Show notes
Dustin sits down with Kenneth Kollasch, founder of Kenneth Coaches, to unpack the fast, practical wins Kenneth experienced after joining Podcast Profits Accelerator. Kenneth shares the story behind his unusual entrepreneurial path, from professional soccer dreams to ballroom dance championships, franchise business experience, StoryBrand certification, and business coaching for small business owners who are ready to scale without burning out. The conversation explores how one strategy call helped Kenneth sharpen his niche, clarify his offer, and immediately land a $10,000 client by explaining his value in a way that made the right prospect say, “This is for me.” Kenneth also breaks down how podcast guesting, partnership marketing, and the PPA community helped him secure a high value podcast opportunity, a magazine feature, two virtual summit appearances, and even a partnership as the official business coach for a professional football team. For entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and service business owners who want more leads, stronger relationships, and a clearer path from expertise to revenue, this conversation is a practical look at what happens when clarity, confidence, community, and consistent action come together.

[00:00:00] Amplafy Media: Hey, on this video I just wanna walk through how we are utilizing Notion ai. To create some really cool things. And so over here on the right we, uh, you'll see this sort of webpage looking thing. And then actually what it is, is it's a, an HTML, I call it HTML experience. 'cause I don't know any other way to put it.
[00:00:17] Amplafy Media: And the reason that we created it is we had some partners reach out and say, Hey, we would love for us . Have something that we can send to potential clients and that we can send to them about what you do and what it is that you provide. And, you know, typically I would've created just like A-A-P-D-F or even a slide deck or something like that.
[00:00:34] Amplafy Media: And, and the challenge with that is that it's not very, uh, memorable. Um, it's not very helpful and I find that it, it's not always the, the most, um, converting of assets. And so I, I thought, how do we create something that allows someone to go through it and sort of pace themselves at their own pace and, uh, you know, go through and, and turn someone from a.
[00:00:53] Amplafy Media: Cold prospect into a, you know, warm or even someone who, uh, selects themselves into, you know, becoming a client. And so this is sort of what we put together. and so another reason that I enjoy creating an HTML sort of experience is that you can put it on a webpage, you can send it in an email, you can text it to them.
[00:01:07] Amplafy Media: And it is, it's very interactive and, and it's something that people will be able to utilize and, um, get through and, and there's no learning curve for them. And so you can see here that they can sort of click around and, you know, it makes it very easy for them to click through this. They sort of go through.
[00:01:24] Amplafy Media: And, you know, they can sort of select themselves into wherever it is that they want. And so this is something that used to take a developer, used to take someone, um, you know, a lot of time to be able to code and program. You'll see that I was able to do this over the course of a, a morning. You know, I spent a couple hours going back and forth with it and, uh, you know, this process you'll see, um, can be very simple and you can really spend as much or as little time as you want with it.
[00:01:49] Amplafy Media: And so let's go back to the original prompt here. And so the original prompt you'll see had a few. Components. It had an objective. In there we put instructions. Uh, I wanted to say specifically how the, the output that I wanted and then I gave it some context. And so you'll see here that we said create a sending piece that we can use to send to referral partners.
[00:02:08] Amplafy Media: That way we have a very high level objective of what it is that we want to create. And then we gave it some very specific instructions. One of 'em was to go and research our website so we can understand what it is that we provide, what it is, who it is that we're trying to serve. Uh, I had it interview me, and so you'll see some of the questions that it.
[00:02:24] Amplafy Media: Asked. And uh, you know, one of the things that I, I put in here, which I think is really important is this review gate. And there's a lot of ways to word it, but essentially what it does is it has the AI assemble a sort of an AI team of people to. Review their answers with. And what this does is it prevents the AI from giving you the first answer back.
[00:02:45] Amplafy Media: 'cause that's not always going to be the best one. And so I like to have it rate itself and, you know, only come back when everybody gives it a 98 plus rating. Uh, I wanted an HTML that could be clickable. And then I just dumped a bunch of context in here and I spent, you know, uh, quite a bit of time just trying to give it as much of an idea of what it is that I actually wanted it to, to create.
[00:03:07] Amplafy Media: So that way I didn't have very little going back and forth with afterwards. And you'll see here that, uh, afterwards it went through and it started to research and started to grab a bunch of, you know, data and insights. And then it came back and asked me some questions. You know, what do we want the prospects to do at the end of it?
[00:03:21] Amplafy Media: What's the call to action? Uh, what's the branding? And so here's where I uploaded it and gave it all of our, um, branding guidelines, our colors and our fonts and things like that. Um, so a couple other questions. And then it, it essentially sort of. Came back and it spit back the first iteration. And after this iteration, what we did is we went and I opened up a, a separate conversation, which was a, just an editing.
[00:03:47] Amplafy Media: Um, conversation. And I think that that's an important distinction because a lot of times if the longer a conversation gets, the more bloated it can get, it can sort of get off track. And so one of the things that we wanted to do in the feedback chat or in the, in this sort of conversation, is we wanted to make sure that it was very specific, that it was only gonna make the edits that we wanted, and it sort of created this canonical version or this version.
[00:04:11] Amplafy Media: That it could point back to and verify itself again. Because what tends to happen when you're editing with AI, and especially going back and forth, is that you ask it to edit one thing and then it changes all the other things. It makes the one edit that you wanted, but it changes all the other things. So then the things end up breaking or not, you know, you end up playing this, this digital telephone game, if you will, where the initial, the initial source material is so far from where you're at.
[00:04:35] Amplafy Media: And so that was our, our goal, to keep everything the same. And so you'll see here that it locked those, you know. Baseline is locked in surgical edits only. I really like that word, surgical edits. Um, because you don't want it to come in and you ask it for a simple change and it comes in and it blasts, you know, and shame blows up the whole thing.
[00:04:53] Amplafy Media: So then we went through and we gave it feedback and we gave it specific feedback. You know, I use a markdown sort of, Formatting so that way the AI knows what it is that I'm giving it, you know, global feedback. And then I went through and I gave it specific feedback on each of the different lessons in each of the different pages.
[00:05:09] Amplafy Media: Um, you know, we continued to go through and then a couple, it looks like it was, it know, three edit prompts. And again, I'm, I'm giving it specific stuff. I'm giving it specific instructions on what to change and what to edit at this point. But it looks like, you know, four or five different edits. I gave it some branding.
[00:05:28] Amplafy Media: And then now we've got what you see in front of you, which is a, you know, HTML. You know, what I think is gonna be the, the next version of like a sales or a pitch deck or, you know, this was a website, you know, in, in previous years, you know, you would create a website for this, maybe you need it, maybe you don't.
[00:05:46] Amplafy Media: But this was spun up in a couple of hours and ready to send out, um, you know, in, in, in no time. And so. Hopefully this gives you some insights on what you can create, uh, how you can create it, uh, the ways to do it and ways, and hopefully some of the things that we did will, uh, save you some time on, you know, when you're creating your own assets and deliverables.
[00:06:06] Amplafy Media: Uh, if you have any questions, feel free to put those in the comments. Uh, and if you want to figure out and wanna learn more about how to implement and integrate AI for your business, uh, make sure you hit that, follow that like, or that subscribe button, uh, wherever it is that you're following along.
