you do, it's about connecting to yourself.

[00:29:21] Wendy: What is your joy? Joy and happiness. We can say it, but it's so empty in some way. what does it feel? Joy to you? Everyone is different. What does happiness feel for you? Mm-hmm. So the first thing that happiness is about external. What is the external circumstance that people think that makes you happy?

[00:29:41] Wendy: Right? But that is a service, Internal. What makes you happy? But sometimes people do action. Some people just do something for themselves, which is the time for themselves, right? And sometimes that they wanna create something, they wanna make something, they wanna improve something. Some people just wanna think, they wanna read, they want to perform, which is the creative artistic side.

[00:30:03] Wendy: So just something do it for yourself. And you find that joy and happiness because that is the frequency first. It's like planting a seat. Mm-hmm. And afterwards, sometimes it's not you may not making the money for a living. Mm-hmm. But this is something that you can balance in your work life.

[00:30:18] Wendy: so that you don't feel so dull and devastated or like a sound. That's the thing is about learning and knowing your strength and weaknesses and your fear. Mm-hmm. So that you are able to move forward and to practice and improve yourself. Mm-hmm. And sometimes that, you know, your fear and weaknesses, it's like, oh, this is something that I want to know, or this is a, a situation that is not really good for me, and I can move to the other direction.

[00:30:44] LuRae: Mm-hmm. And

[00:30:45] Wendy: not to step into it and making you feel a failure, making you feel like you're not good enough. Right. Not worthy. So those are the direction first. Mm-hmm. To, to know about that. And also, right now we have a lot of information. It's about it. , knowing supportive groups and community and like-minded individuals, because sometimes with our family and friends, they may not be supportive, right?

[00:31:09] Wendy: Mm-hmm. All the time. So if you wanted to change certain things, they would be like, oh my God, what are you doing? So, learn, connect with like-minded individuals because when you are gather in the space or people with discussion, it'll invite your inspiration. Mm-hmm. You may learn something that you may not know.

[00:31:25] Wendy: So the step is about exploration and learning about yourself, and also learning about what makes you happy, your joy.

[00:31:33] LuRae: Mm-hmm. Yeah. And you were talking a little bit about like groups that you host, and so talk a little bit about that and how, what that experience is like for people who join that Versus just meeting with someone one-on-one. Yeah.

[00:31:47] Wendy: Right. Yes. Because the nature of what I do right now, I used to do one-on-one. I just feel like, hey, this is a journey and process. Mm-hmm. So right now, a group program, right now, it's called Soul Mission Alignment. Mm-hmm. It's an eight weeks program. So each week there's a theme, there's a , schedule, and it's about step by step knowing your dreams, your inspiration.

[00:32:10] Wendy: It's not just strategy, it's a strategy with so healing, with so activation and actionable steps and everything. Mm-hmm. So. Through the eight weeks, then you will get craft your soul mission statement.

[00:32:23] LuRae: Mm. So

[00:32:24] Wendy: when you say that, it will be like, oh my god, this, I'm awakened to my statement, to my soul mission.

[00:32:30] Wendy: Our heart purpose. Sometimes people that they are in it so they will be more certain and have confidence. Mm-hmm. Some people, they're starting up, they will open to the possibility, oh my God, this is something I am happy, I'm inspired to do. So the frequency would change,

[00:32:45] LuRae: by the way

[00:32:46] Wendy: too.

[00:32:47] LuRae: And then I'm sure people hearing other people share that has to be comforting and maybe empowering at the same time.

[00:32:56] LuRae: Mm-hmm.

[00:32:57] Wendy: Absolutely. Because they will also feel they're not alone. Mm-hmm. Because a lot of the times in the spiritual journey, it's like, I am very unique, or I am this and that. Like no one understands me. Right. And no one's gonna share my devastation, my dark nights or my crisis like me. And you know, sometime we stay in that state, but a lot of times that.

[00:33:18] Wendy: We are learning about other people's stories. Mm-hmm. Just like, you know, in your podcast that's why the purpose of your podcast, like hey, all walks of life that we experience certain thing, they may be similar to you, maybe not, but it gives you another perspective in life. Right. And in that all of the people there like minded that we are.

[00:33:37] Wendy: Feeling that a nudge, that a high purpose and also wanna work on themselves, that they're not giving the power away from people. Right?

[00:33:45] LuRae: Right.

[00:33:45] Wendy: So my strategy, or my philosophy is that it's empowering, empowering yourself. It's not someone tell you to do so, you are the healer yourself. I'm just a conduit, I'm a guidance to you.

[00:33:57] Wendy: So you have all the answer within you. So you have all the things and tools and everything. You just, it's not about loss, it's about reconnecting, remembering. The power that you have. That is the purpose of my program.

[00:34:10] LuRae: Yeah. So what advice, I guess, would you have for someone who is wanting to take that step?

[00:34:16] LuRae: They know that what's going on right now is not happy, it's not fulfilling, and they want something different. What would be your words of advice?

[00:34:25] Wendy: Mm-hmm. that would be something that they feel. afraid of themselves in some way. Mm-hmm. Yeah. They feel disconnected.

[00:34:35] Wendy: , Not to the world, but sometimes sadness and sometimes certain things that they are afraid to face from the past or certain hurt. So those are the things to look for and be gentle. Be kind to yourself too. And this is a process. Mm-hmm. And sometimes people, they want the instant. Right. Right. And that's our programming too.

[00:34:55] Wendy: That's been, we've been told, hey, this is a good thing. But that's why this is a process and strategy. Both the destination and journey, they are very important. Mm-hmm. So sometimes that you don't know your destination, if you're going for vacation, where do you wanna go? Mm-hmm. I dunno, you are never gonna make a decision or trip.

[00:35:14] Wendy: So if you know your direction, your vacation, then you are planning or going to the trip is also very enjoyable too. So those are the things that knowing, I think, shifting the. mindset or mm-hmm. Our reframing that we need the instant change. We need something or someone to rescue or change our situation.

[00:35:31] Wendy: Now the devastation. So all of those things I want, like, it's good to reframe. It's like, what can I do? It's about asking the open questions. I can't do this now. Then I would like you to use a suggested use unless. So you can use a very close structure. I can't do this, I can't have this job, I can't do this unless, then you'll open up your mind or you can use what if.

[00:35:57] Wendy: So you may not have the answer right away, right? But this will open your mind, your subconscious mind universe will give you an answer in some way.

[00:36:06] LuRae: Yes.

[00:36:07] Wendy: I'm not good at this. I can't do this, , unless. Right. If, and that would be opening up whatever, that you are stuck in. Your emotion, your beliefs, or direction.

[00:36:18] Wendy: I don't know what, what I wanna do in life. What if I know what to do? oh, I don't know what to do in life. I'm so lost. Unless I look for something else, what I do. So you can feel in, or you can, right now, the chat GPD is so popular,

[00:36:34] LuRae: right? This

[00:36:35] Wendy: ai explore. Just, just explore those things and that will move forward and get all the stuck energy.

[00:36:41] Wendy: I think the first thing,

[00:36:42] LuRae: Absolutely. I know I had have a, chat, GPT. Prompt guide for corporate exit people mm-hmm. Who, who want to leave and they can just put in basic information and then we will give them a, a roadmap to at least start envisioning and dreaming Exactly.

[00:36:58] LuRae: Because we'll get answers back to the level of question we ask. So, Yeah. Like, I've heard that, you know, why is this always happening to me? Instead of why is everything always working out for me? Mm-hmm. Why do I always have so much money? Yeah. Why do I always have. So many opportunities, and even though it may not right in that particular moment, be exactly true, the universe will show you reasons why that is true, and then things will start to happen and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

[00:37:28] LuRae: So let me ask, how do people get in touch with you if they wanna reach out and connect?

[00:37:33] Wendy: Yeah, it's very easy. My website is ww. Do Wendy luck.com. It's just my name. Perfect. And I have all the information there. I have the one-on-one session and I have a monthly, , healing session. , It's called Free Ascension Attunement, and every second Wednesday of the month, which is next Wednesday, and I have my submission alignment program that is opening in September for the.

[00:37:57] Wendy: Cohort intake, so, mm-hmm. Yeah, it's gonna be amazing. it's a semi-private so it's not too many people at a time. So we can have one-on-one, we can have hot seats in the , , program and also get to know, you would definitely get some clarity and craft your so mission statement to know your high purpose, to clear some of the priority blockages because each week you have so healing and so activation and, , that will be.

[00:38:23] Wendy: Connecting to your true self. Yes.

[00:38:26] LuRae: So amazing. So amazing. Well, I am putting all of the links to your information in the notes, in the show notes below and in the, it'll be in the newsletter. And I just wanna thank you so much for sharing your light and bringing so much new wisdom and. inspiration to people who may feel trapped where they're at or not sure what direction to take.

[00:38:50] LuRae: There are new ways of going besides talk therapy or besides just traditional coaching. You can do other modalities like this and really get on a much better path in life.

[00:39:01] Wendy: Yes. Thank you so much for having me.
